It's been good working with Seaport intermodal. They have been very responsive and helpful and would absolutely recommend. Jonathan is my dispatch and is helpful and detail orientated. Hassan has also been very instrumental to the success of my business in Ontario. Sharp rates too.

Extremely poor communication called and emailed several times for a container pickup.would not recommend using them.

We have just started using Seaport for our 40ft container deliveries. Great service with quick responses and updates. My direct contacts have been Adarsh and Tushar.

Seaport was horrible when we started using them again. They would not show up when they were supposed to and would not even contact us to let us know they weren't coming. They have since gotten much better about that. The only issue we have with them is we make appointments because they are not the only trucking company we use. They never show up when scheduled. They just come whenever and the drivers are never aware that they had a scheduled time.

I have been dealing with Seaport for several years and they provide great service. Super good dispatcher! Great job Seaport

Machine operator women always speak loudly with drivers. She don’t have manners how talk to drivers. Pls respect drivers.

The machine operators are there so rude, especially that one lady operator. There is a in-gate problem with very high waiting times, it's in the middle of the city with houses, schools nearby etc so you have to keep extra caution. Extremely disappointed with their behavior there. However the guys that work at the booths are very hard workers and struggle to keep the flow running especially the punjabi guys so kudos to them. The machine operators keep going around the terminal like its a play day, they can easily keep the flow going but decide not to. The truck needs to stay running to slowly move in the lane and we get citations for idling our engines and they should honestly close the terminal if they can't properly do their jobs and keep the flow going.

Very bad experience in my 20 years, they have all unexperienced crane guys I think they don’t pay crane guys, A lady crane operator all time using cell phone, less work more talking, when she operate crane which is dangerous

Seaport intermodal ingate staffs need more training how to talk with truck drivers.

Lack of explaining skills about their own yard.

Staff is arrogant and rude. Waiting more than two and half hours inside the terminal to drop off the container and even we went back to gate house person to request if he can help us to speed up the process
But he doesn't care and crane operator start off loading their own trucks.

Very long wait just to enter the yard. Little organization. Emails ignored. Several weeks notice and containers are still buried 10 deep. Waited several hours for them to correct their own mistakes.
