Seems to be great with kids but my set came out bad. Not straight or what I asked for left crying.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. The owner, who was responsible for my nail treatment, exhibited a shocking level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. To make matters worse, I was charged $40 for a shellac service that utilized low-quality nail polish, leaving me dissatisfied with the outcome.

When I requested different colors for my nails, the owner not only raised her voice at me but also threatened to impose an additional charge, as if using different colors was some sort of major inconvenience. Furthermore, I was taken aback when she took my card and inserted it without any explanation or consent.

To my dismay, by using a translator app, I discovered that they were engaging in derogatory conversations about me. This made me feel incredibly disrespected and left me with a terrible impression of the place.

Overall, this was undoubtedly one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever encountered. I strongly advise against wasting your valuable time and energy at this establishment, as the owner's behavior is not only rude but also utterly disrespectful.

THE WORST PLACE TO GO. If you want to throw away your money for no reason - come here.

But if you want quality and consistency go to ANY OTHER place. Some lady, I assume is the owner, since she wouldn't tell me, cut my toe and left me in so much pain. Her attention was everywhere else except my pedicure. She would get up every 5 mins, to change the Netflix show or check the dryer.

After she cut me, I asked for no color and to just stop the whole process altogether, and she still charged me full price. I absolutely loathe and strongly hate this place, I WILL NEVER COME BACK. Only came in because I had time to kill and my regular lady was on vacation.

Save yourself the trouble, save your money and save an injury, this place is going out of business very soon.

I have been a customer for about two years. Its always easy to make an appointment, and the staff is very friendly. Im very specific about the shape of my nails and season nails and spa never disappoints

This Nails & Spa was amazing, the place is extremely clean, very polite & professional, I did Manicure, Pedicure & Waxing, all done on time & professionally, I will always go there to do my Nails & waxing, well done, thank you.

Maybe they are friendly but biogel I got from the owner was just TERRIBLE! I had to go back to redo it again. And look how she sent me out. I got out 6: 35 p.m. Sitting In my car No words! I will post probably the one she did on Sunday May 29. And today is June1.

DO NOT GO

Did a new bio set and it was done poorly, bumps without correct filing and uneven lengths. Polish was not well done. I came back the next day to have it fixed and owner did not acknowledge the poor results. Finally, she agreed to fix it and decides to charge me afterwards for a refill, without even mentioning this at the start.

Impolite and not customer facing whatsoever.

The best mani/pedi I’ve had in a long time! Such a cleanvand comfortable place. I’m looking forward to going back.

I went today for the first time for cut and blow dry and I loved it! I saw Kate, and she did exactly what I wanted. Good service overall

The staff did a really good job on my nails and tried hard to do the way I want it, they also introduce and give me advice, very friendly.

I have been to Season Nails and Spa for over 2 years and I am very happy with the service I receive every time. Before I found this place, I have been going to other places but always ended up switching due to various reasons, but mainly due to the quality of manicure I received. The first time I went to Season, my gel nail lasted for over a month. I could easily let it go longer without a chip, but I couldn't because my nails were getting too long. The owner herself did my nails. She was friendly and very patient when I picked my colour. There were odd times when I went that she was sick and couldn't do it herself, and she would get her other girls go do it for me, and they all turned out great. I always went prepared with patterns picked out from the web and they always managed to replicate to my satisfaction. I am quite happy with Season.

Rude lady i believe she was the owner (very tall and slim) she did my nails and was so rude and sarcastic she barely gave me a proper manicure and rushed everything. No hand massage, no lotion, my nails are not even smooth i paid for shellac $30 but got nothing. DO NOT go to this salon, go to Iris across the street they will help you better and do a much better job the lady here just wants to rush and get you out of there but then they expect a tip too.

Won’t be coming back here. Had a very awkward experience witnessing an unhappy customer argue about how bad her nail job was, only for the owner to brush her off and make excuses for herself. My set was uneven and rushed, definitely wasn’t a great impression

The person who makes my hand is a tall and slim woman. (I think she's the owner.) I've been standing in the door for a long time without anyone greeting me. When I choose a color, she keeps rushing me. Then she recommends me to make a color that I don't like at all. She used the machine to clean up my cuticles. Now my cuticles is all peeling. Usually I am not picky person.but It's a very bad experience

Friendly stuff, the place and pedicure chair make me feel relaxed. They do a good job on foot massage too. The tools are very clean and stuff are professional

My nail polish on my feet usually stays for two weeks, but this time it didn't last till the second day. Their nail polish is very thick yet the quality is so poor.

Amazing experience! Did mani and pedi the lady was good and patient. She did everything with perfection. Highly recommend.

I don't think the things they use are disposable because I see white things on the squares. I pay an expensive price for them, but they use second-hand tools for me. Stay away from them.

We have been coming here for over 4 years and have been very good customers. Unfortunately, we will no longer be using their services, as a situation occurred today where it was obvious they don’t care about their repeat customers and treated us as strangers who would potentially use a service and not pay for it. Very disappointed and can’t say I’d recommend them any longer.
To the owners, it’s too bad you’re missing the big picture here when it comes to customer service - we won’t be back.

Very rude and unprofessional owner. My friend and I went to this salon and usually, since there are enough technicians, I don't have to deal with the owner. On this day, however, there were only 2 other nail technicians so she did my friend's nails. She was extremely rude to my friend and kept talking to me about my friend, right in front of my friend, while working on her nails. She made us both so uncomfortable the entire time we were there.

I got a pedicure done first, and sat down for about 10 minutes under the dryer to dry it. After that, it took over an hour to get my gel nail set. I wore my flip flops home. At night, I wore my closed shoes for 5 minutes to walk home and that smudged the nail paint on both my big toes. The nail paint was so thick that it didn't even dry after a 2.5 hours after it had been all. When I called to see if she could fix it, the owner told me to come early because if I get it fixed in the evening and sleep thereafter at night, my nail paint would smudge again! First time I heard that logic!

Find someone else. The rude owner is totally not worth dealing with. It's like throwing away money for a stressful experience.

I LOVE this place! It's clean, quiet, the chairs are comfy, the massage features work, there is plenty of parking, and most of all - the manicures and pedicures are done slowly and carefully, and they last!

Misleading pricing. Terrible quality. I have never been this disappointed with visiting a nail salon that I've been to for the first time. Every time I go there they tell me a different price.

Waited an extra 15 minutes for my appointment time. Service was rush and not a good job at all. Not going there anymore, my first and last.
