Really bad experience with this branch.
No clear direction from front desk Bank teller and manager. Also, Manager's attitude is very very bad. If possible please choose other branch or bank.

April2023: GO ELSEWHERE!

I renewed my mortgage, and felt like I was being treated like a commodity!

It was a hassle to change institutions, but if my mortgage was larger I would have done so in a heartbeat.

This brach has most supportive staff. Especially Geeta. She's always on the floor asking client what they need while they are waiting in queue and if they need help guide them accordingly.

She and teller both really helpful with our need and they make sure everything goes in correct place by asking right questions. Thank you for this amazing support

It was my first time on this bank location, the lady named “*GEETA*” (SUPERVISOR) is terrible lady, I was asking her about something by being so polite, she insulted me in front of everyone who was there. I don’t even understand She knows the meaning of “Customer service”.

If this Location’s manager don’t take any action against this *misbehaviourism* I think they soon gonna loose their goodwill or scotia bank customer’s.

Duh! Look at the other reviews even… If the main manager in his senses.

I am not going to stop here, I am going to complaint about her to the main branch.

Don’t go here. The most racist branch ever. There is a lady named Aruna, she is the most disgusting lady. She doesn’t want to serve people. Everything you ask her for she would say no.
The same goes for the manager. Manager is protecting her disgusting employees by saying same things.
Why wouldn’t you stamp the bank statements? How would you loose your job if you stamp on bank statements?

Don’t ask Aruna to do anything. She will loose her job if she serves you nicely.

Disgusting service ever. Manager and Aruna should be terminated from the facility. Both are doing nothing and just protecting each other.

Went there to get a proof of funds letter for PR application. The process was smooth and didn’t take more than five minutes. Very helpful staff.

Staff here is too good and supportive. One day me and my husband visit this branch to get some documents for the immigration purposes and Jass Bhatti helped us a lot to do that. I really appreciate her support and her behaviour is really nice.

Very disappointed, never see a more unprofessional financial institute. Every employee talks to you with a don’t care attitude. Never a Customer service rep in the front to assist. You pay for an account that comes with a deposit box which no location has available. So why sell what you don’t have.

One of cheapest service I have seen manager is so rude and have attitude like she care about nothing we were told we will get call from new person name jyoti.who will be our financial advisor
and she will help us and it's been week earlier it was committed by amanpreet who took month and didn't call for month. I feel like I should take to scotia head office and approach to higher authorities

Don't chose this bank its harrasment now. I wil give zero point out of 5 for the service.

Manager is very rude doesn't know how to manage the things they don't fulfill commitment. Pathetic service

I have had worst experience and worst branch till date. The manager snd employers are not very responsive and its way to slow. The advisors are very poor with there service.
Dont go to this branch its a waste of time, energy and your effort.

I applied for new credit card with help of Elizabeth. She did excellent job and she has excellent communication skill, professionalism and provide full insight of scotiabank plans before processing my paper work for the credit card. I would suggest if someone has doubt of something. Try to book an appointment with Elizabeth.

It is the worst branch till date. The employers are not very responsive and its way to slow. The advisors are very poor with there service.
Dont go to this branch its a waste of time, energy and your effort.
Poor management. And next to zero customer service.
I went to the brach last week for some urgent work and I can see that there were about 4 advisors in the office just having a conversation and a big line up but no one came to help and only 2 person at the desk.
No one at the branch wants to work and I am not sure how this branch is functioning in the first place.

Purely unprofessional. I had my appointment with financial advisor Nikita Mehra. I waited almost 1 hour then she showed me attitude and said your time is gone.she really needs training to deal with clients.

Never get Mortgage with Scotia: The WORST bank ever. Charging me 21000 Dollars, yes you heard it right 21K for moving to TD who gave me the rate of 2.48 where Scotia locked me to 3.89 and giving me a blended rate of 3.74? Crazy Bank. DON'T ever deal with them I beg you. They steal your money. No one at the Branch explained this and they agree it too. My Lawyer says Scotia is the only bank gauge you all your money. I am taking this to the Ombudsmen as I need justification.

This branch is awesome! The branch staff are pleasant. I had a concern with my banking transactions- I went to this branch to resolve it and I’m so happy it did! They were professional and I was in and out in under 20 mins! When there are lineups they move really quickly- fabulous customer service, keep up the good work!

Worst customer service! I've been with Scotiabank for 20 years my wife and I where lied to as well miss informed and they branch did acknowledged it and did nothing to fix the issue I have switched over my mortgage and on the process of switching our banking and looking into legal actions

Staff do not have any accountability. I went in for an appointment and there was no receptionist. I waited for about 15 minutes and walked to the tellers since they were just watching me from behind the counter. I asked them if I could see my adviser and they said they would not be taking any more appointments for the day. Rather than come over and ask me why I was waiting and how they could help me, they decided to wait behind their counters and just watch me to see if I would come to them. Mind you, they were not helping any customers at the time or working on anything, unless they could have been doing that while watching me. It is fine though. I will just be moving my mortgage and investment portfolio over to another bank.

Horrible service. Went in on Saturday to open a GIC account and one of the advisors asked me to come in on Monday around 9: 30 am. I showed open on time but seemed like they don’t want to do the job. They told me they are too busy so try another branch. I think manager need to concentrate on the client needs and must ask their lazy employees to work rather than taking long breaks. Not going in again. Thanks

Horrible! Never go here, I deposited a draft and the teller said it would not be on hold. But the bank put my draft on hold and wasn’t able to use it. I called the call center and they asked me to check with branch. Meanwhile I need the funds immediately too
Been a scotia customer for 8 years not such terrible experience

Went in to open a bank account today and was told there are no appointments until the end of January! A month, really! Well they just lost my business. I was going to move my accounts including current investments but now BMO can have it. I only needed to wait 30 minutes to open an account with them. Wow!

Received great customer service from Geeta Singh. My husband and I wanted to open a chequing account but didn't have an appointment. Geeta was about to leave for her lunch break but instead stayed to help us set it up quickly and smoothly. Thank you!

I have gone there but the staff was very rude they did not solve my problem their talking way was very bad, i naver ever experience that kind of service.
I seriously wanna transfer my account to another branch. The staff at queen and chingousy, They are very loyal to customers.
