Working with Scott was an incredible experience for both my partner and I. We had dreams of buying our first home for many years, but we were unable to find the right time and the right agent to guide us through the process. In 2020, we were living in Kitchener, ON and house prices were skyrocketing each day. We knew we needed to consider buying in another city. We got in touch with Scott and told him our "plan" of waiting a year or two before putting in an offer, but he convinced us that buying now is always going to be better than waiting, and we are so happy we listened! Scott is a very good realtor. Very responsive and quick to answer all questions at any time. He happened to recommend our mortgage broker (whom we chose prior), and recommend the house inspector. Both of which were fantastic.

2 months later I asked him about getting in touch with the old owners about a package we received for them and he had it taken care of in an hour.
