Q=What happened to this place? A=The manager and staff are moles trying to sabotage the place so clients leave. Close the branch and fire all staff in this branch, top to bottom. Employees are ignorant dont care and are way to comfortable and complacent. Only solution, complete gut job. Showing other branches shape up or ship out. Later gator

It is impossible to contact this branch over the phone. If you are swamped with physical customers, add more tellers.

Avoid going to this location. Every time I do, the bankers mess up royally, this is including the MANAGER who has been doing this job for 18 years”. It happened with one today. I am NOT happy!

Can never get through to the branch itself, the contact center tells you to call the branch, and it goes back to the contact center. It's Ridiculous

I took appointments for 4 to 5 times, just to increase my credit limit but every-time advisors gave me different reasons to deny the work. Just waste of time to work with this bank.

Amy was absolutely amazing! She was so warm, happy and welcoming to my husband and I when we decided to open an account with them and even did her very best to get us in with a same day appointment for another service we wanted to inquire about. Thank you Amy for making our day!

Not a good branch to do business with. The assistant manager Anna is aggressive women. I was told from head office to go see her about an issue with account and she kept tell me this is not your home branch and we cannot help you. I had to convince her before she decide to help. She barely communicated with me and kept typing email and trying to get rid on me. I felt the discrimination in this branch. I would never go there again. I would suggest other who had same experience as I did to share about it.

Horrid customer service.
Due to human error a few months ago, they cancelled my mothers entire bank account and thus, took her entire cpp payment for the month.
No follow up occurred, and she was never reimbursed.

If I could give this place a 0 I would.
The most unprofessional staff! They will ignore you, instead of helping people waiting in lines for services tellers were busy in talking to each other. Try to avoid this branch in particular.

This branch’s customer service is appalling, I waited in line for 10 minutes for a small banking issue that I was told I had to go into the branch for, the teller didn’t really know what to do (not his fault probably poor training from the management) had to get a woman who I’m assuming was a manager involved to which she asked me if I needed the issue resolved right then and there or if they could get it resolved by end of day, it was busy in there mainly due to understaffing and what seemed to be a management team that didn’t want to assist their tellers. I happily agreed that end of day would suffice, well end of day came and the issue was never resolved, I’m now going to have to go back into the branch and waste more time to try and get the same issue resolved. I should have known better when they rushed me out the door without actually taking care of the matter at hand. Glad my main accounts are with TD.

Went to resolve an issue, that was a Scotiabank issue, and was met with arrogance and condescension. The Branch Manager repeatedly interrupted me, and repeated the same policy statements over and over again. There appeared to be no interest in acknowledging the challenges of the situation, or to take any level of accountability. There was no compassion, empathy or customer care. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

Went to get my balance of account letter before Christmas holidays and never received a call back from the branch. Visited again this Monday, 5 mins in and out with the required letter. Tellers were helpful, good customer service. Please visit early in the morning to avoid long wait time.

I can hear everybody's complains. I had to say that my mortgage was indeed approved by scotia. They did all they could to make sure I can buy the home of my dreams for my family. Sorry for you guys who did not have a good experience. I did experienced at some point poor customer service either lack of knowledge and professionalism either or both. Some times it was due to language skills or attitude in trainees sometimes. Supervisors were ok, most of the times.

I have recently moved my mortgage and banking to Scotia Bank from TD Canada Trust / CIBC. I have both my home banking and business banking at Scotia. Scotia has gone above and beyond making me feel my business is important to them! Not to mention they have excellent customer service. Thank you, Scotia Bank - Highland Rd.

I would have rated this location a 0 if possible. The CSR I was dealing with today was coming as extremely rude. I was informed something else by another CSR while attempting to explain she used an aggressive tone and had a know it all attitude. And she was clearly wrong as well.

Wow after 10 years with this bank we were so disappointed! Staff in the branch and over the phone are so impolite.had no choice but to look for a new bank.

The CSR named #Thomas is really a very nice person. He knows how to deal with customers’ problems. I went this scotia branch first time, yesterday and found my problem solved in a couple of minutes. Appreciate it.

We were told with wrong information and yet the sales person pretend to know everything and so confident. End up she was wrong. She got so annoyed when i tried to explain what she doesn't know. She was also really rude. This is the most terrible bank i have ever deal with. I prefer TD or BMO.

If there is less than one start I would give that to this branch. Staff is sooooooo illiterate about banking. They are like frog in dark well, they don't know anything how system works. They rejected my line of credit where RBC approved. I can just say they are illiterate people with degree. I am gonna close my Scotia bank account as soon as possible.

I am loving the new no envolope deposit. The machine can tell what I give it and that is a super cool feature. I hope it gets rolled out more. Only seen it here so far. Other than that I love the staff here they are helpful and helped me find a new visa when the scene one no longer suited my needs. I am hyped to try the momentum infinite.
