Poor field supervisor #2 sends the private message for shift for holiday and weekend to there known ones. He is very clever he sends the bank shifts in group (Just for show off). EVEN if we reply first take shift on Holliday or weekends from group after he (supervisor#2) messages us we gave to someone else (there known ones) your shift.he never gives the shift. Remember he can fool people but not God. Securitas management should think about it.

Christine Morton is selfish and mean person. She don’t care about anyone. She never communicate properly and they don’t have guts to speak truth. She hired me for field supervisor position in place of existing supervisor but all their supervisor refused to get promoted so she never replied to me. She wasted my valuable time. Never called me to follow up even never replied my emails. After one month gave stupid reason that you hired in other company too so forced me to resign. These cruel people did read my resume at time of hiring and communicated by me as well but they as a part of senior management behaved like cruel dictators. No one should work with them

I was hired here in January 2023, I came in to this company having ten years of experience in security, and three years as a security supervisor. I was posted at a site in Newmarket Ontario. Within one week of being posted I started experiencing racism and abusive behaviour from my so called partner a securitas guard. I gave a phone call to my district manager Jason Booth and I explained to him the situation. He came to meet me in person and also spoke to the other guard. The next day i received a phone call that I am terminated from the company. I asked them for a reason and they said they didn’t have any. Jason Booth took the side of the racist employee who was abusing me. Jason booth follows favoritism and bigotry on his end. Please don’t work here!

Great company. Professional and has good sites with high pay rates. Higher pay rates than most security companies in Toronto. They have free uniforms and you can get benefits. Other companies charge up to $1000 just for a uniform and deduct it from your pay. I recommend to anyone.

I won't to say to increase my pay rate, I don't want more facilities. Bank day shift are hard rather than on holiday, nights, and weekends. Supervisors send the private message for shift for holiday and weekend to there known ones. If we ask for shifts to supervisors on Holliday or weekends. But they give 80% shifts to there known people in private messages. EVEN if I take shift on Holliday or weekends from group after they (supervisors) message me we gave to someone else (there known ones) your shift. In WhatsApp group they post only 20% shifts. Just wake up your conscience Securitas management.

Worst company to work with. I hired as a full time permanent employee but after one month of start date on a site they message one day before that we did not have a shift from tomorrow at that site. There is no rules and regulations. Jimmy the scheduling manager is the most rude while dealing with employees

Micheal hired me and never replied me back when I need him. It’s been a year I picked up my uniform but never got a single shift in whole year or never got any single call about my employment. I have tried so many time to get in touch with scheduling but failed! Worst management. They have successfully wasted my time!

Best company to work with, i am with them from last 2 years and they never gave me any hard time earlier my scheduling manager was Kuldeep he was so nice and helped me to get a good site and then my current scheduling manager is gurdeep he always understands and never put any kind of pressure and our branch manager Milroy he is a gem. In these past 2 years they helped me with everything i expect from them. Thank you for everything

I have been working here in securitas from two years. Kuldeep Upadhayay is my scheduling manager from the beginning.
He is an amazing Scheduling manager and very great person. He is very kind and helpful. He always give shifts on time with felxible schedule. He has a sense of professionalism. He is best. If you do good work for him he"ll always stay behind your back.

I am working in this company from january and from starting Kuldeep Upadhayay is my scheduling manager. He is very kind and generous person. He always understands the needs of students and schedule them according to their restricted hours which is very hard job and he is doing his job in a very professional way. I am thankful to kuldeep for all his help. Hats off you sir.

Good company to work for. Pay rates are good and some of the Scheduling managers are very kind and helpful to me for flexible schedule. While other schedulers don’t even check their messages and never reply back.

Absolutely horrible company, their guards don't know anything about the law or managing the property they're supposed to be securing.

There was an individual trespassing onto the condo property, where I am an owner of a unit, and would take pictures of cars parked in the visitors' lot. Security was notified, but their response was for the residents to call the police if we see that individual again.

He's trespassed and done that same thing FOUR times, with other residents' cars having their pictures taken and recorded, and the residents notifying the security.

I had just come back at 5: 30am from the hospital and decided to ask the security guard at the gatehouse about what the response to the trespasser was, because my car was one of the vehicles that man was taking a picture of, the security guard kept responding with "I don't know, it's not my job, it's the security before me, I don't know anything about this and you can call the cops". When I asked him for his name and license number he refused to give me either of them, then slammed the gatehouse window shut. When I used my key fob to unlock the gate and go in, he then approached me and said that I shouldn't even be parking there because I am either homeless, a drug dealer, or both. This is after using MY OWN key to enter. If he had half a brain cell he could have looked down at the computer screen in front of him and see the fob was registered (if it wasn't the gate wouldn't have opened).

I then called the security company and told them about the incident but no one called me back and no one came to speak with that ridiculous and brainless security guard.
Icing on the cake? The guard keeps falling asleep at the gatehouse, in front of visitors, and failing to properly screen people going into the property that houses 3 condo buildings.

So this is the behavior, "professionalism", and whatever titles Securitas likes to say they are able to provide. Horrible company and I wouldn't suggest having them as your security providers or working with them.

I'd join Securitas Canada around 3 months ago and Kuldeep sir is my scheduling manager. He is a very nice person, understand students and respect their restricted schedule. He not only give shifts on time but also take cares that everyone get a fair chance. He is very diligent and i am very happy to be a part of securitas group.

This is worst agency i found. I called them two times and they hang up the phone without even listening why i called them?

I am working in this company from one year and my scheduling manager Mr. Kuldeep Upadhyay is very keen and helpful. Where I need extra hours or going through some issues he always considers and even he appreciates work done by me at my location. This is for you bro.thank you so much.you are really.

Hello guys, I have been working for this company for 4 months and it was very harsh experience. Don't go for this company. Thr guy call kuldeep upadhyay who is supervisor and very rude with everyone. He doesn't know how to talk with guards even my friend had same experience they also quite the job. I didn't get my vacation pay till date so company and staff are not good so don't go.

Terrible place the office staff soo rude and not nice to brownpeople. The recruiter there so mean he treat me and my friend bad and waste our time at the office. The receptionist also very rude. They don't like international people. Stay away from Jimmy

I am working with this company from last two years. My scheduling manager is Kuldeep Upadhyay which helped me a lot when I needed shifts and always been considered.

If you are looking to join this company as a security guard i highly recommend you to think twice and you have to be really hard hearted before joining the firm. The scheduler are really really rude (Especially Kuldeep Upadhyay) he's the worst person i have ever seen in my life. He dont understand that the behaviour he gives to others eventually will come to him, he is really an illiterate person.

If you're a person who is serious, professional and easily take things to the heart, I highly suggest you stay as far from Securitas. This is for the people who are looking to gain experience, money and something to put on a resume and that's about it, it isn't for long term I promise you that. They are the worst and very very rude, it seems like they all have issues at home. Trust me you're going to experience this at some point. Again work for Securitas if you're in need of experience and money

They are very reckless towards guards. Never respond to your calls, texts. Never ever expect respect from them. I wonder all of the office staff are same except two persons I know, eventually I knew that they both left company.
Front desk lady is horrible. Join them only you are urgent need of some job otherwise I strongly recommend NO.

Especially, the lady at the front desk don’t know how to talk professionally. She is so rude. Don’t waste your time visiting this place for a job.
