Seasons Retirement, Dufferin is truly heart warming and comforting. Residents are treated with respect and dignity, as they deserve to be. Staff promote a sense of well being and belonging, that encompasses our core values. The residents and their families are not just associated with a suite number and payment, they become our extended families. The management team are proud to support their frontline teams, and value the hard work and dedication they provide for the residents every day.

Staff turnover is very high which indicates poor management and treatment of staff. If my Mom didn't go to the diningroom, they did not provide a meal until we intervened. Then they left the meal out of reach. They had no nursing on duty only unregulated care providers who passed out pills but new nothing about pharmacology. My Mom paid over $4900 per month. We finally got her out of there and she is thriving. Don't be fooled by the window dressing. Seasons is a dump!
