Second Cup Café featuring Pinkberry Frozen Yogurt

I just found this place during a stroll, went in to order a hot chocolate. No greetings, the baristas had a pretty serious attitude. I usually don't care about these things. I just wanted my hot chocolate and get out. One of them placed my order on the take out counter, with no intimation or anything. Had to confirm if it was mine before picking it up. I was halfway back when I felt something warm on my jeans. I looked down to see my NEW jacket completely drenched with hot chocolate. She didn't even put the lid on correctly. Now it's all sticky, but I'm somewhat glad that i was wearing it. Otherwise, I would have burnt myself. Need some serious safety training. Otherwise, it's a lawsuit waiting to happen

I don’t know if it’s actually a thing to only have tea available in the entire store at 10: 50 when I asked for 2 hot chocolates but pretty ridiculous to me. If this is a normal thing, I’ll remove the 1 star for sure.

Great coffee, taste really good. All of Frappe were delicious. Hot drink were amazing. Summer drinks were also awesome. Must try everything here for more experiences

It’s October 18,2: 58 pm. The washroom there is so gross. I planned on sitting there with a friend of mine and study for the exam we had next day. I went to use one of the two washrooms but someone had puked in one of them and the other one was closed. I came back at the front and she said you can use the one which is opened knowing the fact that someone had puked in it. I told the girl that it’s not clean, she said she’s waiting for someone to come clean it. I had to walk 5 mins away to use another washroom. Also, the wifi there sucks. It doesn’t even work. Literally the worst place to sit and spend time to study.will never come here.

10 minutes to even take our order, people made mobile orders and walked over to the cashier no regard for the line, scanned some and waited for their order to be made.

Also they have a policy where they take an order and make the whole drink before taking the next persons order so line ups are prone to happening

Servers need better training on customer service and interaction. Would have given no star but no option for it. Don’t waste your time here.

Nice service. But my flat white coffee was watery and my chocolate croissant was really DRY!

I've been coming here for years. Today the male employee working was miserable. Didn't greet clients when they entered or even make eye contact. I walked out.

I visited quite a few Second Cup branch but the one at Mississauga- Living arts has become my favourite, the vibe is so cool.

I love the Mocha Frappe at second cup! Must try! Also their Monster Brownie was great. Just got so tempted couldn’t click the picture

This place used to be a great coffee shop. Prices go up frequently and are way too high. They have increased the cost of baked items multiple times this year alone. The washroom is always filthy now and doesn't even have soap to wash your hands. It's a shame. Still has free wifi though.

I was not lucky enough to enjoy their best service and welcoming behavior. Hopefully, it's because it was late at night

Just ordered a cake, last piece on display they sell it to the peson after me in line, no sorry, no appology.will never come back.

Love the location. Interior is nice and so is their Oatmeal Raisin Cookie! I'd give a 5 stars since I am a Second Cup fan, but I have a couple pet peeves:

1) Some of the electric outlets don't work
2) No umbrellas in the patio, and the sun was blazing all day (at least on the day I went)
3) Washrooms are in need of a large cleanup

Overall, pretty chill place and I will return sometime.

Perfect, cozy cafe to be productive in! Baristas are welcoming and friendly, plus layout is great for maximum seating

- mixed seating: booths, tables, bar
- fast, free wifi (direct connect unlike other locations)
- drinks are well made, good selection of pastries
- outdoor seating

Coffee is sooo bad. Like drinking a hot water with no coffee. Sometimes I had to open the cover to check what's inside as no coffee smell at all! Not fresh and cold sometimes.

I feel so satisfaction when every time i came here. The employees are friendly and so helpful, this location is also pet-friendly. You guy should try this Matcha Latte in here, it’s even better than Starbucks.

Everything’s great. I never go to coffee store before. However, when I came here, I felt like I’m drinking coffee at my house. Services and people were very nice.
Food is delicious. By the way, coffee is tasty and fresh all the time.
My favourite is Caramel Frappe. It is really tasty.

Don’t know why but the coffee at this location sucks, it is not like other locations. The flavour and body are completely different then the supposed same coffee from other locations. Its watered down. I tried it on two separate days and they were both pour outs. I went to a different location a few blocks away and the coffee was delicious.

Horrible wifi, less than 1mbps, came here to do some work, ended up leaving with my coffee to go elsewhere

The best hot chocolate drink in comparison with other outlets. Wonderful staff and relaxing atmosphere. Ideal for a solo hangout or with friends.
