Went for the Raptors vs Celtics game and I just loved the vibe. Had seats way up but the view was still spectacular

Facility, Seats need upgrade.uncomfortable for long periods and not a lot of room to walk between. Concessions are crazy expensive. Events are great!

It's really difficult to enter the venue on time. Long waiting line, difficult process to check in, Arrived one hour before the concert to start and barely made it in on time. Prices for beverages are ridiculously high about 18 CAD for a beer. I can't imagine waiting an hour in the winter time to get inside the arena.

Went to go see the Jurassic World Live Tour on the 16th! Was a good show! Definitely aimed at the younger audience but it was enjoyable! Only complaint is our seats were changed last minute and we were not given any notice that they had closed the level we paid to sit on and moved everyone down into one area. Was still a good show and would recommend to anyone with kids!

The facility is nice.
The main issue I faced was the wait times to get in. This event was attended by a large senior citizen crowd. Having only electronic tickets on smart phones definitely slowed down the entry process. Printed tickets would have been quicker!

• terrible customer services
•terribly expensive
•aggressive staff
•unsafe environment
•staff can’t take no for an answer
•care more about tips than the safety of their guests
•rude staff
•power trip

I don’t write reviews but this was one of the worse experiences of my life.

The space is good and spacious. There are food options but pricey. If you bring backpack that’s not clear it will go under the X-ray. There are alot of people to ask for help if you are lost. The sound is good in the room. They have big screen and it’s very clear.

The vaccination drive held on July 27th is/was not meant for people with mobility issues. The line was around the block, appointment times not honored. Volunteers doing their best but ill equipped to help someone needing assistance, and were more intent on making sure you don't cut line for illegitimate reasons.

It's wonderful of the city to have this event, but stay away if possible if you have impaired mobility.

Sat in the 3M box. The service was great and the food and drinks were even better. Then the desserts came and I got a cake with a leafs logo on it. It tasted great and was a lot of fun. Went a second time with Watson's building supplies and had a blast. Second row seats and ate at harbour sixty restaurant. Best food I've ever had.

Entertainment visit for home matches - whether leafs or raptors - amazing ambience and must visit for all travellers

Scotiabank Arena, formerly Air Canada Centre (ACC), is a multi-purpose arena located on Bay Street in the South Core district of Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is the home of the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association (NBA) (before the COVID-19 pandemic in Toronto, which caused the Raptors to play their home games at Amalie Arena), the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League (NHL), and the Toronto Rock of the National Lacrosse League (NLL). In addition, the minor league Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League (AHL) and the Raptors 905 of the NBA G League play occasional games at the arena. The arena was previously home to the Toronto Phantoms of the Arena Football League (AFL) during their brief existence.

The arena is 61,780.5 square metres (665,000 sq ft) in size. It is owned and operated by Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. (MLSE), the same group that owns the Leafs and the Raptors, as well as their respective development teams. In 2018, Scotiabank Arena was the 13th busiest arena in the world and the busiest in Canada. It is also the most photographed location in Canada on Instagram according to BuzzFeed. Scotiabank Arena is connected to the Toronto Union railway station, subway station and bus terminal via the PATH.

Scotiabank Arena has, from its initial design to completion, revolutionized many concepts included in new arenas and stadiums built since then. These features include luxury suites accessible on the ground floor, splitting the main scoreboard into several sections, rotating all sponsor signage in the bowl at once (to allow dominant messaging or "neutralization" for events that disallow commercial advertising), and multiple restaurants in and out of the main arena bowl view.

Scotiabank Arena also hosts other events, such as concerts, political conventions and video game competitions.

In 2003, MLSE completed a $5-million upgrade of the arena, including a new LED signage system. During the summer of 2015, a $10-million upgrade of the arena was carried out, which included the installation of a new scoreboard four times larger than the previous one. The old scoreboard was later installed at Ricoh Coliseum.

In the winter of 2003–2004, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario imposed a seven-day penalty on the arena for "permitting drunken patrons to be in the licensed patrons.in the fall of 2002 at a Toronto Maple Leafs game and also a Rolling Stones concert. As a result of these misdemeanours, there was no alcohol served at the arena from December 21 to 28 in 2003. The venue had multiple major events during this time frame, which included a Toronto Raptors–Orlando Magic game on December 21, a Toronto Maple Leafs–Florida Panthers game on December 23, and Disney on Ice: Toy Story 2, which ran from December 25,2003 to January 1,2004.

On September 6,2014, a group of statues known as Legends Row was unveiled outside the arena at the southwest corner of the building. The statues were situated in multiple waves from 2014 to 2016 and include Ted Kennedy, Johnny Bower, Darryl Sittler, Borje Salming, Syl Apps, George Armstrong, Mats Sundin, Dave Keon, Turk Broda, and Tim Horton. In 2017, the final four statues were unveiled including Red Kelly, Frank Mahovlich, Charlie Conacher, and Wendel Clark. Legends Row now features 14 life-sized statues of former Maple Leaf players alongside a 9-metre-long (30 ft) granite players' bench.

Caught a Raptors game here. Sat at the very top row and still had a decent view of the court. Staff was super friendly. Beer prices were decent.

Did a Bell delivery there today and was very happy how all staff and security followed Covid protocol. I can’t wait to be back there for
Live events. Always loved the atmosphere there

Enjoy the place for events but not a big fan of the overpriced food. I understand why it is so pricey but at-least if it was good it would be justify-able but it is not. Nonetheless enjoy my visits here.

I only came to Scotiabank Arena to make a withdrawal but there was a concert going on around me so I stayed and enjoyed myself.
27 December 2020 10:16
Sorry the arena was great, but don't ever go through box-office tickets to purchase tickets for your games, the customer service is rude and threatening and they are still holding my money for a game that was cancelled, use Ticketmaster instead or buy off a scalper better than using the box office ticket company.

Great venue, spacious, comfortable seating, but very very cold. Maybe it's to keep people awake during events. It felt like some ody left the door opened in winter. Bring a jacket and a hat if you're bald, just got a haircut, or have a buzz cut.
26 September 2019 14:08
Way overpriced. It should be illegal what they charge for food and drinks. I'm surprised they don't charge to use the washroom.
Seats are a little too close together, It'd be nice to not have to touch everyone around me just to get to my seat and enjoy an event but corperate greed have to jam as many seats as possible in the building.
18 September 2019 17:51
Food service is amazing even though expensive portion size is above average. Plus they make a mean poutine. Fast efficient entry compared to other venues.
11 September 2019 10:42
Are the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Raptors playing close to Union Station so you can take the train in the heart of downtown Toronto I guess so yeah it's a good venue
10 September 2019 22:06
Très beau stade, j'y suis allé pour l'event WWE et l'ambiance était parfaite. Peut être un poil plus d'indications sur l'emplacement des places, nous avons cherché 10 bonnes minutes mais quand tu connais c'est plus facile.
08 September 2019 3:20
Was hands down my favorite event I've ever been to. They truly know how to keep the crowd pumped. Champs! What it do baby! Bye #2 thanks for your services
03 September 2019 20:48
Been here for a basketball game and monster jam. The arena's always clean, security is always around you feel pretty safe. Food is pricy but good, lots to choose from on game days but for monster jam the selection was less. I didn't like that monster jam was here it was pretty scaled down from the Rogers center. Definitely recommend to go for anything but monster jam.

I recently went to Scotiabank Arena to see the Ariana Grande concert, and it was amazing. The employees are very nice and helpful. The arena was clean and there was a lot of security. Overall I had a great experience.
06 August 2019 1:31
Arena is great, show was awesome, but prices for beer are way over exaggerated; $30 for 2, let's just say I only had 1 and as good as it was, it was not worth the price.

Amazing time at the Got7 concert. Awesome seats & super friendly staff working for this venue. Security was on top of those that were trying to sneak into seats they didn't pay for. We had an amazing time

I went to a Raptors game. Great arena and the staff was incredible and very friendly (it was my son's first game, he got some souvenirs). The food options are good. But only when there's 1 hour to the beginning of the game you're allowed to go to the 2nd floor - that's not good for the fans.
15 March 2019 9:18
Still slightly deaf from the stadium speakers, but the game was exciting even though the maple leads lost. An excellent stadium with a clear view of the action no matter where you sit. We had row 1 seats which were even better.
12 March 2019 9:14
1st time watching the Raptors game and hopefully wont be my last. The place was awesome but prices of food was insane. A good experience just the same.
17 February 2019 6:58
Good experience. Nice sports facility lots of options. Prices are high, but this is a sporting event they are all like that nowadays. Workers were friendly. Shout to the raptors Mascot! He's the best mascot in all sports!
15 February 2019 23:44
I usually go here for basketball games but I went for a hockey match. Regardless what sport or concert is held here, the staff are extremely nice in helping you with your inquiry. This is great work!
06 February 2019 13:47
We had a great time watching the Utah Jazz play the Toronto Raptors. The game experience was great. Many different food choices are available in the arena. It is centrally located in the city downtown and is accessible via covered walkway.
06 February 2019 0:06
Venue has a great in-game atmosphere once you are seated comfortably and watching, but the time to enter and leave can be taxing as there are not enough entry/exit points leaving crowds bottlenecked or jammed at certain parts of the venue. I would hesitate to bring little ones here as they might get crushed. The concessions are outrageously overpriced and not all that tasty or good. Service at some concession stands are notoriously slow (I’m talking about you - shawarma stand). Similarly, parking is overpriced and a chore to find around the area (which is expected) but even taking public transit can be overwhelming as the platforms can become dangerously crowded right after the game with trains arriving late or infrequently. Promos are few and far between especially for level 300 plebes, which is not a deal breaker as I don’t want to lose an eye or my voice for a free corporate sponsored white t-shirt. It’s a good thing I love watching my beloved raptors, because if I had to watch any other event such as a concert or even the leafs, I would feel a bit ripped off.

I love this place. Great fans, great ambience, great fan experience. In the heart of the city - you can feel the buzz and electricity of the city when you walk in and when you leave.
