Before my vacation coming, my car got scratched. Luckily, I met Peter and Danny, who were very honest, professional, and efficient. After their repairs, my car now looks like new. The staff here has an excellent service attitude, and the prices are fair, perfectly resolving my concerns. Thank you once again!

Minor amount of damage caused by driving through road paint. Scottys spent 20 minutes looking and working on car then advised me how to take care of the damage myself and then stated no charge and have a nice day!

I have brought my car here twice in 2 years, first to get it repaired after a pretty bad sideswipe, and then recently to mod my car (new hood with vents, new spoiler wing etc.) Great service and good work, very little hassle.

My Subaru Impreza needed a new side panel and some work on the driver door which was also damaged. When I picked up the car the work looked fantastic! Outstanding workmanship. Looked better than before. Monique (business owner) promised the car would be done in 3 days and it was with no issues. The estimates were bang on with the final invoice.
This garage is top notch in all aspects of what a small business should be.

Few scratches made by another vehicle in parking lot, referred to scotty's, gentleman told not enough to claim on insurance. Buffed the scratch for free. Even offered $20 guy would not take the money. That is real customer service.

Went for a free damage estimate, Fred was thorough, professional and sent me a very reasonable cost estimate before I'd even driven back home. Very impressed!

Fred and Gaetan were so efficient and easy to work with. I went for having holes drilled for my license plates and they did it all in 10 mins. We had a great conversation. It's the kinda place you just go to no matter what needs to be fixed!

I was stressing out so much about some salt having corroded away at the paint on my hood, so I came in today to get a quote on fixing it. The guy came out to look, suggested it might be limestone-as I park underground-and that it may just be sitting on the paint instead of having corroded it. He tried a couple products out right on the spot. The second one cleaned it right off. Turns out it was vinegar and that was it; it was fixed! Didn't even need a quote! I can vouch for the honesty and customer service at Scotty's! Would definitely go back if something else comes up.

This place is so refreshingly honest, not-greedy and the quality of the work is exceptional. I was quoted $7k from a corporate body shop, they wanted to replace roof panels, both bumpers etc. Scottys quoted me less than $3K in just a few minutes and stuck to their estimate.everything was repaired rather than replaced, and looks like new now. Definitely the best bang for your buck, fast, friendly honest service and great quality of work. Highly recommended!

The folks at Scotty's made my ghetto Honda look so much less so. Although they were impressed by the way I was holding my bumper on with a paper clip, their fix is way better. Professional results, quick turnaround, priced right. Colour matching was impressive.

#1 Body Shop in Ottawa. I've worked in the automotive industry for over 25 years and nobody but Peter at Scotty's will ever touch any of my vehicles.

I have patronized this place for over twenty years. A body shop is not the type of place that one wants to visit regularly. However, if you do need one I would most definitely recommend Scotty's.

As you will read with most of the other reviews, this place practices honesty with their customers. Straight up, no BS, work done well at a reasonable price.

I am sure that many of you have received quotes for work to be done at a dealership. Do yourself a favour. Skip that quotation and head directly to Scotty's. Peter will take care of you with professionalism, dedication to quality work and most importantly, a fair price.

Amazing experience! I had bumper damage and went into the shop with the impression that I would have to replace my entire bumper and be out a couple hundred dollars at the minimum. But when I arrived there, simply asking for a quote, they immediately just salvaged my bumper and reattached it; no questions asked at no charge. They didn’t try to get me to get any extra work done or anything like that. Very friendly and helpful people. Would definitely go back for any work I need in the future and 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Needed some large scratches fixed on the rear passenger side door of my Mazda 3. They did an immaculate job and I couldn't be happier with their work. They also fixed a small dent and gave the car a quick cleaning for free. It was also very fairly priced at $950 (dealership and other body work places were quoting me $1200-$1500).

Honestly, this place is the best for both value and quality of work. The staff is also very friendly, and gave me a brief overview of what needed to be done when I showed them the damage.

You'll likely need to book weeks in advance (I had to), which is understandable with how good they are.
You can have peace of mind when bringing your vehicle here for sure.
