Scott Penner Desjardins Insurance Agent

Scott Penner is nothing but a scam, he took money from my father's account without his authorization and would do nothing to help or fix the matter. Just horrible Customer service with Scott and his receptionist Liz. They say there here to help and all he wants is to take your money and that's it! I have never spoken to a ruder company in my life and for someone who sells insurance, buyers beware! I never knew money can be taken out of a customers account without their authorization or any form of documentation that this is going to be taking place but Scott for sure got his money.

Haven't seen Scott in person in over 20 years, we moved to a different city and I never felt the need to change agents. He and his staff over the years have dealt with our changing house and auto insurance needs easily and effortlessly. They are always quick and efficient.

Worst brokerage to work with, they don't know the meaning of Customer Service at all. Their broker Alex is very rude. I won't recommend to deal with them.

Alex & Scott have always taken care of my grandparents and they rave about their service often.

Whoever my mom spoke with is a riot! Insurance rates went up, she asked why since she's never had an accident, doesn't drive out of town, and only uses her car to get to work three times a week. Whatever donut she spoke with (probably scott) told her to take the bus lol. This comedian also told my mom to be nice lol. Sorry, you get paid by us. We don't have to be nice after you tell us to take the bus. It's fine, we'll take business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing, guys!

Did my best to communicate with them I told them multiple times to please call me a week in advance for the payment to be cleared for my insurance. Seeing how I use 4 different accounts and it takes a bit of time to transfer funds. I have called to leave a messege and no return call. We communicated and I was told I will get a call. I am now stuck with no insurance and my insurance will now go higher cause of this office. Have still not had one call from them.

Do not EVER do business with this scam! Poor customer service, I wash my hands attitude, next time I would rather go uninsured than this bunch of cheaters

I cant say enough about the service I have been provided with over the years. From both past and present staff. Friendly, personable staff whom always exceeds my expectations. They have earned my loyalty. If anyone is reading this review and has insurance needs of any kind pick up the phone and give these guys a try.

Outstanding Insurance Agency. I know no matter what the issue, they will work through it with me. I am with this agency for home, auto and other needs and would never go anywhere else. I trust them completely and highly recommend them!
