Second Nature Boutique

I listed a few items with this company.the consignment price is very high, they practically own half your item. But it’s been FIVE months since I asked THREE times for them to give me back my Tiffany and Co.necklace…. I’ve talked to numerous people and they assured me that my necklace would be transferred from the Bayview Village to Mount Pleasant location. I still have not received a phone call telling me to pick up my necklace. This business is so unprofessional. They don’t keep to their word. It’s a joke, they also have an expired business license! It’s on the wall as you walk in to Mount Pleasant location. I don’t know what else to do but write a terrible review.

Update: You guys definitely were not under renovations… I came in person many times too… don’t even try to spin it like that…

They never answer the phone and never reply to messages. They never reply by email also. Not possible to book appointment. Very unprofessional customer service.
