Second Bind

I had a great experience with Second Bind, they made it a very easy and simple process from beginning to end. They are quick with responses and scheduling time to pick up was also quite quick as well. I ended up leaving my box down in the lobby for pick up, which was not a problem for them at all, they confirmed with me when they arrived with a call and followed up on an email confirming pick up. Great experience, and will definitely contact them again for future book donations. Thank you!

Second Bind was extremely professional to work with from the first call I made to donate my books. Nette walked me through the process and from then on it was flawless. This is the second time I've used Second Bind's book collection. The first was for a large pick up from my apartment, this last was from my office. Both, two years apart, have been easy to organize. The contact person, Nette, is gracious and helpful. Then, it's like magic, you pack up the books and off they go-to whatever home or process is appropriate, ethically responsible, and worry free. Letting books go can be hard. I have another load coming in a year or two-I'll be happy to connect with Second Bind again.

Great Company to deal with. Just pack your old books, drop them outside your house on selected date, and these guys come and collect them.
