Scott Brubacher helped my husband and I with our purchase and sale this past fall. Scott is a seasoned professional who knows the marketplace and can zero in on the specific details that are important to his clients. In 2014, we were looking for an income property in Guelph for our daughter and 5 of her friends while they completed their education at UofGuelph.
Scott very quickly found us the perfect property and the purchase was completed after only one visit. He helped us work through the financing and cash flow assumptions to ease our concerns that the venture would be profitable.
