Just went to this location and my mind blanked and we drove past the menu screen at the drive thru so we pulled up to the pay window and completely confused the poor girl.

A lovely gentleman took over (manager?) and he was SO GREAT! We offered to go back around the drive thru but he took our orders like a champ, with a great smile, and awesome service.

I LOVE SECOND CUP but they're hard to find location-wise nowadays with Starbucks taking over the world, so I'm thrilled to find this tiny location!

So I ordered from Uber eats, I tried these guys twice and I should say what a huge let down! The first time I ordered a chai latte it was terrible tasted nothing like chai but like cinnamon water it burned throat the cinnamon was so overpowering the second time I ordered a caramel Correto, the description says whipped cream and caramel but it had no whipped cream was watered down with ice cubes could not take more than 2 sips it was really bad! I tried reaching uber eats they did nothing I called the store the girl who spoke told me they have a new girl and she is just learning how is that a reason? I’m not paying for someone to learn! She said she will let her manager know asked me call the next day, lol I called the next day she ends up saying she can’t do anything about it her owner told her to tell me to let Uber eats know! Horrible customer service and food!

Love this coffee store! I always get their Caramel Espresso Frappes & it is SO delicious.

Just was given the worst tasting cappuccino I have ever had. Tasted like burnt coffee was used. When I asked about it they just added more milk. Still tastes horrid. Service was lackadasical.

Cute and friendly place. Both café and baristas are so cute! Magnifique et mignon! French or Italian vibes in Mississauga.

I saw this location advertising their smoothies on the front window and I thought hey why not try out a smoothie from second cup. So I pulled up in the parking lot, parked my car and walked in. As soon as I walked in, I notice a lady in a second cup uniform just standing there fiddling with her cell phone. Anyway, I didn't really think much of it because I still needed more time to decided on what I was getting exactly. As I was decided I noticed from my peripheral vision another lady that appeared from im not sure where but as soon as I turned my head to look at the other lady, she pulled out her phone and started to fiddle with her phone too. At that point, I knew what I wanted to get on the menu so I just stood there until their attention gravitated towards me but that didn't happen. Anyway, 15-20 seconds later I took off and grabbed a ice cap from tim hortans with absolutely no complications.

Just putting this in perspective, I am a black man so maybe they saw me and didn't want to serve me. I mean, as I was walking in I notice I couldn't see through the front glass because of the reflection blocking my view to look through but they could see me from the inside.

This happen around 2: 00pm-2: 30pm today.

Great location! Clean and so friendly. Great casual place to meet for coffee and conversation. Try the white hot chocolate.

Very very slowwwww service. There were no customers we were the only customers and we literally waited forever.
U would think that the smoothies we got would be worth the wait -stinchy on the ingredients. (Had this before at other locations was very good)
Highly recommend staff to wake up and work more efficiently.

I’ve come here a couple times, and the morning workers are the worst. One of them is the manager. Shes very rude and short remembered. I asked her for a napkin, and she told me they keep them behind the counter. She used the same hand that she counted dirty money with, to give me my napkins. When I told her I didn’t want her touching my napkins, she said it costs money to buy the napkins, and that customers use too many. Why have a coffee shop if you can’t afford to run it?

They hire workers that can’t speak proper English, and don’t even know their own menu. They get my order wrong every time. Last time I’m coming here.

Vanilla bean latte was delicious and the ambiance was so cute.there’s also a little patio outside to have coffee while enjoying the weather:)

Sharing the experience for my last visit. Specific to the Employee named Rohila who harassed us.
(She wasn't even wearing a name tag!) As she was very rude to us.
Ordered two coffees at drive thru. One of them she made wrong.
When i asked her if my order was wrong (as i asked for cold not hot) she started throwing tantrums and at first refuse to make the order. Then she argued and took it and i felt like she just half empty the cup and added some water and ice and handed it over.
When i asked her why it's so watery as i drink the same drink every other day at the same location!
She said this is what it is and please leave to go to the head office and complain.
I didn't expect this the customer service Second cup gives to the Employee now. As it has never happened to me on any location or any other tim Hortons or Starbucks.
Won't recommend this location anymore.

It is sometimes very crowded with very noisy group of people!
The second cup coffees and other things always are better than other coffee brands such as Starbucks and for sure from Tim!

Placed an order for 2 breakfast sandwiches and ended up receiving 2 cold cheese sandwiches that look awful. Very dissatisfied and upset. When I called the store I was told they tried to reach out to me but that is a complete lie. Should have the app updated if items are sold out. Waste of money.

I had the Pistachio Chip FroCho, this was Amazing.not too sweet, but tasted exactly like the Pistachio I had in Sicily.

Their coffee is good and they have larger cup sizes than the other big coffee chains. I like this location because it is less crowded and the tables are spread out.

I choose to visit Second Cup Cafe because of the ambiance and freshly brewed coffee they offer. Best place for solo getaways and reading your favourite poems.

Definitely one of the better Second Cups around. Good service, good coffee, clean and cozy environment.

Food is very bad. I got tuna sandwich today, l vomited. I am in pain. There was no expired date. Employees told me it was removed for all of them. I complained to cashier point. They refunded my money and l got manager number….

I am gonna report to Ontario health and safety department.

Tried to order mobile but didn't have add creamer option only milk. Haven't been here in a while and had a credit on my app. Previously visited 2X a month

Below average coffee (even for a second cup). Average to high prices. Service is slow, inconsistent and you have to repeat yourself (order still came out wrong). Seating is plentiful, but uncomfortable. Great amenities for working.

Food is typical, but service is so slow. I was stuck in line for 10 minutes to wait for the person in front of me to receive their order and to get my muffin

One of the employees there today was out of hand after 10-15 mins for our drinks and getting getting wrong ones for the 5th time in 2 months he could handle the criticism and started yelling at me so I yelled back after the way he acted was out of hand im never going back there aguan and I'd much rather drive to Oakville for a coofe then go back the lost my business forever. Next time an employee tel me truly my sef thing will get out. Hand.

Fast & friendly service. Had a delicious soy vanilla bean latte - absolute perfection. Love that they have a drive thru window. They also give loyalty points towards free beverages.

I used to go to this location every once in a while for drinks and they were great. However in the recent months when I visited, once they have not opened when they said they would in the morning. I chalked it up to the pandemic and maybe the hours changed drastically and I couldn't find information. The second time I went through the drive through and order a blended drink. There was only 1 car ahead of me and I still had to wait 5 minutes AFTER the other car left. That's fine, but when I got my frappe, it was liquid-y and warm. I don't know why my blended drink was warm. Maybe the barista was new, I don't know. This location should review their staffing and operations because they have disappointed me multiple times in the last 6 months. Hope they go back to how it was when this is all over.

It's Saturday and they have only one person running the whole store? ! Plus they forced the customers to go through the drive thru which turned into a 15min wait. This location needs to do better during the Pandemic. And get better staffing.

I understand we’re under bizarre times right now, but while picking up my mobile order this morning, I had to stand around for a minute inside the store before noticing the one clerk working on the floor was hidden sitting behind the cash on her phone, talking loudly to someone on speaker. I felt bad interrupting her while she was very hard at work. She was without a mask or gloves.

I ordered a mocha frappee and it's literally blended coffee with ice. Not even the smell of any mocha/chocolate in it. And not even with a grain of sugar. Not worth the price.

2 stars for the shop management. However, employees are great. Especially one of the barista’s who sticks out, Zubia. 5/5 Very pleasant girl, accommodating, smile on her face everytime. Only issue i notice about this location is how exhausted the employees are. There is one person working through the shift. And sometimes it takes forever to receive my order. But this isn’t the employees fault. There should be something done about that. Better management for sure.

Rude staff, her mask was not covering her nose so what’s the point of wearing it? Customers walking around without masks and none of the staff is saying anything.they don’t have hand sanitizer at the counter. I doubt they clean the tables. I will not be coming here again.they probably think COVID doesn’t exist.

The lattes are awesome here but went twice in the last 2 weeks at 7pm and they were closed! Says here they are supposed to be open till 8pm

Food is not so fresh. The location is often understaffed. Nevertheless the baristas are incredibly friendly and never show that through their work.

The coffee is amazing, but it is inconsistent every time I order. Sometimes it is made so well, and other times it tastes like burnt milk. The old owners from years ago were much better. The service is always extremely unfriendly.

Terrible staff during the weekdays. Same girl I see everyday is so rude. Never anything available at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM WHATSOEVER. Food is always stale. Other second cups are not like this at all. Shame on them.

Your barista at your Central Parkway & Mavis location in Mississauga was not wearing a mask. With the current COVID concerns, everyone especially in the service industry should be wearing a mask. I will not be returning and I will be passing on my concerns to others.

The service is great here, always feel welcomed. As a regular customer, i have been coming all winter during COVID time and they have been serving me with great hospitality and made me special

I bought a tea latte and a piece of banana bread. I was eating a small piece from the bottom and thought it tasted odd.when I looked at the top it was covered with mold spots. I didn't eat much but I'm not feeling well.

I called the coffee shop and spoke to the staff. I asked them to have the manager or owner call me but no one has contacted me yet.

Worst Second Cup ever. Staff was too busy talking to each other about what to eat, so we waited 5 minutes to order with no one else there. Floors look like they haven't been cleaned in a year. Poor representation of the Second Cup signage.

Good coffee here no complaints on that. However washrooms need attention. Also they do not take Amex as an FYI

Inconsistent service. Some of the baristas make the drinks with love some are too quick for comfort making bland drinks with little to no foam. Lattes Have foam.if I wanted tea I would order a tea. And the attitude is real, seems like no one is happy to work here the service is just whack. They dont look happy and their energy is literally "get out my face". Better to mobile order.the less interaction with these sad employees the better. Asking for the key to use the washroom everytime is annoying.

I visit this place all the time for meetings with my friends. I love this place atmosphere the food display and staff. Specially in summer the patio with beautiful landscaping.
Feel like in library as lots of students come here for studies.

Used to be my favourite Second Cup, but since switching owners, this place has gone downhill. The food is always stale and hard, and the employees get the order wrong a lot of the time. Also, Second Cup doesn't serve any of the drinks I like anymore, or any of my favourite pastries. Second Cup did a massive overhaul for the worst, I guess.

There should be a NO star. Please close down so we can get a better replacement. Your branch ruins the Second Cup name and it's a waste of space. Have been there more than once and have tolerated it for many years due to its location. This will be the last! Drinks suck and comes with a ton of rude attitude or lack of service. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

Their credit card machine for drive through was down for the longest time. Their menus need to be updated. Not a fan of this location at all. Never returning.

I was in this location last night to get some work done. I asked specifically for a latte with sugar-free hazelnut syrup. Given how sick I was later that night, I'm pretty sure I was given full on sugar. Please be mindful of what customers ask for. They're not doing it to be difficult.

Nice modern cafe. Clean and comfortable. Fast and helpful staff. Good selection of coffee and snacks.

I went Saturday night. It's a pretty relaxed atmosphere, with a good choice of drinks. Baristas seemed friendly, the female barista recommended the iced tea fusion drinks. The peach one is pretty good. I might try the passionfruit one next. It was a nice night overall.

This place is a coffe shop with a drive-thru with one person working counter and drive thru. So the wait was 15 mins+. We left of course. Went to use the washroom, well the washroom was dysfunctional at all levels. The locking mechanism is missing from the door handle so instead of fixing it or going down the street to Homedepot and buy a lock, they went to home depot and bought a cheap 3 dollar bolt which appears worn and dirty as it was installed some time ago. Sink is clogged and filled up with dirty water, soap dispenser didnt dispense soap and the most idiotic of all is the toilet paper is 3 feet + from the toilet. They attempted to make all inclusive accessible washroom and messed up. Horrible.

I went April 13th in the evening. Nice and friendly service. Good drinks. The tall asian barista recommended the maple latte, which was excellent. She even offered to remake it if I didn't like it. She was also telling me about the rewards card, which I'll sign up for soon. The tall middle eastern barista with mid-length hair was also friendly. They were both cleaning the store. Bathrooms look cleaner.

Management has improved a lot since last year. The store is always clean and a good place for students to study! The service is extremely fast and the drinks taste great too. This place is always packed with students so make sure you save a spot early.

Its another type of nice if your into coffee shops.cozy space with outdoor options.when weather permits

Not the best experience I've had at a second cup. Some workers are nice, some don't seem like they want to be there. I've had to argue about getting certain drinks made, not a nice experience as a customer. I've also been late to work after asking them to cancel a drink and get my money back as it was taking too long to make; I was told the drink would take a minute, which of course, it did not. I had to drive off and lost my money. I love second cup but I try to go to this location sparingly.
