Scott's Garden Centre

I went into Scott's Garden Centre last week to inquire if they would donate 3 perenials for the Cat Shelter Charity. They declined.

June 12 2023, yes oh yes, the only and only best place to order flowers, in orillia, spoke to sharon explained my arrangement as we were celebrating our 46 year anniversary, and by gosh service was excellent, flowers were beyond beautiful, red and yellow, a must and they did it.delivery to champlain hotel.will order again from them.blessings to this company.

They delivered 3 yards of premium triple mix, no weeds and ontime. Thank you! Also I purchased plants out at their hwy 12 locations, plants are so healthy and beautiful! Thank you! Berni

Stopped in on my way through a few times. So many beautiful potted arrangements in the garden centre and lots of lovely garden accessories too! I could have spent all afternoon there. Staff is really helpful as well.

I've dealt with Scott's for many years, from Pat and Kevin, now with son Alex. Always very helpful and friendly! Today they dropped off a tree, employee must have got some dirt on our front stairs (on camera) He got a broom out of the truck and swept all the dirt away! Great service! Thanks again!

Best assortment of plants and flowers for the season. Great selection of trees and bushes. Staff unbelievable with knowledge and very helpful. Assisted me with my selections. Pricing is very good. Great to see local businesses be so helpful

I ordered a florist choice arrangement for my mothers 74th bday and the flowers were beautifully put together.thank you very much she loved them.

Terrible customer services, was very rude when I asked her to make me a vase of flowers, told me she was too busy. Last time I go there for flowers

Excellent Service and the arrangement arrived earlier than was thought! Beautifull flowers! And due to the pandemic some flowers were unavailable so there were substitutions of which they did ask my permission for before the order went through! I think the arragement was nicer than pictured!

I ordered a beautiful arrangement (Radiant Ranbow) for my Mother on her birthday. Her exact words were "the nicest bouquet I have ever seen. " The ordering was easy, the follow up as it was processed, arranged and delivered was fantastic, and the happiness in her voice was the best. Great Selection of plants friendly staff when I shop there. I hired the Landscaping team to install a driveway, gardens and I love what they did with my yard. The Staff worked so hard and the finished product turned out amazing. Alex was really great to deal with and the foreman Riley was a great worker and really took pride in the job. All the other staff on the project were such hard workers as well. Money well spent

My boyfriend ordered flowers for me for our anniversary a little while ago on November 29th. He asked for roses and lily's which I didn't know until I sent pictures of the flowers to him. Only to find out that he spent $185 and the flowers I received were definitely nowhere near that amount of money. I was told by my boyfriends mother that it was more like a $50 arrangement. I wish I could Give zero stars as that is not right at all. When someone spends that kind of money and asks for what they want, that's what should happen. The arrangement had lily's and roses in it, so it could have totally been done how he asked it to be done. Instead it was mostly carnations. Super disappointed with the service we got.

Last month I was in need of 75 roses in 3 specific colors. I don't live locally, but I was planning a memorial for someone in the area.i contacted 3 floral shops in the area for quotes. Scott's had amazing customer service was the best price by far. Even being 3 hours away I was easily able to place my order. I got a call when the order arrived and had no issues sending someone else to grab them. All of the flowers were very fresh looking. Very happy with my order. Will definitely use them again if I'm in the area.

The staff is very approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have had nothing but excellent experiences there!

Shop local. Scott's will take the time to get you your flower and landscaping needs. They've been in the area for years so know the land and climate well - unlike big box. Highly recommended and suggested for outdoor beautification. From a hanging basket to your entire backyard, Scott's Garden Centre has it all, as best of all, is a local company.

I must say, I was not impressed with this location THIS YEAR. Employee flower racks everywhere blocking traffic flow throughout the store. Quality was very much lacking and the product selection was a bust as well. Hopefully things will improve as the season progresses.

Love this place.my go to for all plant needs. Staff is friendly and helpful. The selection is always amazing and the store and greenhouse always look great!

Called today to place my order with Scott's. I wish I had gotten the girls name. Very helpful and friendly. Took the time to see what I ordered last year and got me exactly what I needed.

I called Scott's on February 22nd 2021 to order a flower arrangement, hoping it possible to have it delivered to someone that day (last minute order on my part).
The two ladies I spoke with were very friendly, and assured me they would take good care of it for me. Let me tell you.they sure did!
Later that day it was delivered!
The flower recipient sent me pictures of the bouquet and they were absolutely beautiful! So well done and exceeded my expectations, especially since I had called and ordered so last minute.

Beautiful and wide variety selection of plants and decorations for arrangements. Friendly staff both greeted me and asked if I needed anything.

Bought a 75 foot roll of Cedar for my stairs to decorate the outside and it was $44 got home and started to unroll it and its garbage. So thin I would have to double wrap my stairs, so thin you can see the white twine holding it together and its literally falling apart. Called to see about getting a refund and they said no, exchange only. Why would I want to chance getting another. I buy a roll of Cedar every year (not from here though) thought i would try to help a small business but never again. Metro had nicer ones last year and they are a grocery store. I'll make the drive down to Lindsay to Garry's Garden gallery where its worth what you pay for.

Unbelievable. Too expensive. Bought Round up and it was $55.00. Then I saw it somewhere else for $35.00 my fault for not shopping around, but.wow.

Not eager to help.family owned I believe.it seems the employees absolutely hate thier jobs possibly relatives just looking to be paid and that's it. Who knows. For a garden center it is bare.

The staff are very knowledgeable and I buy all my plants and flowers from them. Just had issues with a couple of items that we bought from them and they were helpful to tell me why they died and gave me a credit for the purchase from a purchase that was from a year ago. Totally satisfied with the service and would like to recommend them to anyone interested in buying or just getting advice.

Prices seem very expensive compared to other garden centres. But it’s a cute garden center and does have some unique plants.

Great plant selection, both indoor and out, however everything I've purchased here is infested with spider mites and thrips. Look over your plants carefully or you'll just be disappointed.

First time. New to the area. Service was easy and friendly. Felt welcomed. Nice selection of outdoor wallhangings. Found a beautiful wall hanging for my outdoor deck. A bit pricy but worth it to get exactly what I wanted. Beautiful piece, good quality and workmanship.

Very poor customer service. I was looking to purchase multiple bouquets of flowers and seemed to just be an inconvenience to the florist. She did not even want to acknowledge or talk to me. It was my first time visiting this garden centre and I will certainly never return. Very unfortunate experience. I suggest visiting the lovely people at Ego’s in Oro-Medonte instead as they care about their customers!

Awesome supply of flowers, shrubs, ornaments. Staff are very friendly and helpful and for a small fee, delivery is available.

Easy online purchasing, great selection and free delivery. Flowers arrive per spec.

Great selection of plants for your indoor or outdoor gardening. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Several weeks ago when visiting this venue, the staff advised that they didn't have blueberry bushes and to come back in a week or two. When m'lady and I walked around, we found several blueberry bushes.

Aside from that experience, I like the selection that they have, and staff overall has been friendly to my family and I.

I spoke to Alex on the phone and requested a quote for some trees. I followed up three weeks later, still no response.

This was the easiest flower purchase I have ever made. They were very accomadating in switching the colors of the flowers to make the perfect arrangement.
