Fantastic Service & competitively priced. I bought 2 sets of washer/dryers and a fridge. Zach has superb knowledge and expertise on all their appliances. Tested before sold. It’s in the nature of a re-furb product that some issues may arise. We had an issue with the board of one of our dryers and Zach drove all the way out to my home to fix it. No hesitation. Would definitely purchase from again and recommend/vouch for.

Purchased a washer/dryer combo at full price. Sales rep was mad that I even tried to get it at a lower price. Only to find that the whole machine smells terrible. Clogged filters and lines. Scuff marks everywhere (not in pictures). And most importantly, the seal is broken on the door so water got all over my floors and had to take up all my floors. After trying to get into contact with them, no one returned my messages And no assistance whatsoever. Terrible experience. Will never recommend to anyone. Pure guessing game in whether or not your machines will work and no support whatsoever.

Run away! All sales are final! I bought a washer for my basement apartment, unfortunately, it was too tall it did not fit under the granite countertop. I beg to return it the very next day. They said all sales are final. I offered, they exchange it at least to a shorter size.they said they don't have it. I wished I just bought a brand new one. I found a brand new for not far from the price that I paid. What a waste of resources! You are better off buying a brand new one.

I bought a washer from here that gave me some pain initially. Zach was really supportive who came to my place and replaced the part. My washer is working fine now. I am impressed with their after service.

Like Washing Machine, Dryer, and Stoves, we took it apart to see what's wrong with the appliances then we fixed and rebuild it. We make sure that the products are 100% working before selling it.
