The wontons were good but the rest of the food was lack luster sadly. Been going here for years and this was the final time sadly due to the price of dinner not being worth the quality of the food.

The robot sings happy birthday. Cutest thing ever. Service was stellar and the food was great.

Best Sushi in town. Been a long-time customer. Quick amazing wait service who can speak Vietnamese, Mandarin and basic-Cantonese. There is a good fresh variety of food for both lunch and dinner menus. Clean washrooms with a nice open design. Very limited free parking in back-lot. Daytime metered parking lot, street and garage available very close by. Bus Terminal Across the Street. Free WiFi but very slow. Cash discount. No credit card surcharge.

The food was delicious but they kept sending our food to the wrong tables and it smelled like moldy mop water when we walked in but only at the front. No toilet paper or towels in bathroom. Server let drinks get completely empty and we still had to ask. Wasn't busy maybe 4 tables in resteraunt.

This was such an amazing value for the price. But quite frankly, even if the price had been doubled, it still would have been an amazing value. The food quality and the services also are excellent. And it's fun because of the robots that come by with your selections in a very timely manner.

Great Place to eat sushi of high quality. I have noticed that staff do everything in gloves and clean fast after all guests who leave the restaurant. The staff is friendly and very patient. We were with a toddler who made some mess (I apologize for this). The staff was very friendly. The waitress brought a cup of warm water for the baby and extra napkins. I know it is small things but we didn't ask for them. But it means to me that the staff is very attentive.

This buffet is fantastic and delicious! Robots service your food and make adorable tones as they travel between diners. You will need to pace yourself and eat with small plates perfect for sharing with friends and family. Enjoy every dish from appetizers, mango salad, entree, sushi, and desserts.

I was told it was slower than usual on the night we were there. The way the food came out saw me waiting 30 minutes for what I ordered while the rest of my table was eating.

I also found $40 for all you can eat to be fairly expensive when I ate two common tolls and one cup worth of pad Thai that was served with rice vermicelli

This is my favourite, affordable sushi place (I've only done takeout). Most of the other places downtown are double the price. The sushi is really good and it's the cheapest I've been able to find.

First time having a robot server, very interesting! Food was good, service was good, fast and friendly human Servers too. I have ordered delivery from them before and find they are very consistent with quality, haven't been in person for some time, so it was nice to eat in the restaurant.

I really enjoyed my experience here, as a gluten free person it can be really hard finding places to eat in unfamiliar places but they were very accommodating. Would totally recommend!

Have been going here for years. It is now under new owners and so far everything has been great if not better. Staff is very friendly. Definitely good competition for East and Wind with more abundant parking.

Food is usually good but not when you order at 5: 50 for delivery at 730 and it's almost 830 and we still don't have our food. Call to check on order and they said it was a busy night and wound be here in 10-15 min and it's 30min later and it's still not here. They said we had to under stand that it was a busy Friday night. Sorry to tell you it's Thursday and not ok when you pre order. We gave just over an hour and a half notice and it's and hour late. NOT IMPRESSED

The tuna felt frozen but everything else was decent. The robot server was ok, but in couple situations people grabbed our plates one table realized it wasnt theirs and put it back on the robot for us. The other table took and kept the dishes and they were not replaced. So a few small mix ups. It was about $99 for two dinner and one beer. Not rushing back but it wasnt bad.

Great sushi! Everything came out super fast after ordering. Wasn't busy at lunchtime as well. Would eat here again.

I was struggling giving this place 2 or 3 stars and let me explain

First of all, I am happy with the service I got. The staffs working there were attentive and friendly even they were busy serving takeouts and dine-in at the same time. Another highlight was the robots bringing the dishes to your table. It was fun to watch those little things going around.

The food is not good unfortunately. Tempura was soggy, sushi rice was a bit too hard and dry, and sashimi was miserably thin. The lowlight is the maki roll - there was too much soy sauce on top of the roll and made the roll too salty and dark. I felt like an injured octopus had crawled over the roll and left lots of its ink.

Glasses for our drinks were not clean either. Not sure it was just water marks or something else but my daughter had to wipe the rim before she drank. So was the water bottle the waiter was holding to refill.

In general, it is a below average dining experience for similar all you can eat sushi places. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Hands down best sushi place ever. Great prices, everything is delicious, always prepared quickly, and is always consistently amazing. 10/10

Unclean, went there the other day, table was not clean when we sat down. Food was bad and salmon sashimi was ice cold. Not coming back.

My favs are their cheese wontons, California hand rolls, bacon wrapped asparagus, and crème brûlée! Staff is friendly, welcoming, and appreciative. Bonus points for the cute little robot that sometimes drops food off to your table!

Used to be my go to Sushi Place, for years! But I just can't get over how dirty this place is. I'll stick to Wind in the falls going forward.

Only my second time there the food is great if you like Japanese, they now have robot servers that bring your food. Sorry didn't take pictures this time, but I will next time I go.

Excellent buffet, the menu is great, the food is soooo delicious, the robot waiter is so cool, I loved this place, this gonna be my favorite Japanese restaurant

SUSHI ROBOTS! Seasons seems to be an odd choice of name for this spot but it's definitely worth a visit. Decent location and a super friendly staff opened our visit there. The sushi was good and the robots that sometimes deliver the food made it super fun and hilarious. I tried their Teriyaki Rib eye made with custom in house teriyaki sauce and it was out of this world good. Towards the end of our visit the robot was delivering food that wasn't ours and it just made the visit more funny and memorable. Next time you need sushi, check this place out!

DO NOT GO! THEIR FOCUS WAS ON TAKE OUT SERVICE, not dine in customers. This USED to be our go to spot, been going here since it opened, even before it was Seasons. We used to visit 1-2x a week. Visited recently, and the service was the worst service you could imagine. Two hours to get 4-5 cold or old dishes that came with a single item, such as ONE shrimp, instead of food coming out together. Too much reliance on the robot, they ran with one server on a weekend night. I would never go here again. Go to East or Wind!

Great quality food, but when they get busy the wait time can be double from what was quoted for takeout.

On a whim decided to try this place as they had an online order discount. Definitely worth it. Food was hot and delicious. Great portion sizes. And a huge shout out to the lady working the counter. There were skip and Uber people coming in and shouting over each other and waving numbers in her face and she remained calm and polite the whole time. Definitely recommend trying them and I will order again for sure

There was more onions then noodles in my pan fried udon noodle with chicken. There were more onions than chicken in the mango chicken. The spring rolls were cold and tasted very old. The rice was also cold and tasted old. And it took them over an hour to make our order that consisted of 4 items. Not a great experience, and while I'm typing this I'm starting to feel not so good

Food is absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is beautiful! My 11yr old son and I had a blast and he loved being served by a robot.

We dined here this evening to celebrate my daughter's 19th birthday. The service was great and most of the food was pretty good (loved the spicy chicken curry). I didn't care for the mango salad and the dessert they served my daughter literally had mold on it. The prices on the menu are completely out of date and all the menu items were much higher than listed.

Overall not a good experience. Cleanliness poor, floors were sticky when walking and visibly streaky, dishes were sticky. Sushi wasn't fresh and not flavorful. The worst part, the owner got into a verbal confrontation with the cooking staff. First start off as a conversation then yelling excessively. Once confronted by us to remind him of the unprofessional treatment of staff and as an individual, the justifications were unacceptable. Certainly not recommended.

Only people in the restaurant and had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to offer water.food all took extremely long and a large number of the things we ordered were out of stock.
Also showed up between lunch and dinner but instead of offering to let us just pay dinner prices, we were told we had to order everything within 30 minutes and then could not order anymore.will never be returning

Literally my favourite place for take-out sushi. Their rolls, cream cheese wontons, and yam tempura are my faves. Always fast & fresh.:)

I want to rate it 65/100, We went there on a week day, the restaurant has only 2 tables, I don’t like the way they delivery food order which os personally I think is not good. We order sashimi and other cooked stuff rice beef salad etc.but sashimi come very last, which my friend said they want you to eat all the non expensive things before going to them, which I don’t care, I called before asked them if they have Octopus sashimi and answer was yes, we sat down 3 of us ordered 15 only 5 was brought out, then we order 10 more another 5 brought out, so We ordered more then they told us all sold out, sorry.for a all you can eat restaurant this is little too.well I will come back again if no any better choice by the way, service is not bad at all

Sushi is okay but had to wait 58 mins for an order from the kitchen on two accounts and their wassabi is weak, and has zero kick.

Very disappointing. There was no rice served separately with my sushimi, some of the fish was tired. Other pieces were tasteless. I did not enjoy it at all. The desert was excellent but very very small. We will not be going back.

I always order the party tray. The quality is excellent and the price is amazing. The staff is friendly and pleasant. Love this place

Like many all-you-can-eat Asian food establishments today, you use tablets to order. The food is served quickly, and is quite good. The table seating appears to be comfortable and spacious but the booths are flimsy and uncomfortable. If people in other booths move, yours will shake – that can be distracting if you are there for a leisurely and relaxing time. There are plenty of municipal parking spaces nearby, and it is fairly easy to access this property for those with mobility issues.

Hands down one of the best sushi spots in St. Catharines! Food is always mouth watering and perfect every time we order! Will order again and again!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. My only dislike about seasons sushi is their confusing ordering tablet. Had a difficult time finding most of their menu.

My past experiences with this restaurant have been good, but last time I ordered takeout, it was an absolute disaster

The first couple times was amazing. Now that I thought I found the spot and begun to order frequently, I am noticing inconsistency. The staff have been great. Except the fact that I called to give my complaint before doing a review and the lady just thanked me for my feedback.

They used stale rice to make my sushi.

Ordered $ 50.00 worth of sushi online last night at 5.15pm to be delivered to an address 10 minutes from the restaurant. Was told it would be an hour max. One hour and ten minutes later call to find out if it is on its way. Told order will be there shortly. Three phone calls and another 75 minutes later still no food. I can accept food is delayed or mistakes happen. BUT do not LIE repeatedly about the situation. Shame on you Seasons Sushi

Horrible experience! The whole time I was there they got my ordered wrong every single item and each time I was told "sorry we need to update tablet so its correct" so I didn't say anything because each time they fixed it. And by the way everything tasted disgusting. So came time for bill I was ready to pay but then I saw they got the bill wrong as well. Instead of charging me for weekday dinner they charge me weekend and thats allot more. At this point I was upset asked for a manager and was told manager not here today. So im like well I wasn't gonna say anything but had a horrible experience and you got everything wrong and it tasted bad. They called the chef he said no discount pay your bill and never come back here because I said food taste bad. Wow horrible customer service. Definitely not going back and I dont recommend you going there either.

I placed order #43 on February 14th 2021 at 4.00 pm to be delivered at 6.45 pm and their delivery guy only showed up at 7.30 pm.also i ordered cheese wontons and they did not send me any, but still charged me the full amount of the order i placed

We ordered tonight and it took over two hours to get our food. When it came we were disappointed. The shrimp was rubbery and cold my daughter and I actually threw it out. There wasn't anything we received that seemed like it was just made. We had called to inquire about the lateness of our order and the woman who answered didn't seem to care at all. If you want bad food and horrible customer service this is the place to go!

Terrible fly's everywhere their order taking machine doesn't work and the waiters can't help becuase they can't use their own machines.

The decor is beautiful and relaxing. The wait staff are quick and polite. The food was amazing! A little expensive, but worth it. A jewel in downtown St. Catharines!

Seriously love this place. Family go here all the time and you can actually find parking compared to wind or east. The sushi has really been fresher since the owners changed.

Food is very fresh and plenty of it. Love the sushi, rice rolls, and all the other regular chinese foods. Sometimes you don't get everything you order (not quite sure why) but if this happens just reorder on the IPAD. It is getting a bit pricey so this maybe a once in a while event. We use to go more frequently but the price is getting up there. The owners may want to consider a bigger discount for seniors as there is only a one dollar difference. Maybe 20% discount for seniors?

The food was good, although some dishes were a hit or miss I found. The tablet you order with has pictures of the food that aren't pictures from that restaurant, so I was sometimes a little bit surprised at what I got vs what I thought I was getting (not always in a good way). The service was very quick and accommodating, although they didn't walk around the room that often and stayed around the service counter (when I went, there were at most 3 other groups of people eating there) so it could be difficult and awkward to ask for something like water or napkins. Although the food was alright and usually fairly tasty, the ambiance and service was lacking. I would recommend spending the extra money to go to a different restaurant around the area instead (for $1 more you can go to a very similar restaurant, East. The service can be slow but it's a much better experience and the food is very good.) But if you just want good food and fast service, this restaurant fits the bill.

The foods were really bad if compared to East or Wind
We came here (3 people) and the server just gave us 2 bowls and 2 pairs of chopstick
We asked for another bowl and a pair or chopstick
But when the meals started, they still didn’t bring us the bowl and chopstick.
When they were serving other tables, they broke 2 plates on the way.
They also served us some dishes which we didn’t order. Price is ok but I don’t like the food. It’s not good as I expected.

However, the restaurant is pretty cleaned and organized. The servers sometimes talk by Chinese loudly. That’s annoying.

So much sushi! First time I ever had sushi was great. Best to go with a group and don't be fooled by the small servings it's a lot. Creme brulee is to die for. First time again! Excellent service too.

Less than personable service. Sticky, dirty iPad for ordering food. Kept waiting for a dish to come out that wowed me.never happened.

I used to be a regular and go even though it was always hard for me to get in the building without an automatic button and there’s no change table for me to change my children. But I loved the food! Since it’s under new management and there’s a new cool my favourite dishes have turned disgusting! I’m not going to be eating here or ordering from here again. I wish it would go back to the way it was with their old cook!

I use to love seasons, in my opinion was the best sushi in St. Catharines / even all of Niagara. I eat it weekly. I had some today and it is not the same. I heard they had new owners and manager and it shows. I will not be ordering from them again bc of how disappointed I am with this order. The rolls are different, the taste is different, they are not what the old seasons was like, unfortunately. I will miss the old seasons.time to try new spots I guess!

8 Months Ago: Always satisfied! Delicious food and a large all you can eat menu. Service is fantastic, food is fresh and the restaurant environment is clean. Best Sushi in St. Catharines.guaranteed!
Today: New owners at Seasons, service is still excellent, but food was very disappointing. Either very little seasoning or none at all. Portions were ridiculously small, and very chintzy on certain items such as I ordered Bacon/Pineapple Rice, I got 1 slice of pineapple and no bacon just ham, which I do not like whatsoever! I also ordered Vegetarian Rolls and it arrived on a platter along with strips of beef layed on a bouquet of celery as decoration. I'm not a vegetarian, but this didn't look right, can you imagine what a Vegetarian would be thinking? The sauce they use for their meats taste like bitter VH, so disappointing! We used to come here monthly, this is my second visit since the new owners took over and I don't think I will ever be returning. This was once my favorite place to eat in all of Niagara. RIP Seasons

I just went in at 4: 10 and was told if I order off the lunch menu I had to get out of the restaurant by 4: 30 because that's when it switches to the dinner menu. So the waitress gave me 20 minutes to order, wait for food and eat before I would have to physically leave

Either new management or they just decided to change half of the items I loved and now I hate them. Food was cold when it should have been hot and the rice was dry/ old and crunchy I'm not impressed with the new seasons

The food was amazing but the portion sizes seem to be a bit too large for an all-you-can-eat. I definitely recommend taking it easy on the ordering.
Atmosphere's nice, the overall price and experience was reasonable. I definitely recommend it but I also recommend that they lower their portion sizes.

Great food, but only thing was my friend asked for vanilla ice cream and she got coconut? Ice cream. Was delicious I ate but she wasn't happy and didn't want to re order it. Please make sure vanilla is vanilla and coconut? Is coconut. Other than that I would love to come back. Thank you

New ownership or new managers, the quality of both the food and the service has gone downhill. Seasons used to be our favourite sushi spot but we're very disappointed and will probably try somewhere different.
