I recently had the pleasure of visiting the best coffee and cake shop in town, and it was an excellent experience. The coffee was exquisite, with a perfect balance of flavours, and the cakes were delicious, with a wide range of flavours to choose from. The charming ambience and impressive customer service added to the overall enjoyment. I highly recommend this shop to coffee and cake enthusiasts, as it offers an unforgettable experience.

Good service; drinks are average at best. I ordered a London fog half sweet extra hot and a carmel cornetto with an extra shot of espresso half sweet. The carmel coffee despite it being half sweet was still too sweet and it overwhelmed the coffee. I couldn't even taste my espresso. Also the London fog had the same issue, too sweet and the tea despite steeping for 20 min imparted no tea flavour. Making me think the tea bags are stale. Also they didn't make the London fog extra hot which was also annoying.

Don't Order using UberEats from this store! They will try to cheat you. I tried ordering a coffee mix but got the drink instead.

Love this place but they really need to work on their service. Theres usually only one person manning the cashier and drinks and during peak time its a mess.

Great staff, first and foremost. Best coffee in the mall, can't start my day without. I enjoy that they rotate the flavoured coffee out, but it would be nice if they had an extra one for the highly requested flavours.

I got a iced latte with hazelnut cream and it was just made to perfection. It wasn’t too sweet as I feel with most cafés. Kind staff and great ambience. Changed my go to coffee place.

Took 10 minutes to get us a vanilla bean latte and we were the only ones in line. Couple guys sitting at the table that’s all.

The place should be named "First" Cup Coffee Co. Diversification in drinks have one choose from various options and every drink just taste the way it should be. Great team working here. Thank you for your service.

Superb service.
We tried matcha spice latte, white hot chocolate and red velvet cake. Everything tasted so good will be back soon.

I reloaded my Second Cup card $5 using my Visa and didn't load, even after waiting for days. I contacted them numerous times no answer, left a few voice mails and sent an email. Done with this company.

Second Cup is really underrated. The quality of their coffee is amazing and their shops have a nice, clean aesthetic. The BCC location isn't as busy which gives you space to sit down and get some studying done, meet up with a friend over coffee and a snack, or just grab what you need and go. The staff here are very friendly.

If you're at BCC, I recommend getting your coffee from here as opposed to some of the other options.

My mom was there recently and was yelled at by an employee for wanting to use the restroom the managerdidnt do anything. My sister works in the mall and comes there every single day! My whole family comes there and spends money on their products! My mom chose to use the restroom first but she was going to get a coffee after now that this happened we'll spend our money elsewhere!

The owner of this establishment is extremely rude to her customers and employees. She does not clean up the tables and everything is a mess when I come in. She made my latté wrong three times and charged me every time she remade it. The other girl, also Indian.was very smelly. They both smell really bad and should not operate a business if they are going to smell so bad. Maybe this is why they dont have any customers. The tall black man is very personable and makes my drinks perfect every time. The manager is very rude and does not speak proper english. She rushes customers to get out of the coffee shop I cant even sit for a second. I hate this place with a passion. I will never be back because of the manager. If they want this business to thrive they need a new manager.
