In my experience, when dealing with HVAC companies, it’s important to find people with strong technical abilities, but equally important is having a company that is incredibly responsive and dependable. While it’s impossible to be perfect 100% of the time, Scottish gas definitely passed the test with flying colours. They looked after not only my pool heater, but also made sure that a new one came in on warranty a year later. The ladies that answer the phone are incredibly friendly in what can be an unfriendly world. Special thanks to Janice for putting up with me. She has the voice of an angel!

Our Pentair pool heater stoped working for a faulty mother board. The part had to be ordered in and an appointment was set for next week. When we told them we where having a large party for my fathers 80th and my sons 16th birthdays, they prioritized our appointment for this week and got it fixed in time to heat up the pool for Saturdays party. Thank you Susie and Scottish team. First world problems, but you saved the day.

My technician victor was very knowledgable he answered all my questions and solved my pool heater issue quite quickly, i will be using this company this winter for my furnace

They are a busy company but makes every efforts to get to you. Even at night.like they did tonight.

One of my favourite companies to work with! Customer Service is great, technicians take their time to explain everything and they always have everything installed or fixed quickly.

After last year heater's big and expensive service, again heater didn't work. Called company, managed after a week for repair appointment for first time, but the problem was still there. Second call, booked again very late, no apology and no care. Manager had very unprofessional attitude, very unreasonable. Had to solve the problem with another company. Never suggest this company to anyone.

Second time I've used this group. First time they installed my pool heater and gas lines. Second time they solved exactly what was wrong with the heater.
No beating around the proverbial Bush. And reasonably priced.
