I wanna BIG THANKS TO PHIL and his team.for fixing my scooter. I have ninebox g30l my back tire needed to replaced and they were booked up once I explained what happyen over the phone.he said they will work on it and they fixed it very fast. I'm soo happy with my new tire I came from Durham to toronto to get it done. I don't drive so it's my life line to get me around Especially going to work. AMAZING PEOPLE THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN. Anybody gets to read this I would highly recommend going to them. It's very friendly and very quick

Agree with the other reviews here; the customer service is incredible. Highly recommend this place. I stopped by here with my son's ninebot that had a handlebar alignment issue and a slow leak on the back tire. They found a way to resolve the leak without needing a full tire replacement and solved the alignment issue as well. And the icing on the cake was fixing the handlebar bell my son had banged-up that wasn't working correctly anymore (which was important to him). I won't put them on the spot by listing the costs involved, but let's just say we left feeling extremely gracious to them. Again, amazingly friendly and capable customer service.

Can't believe how fast the repair was! They changed my tire in like 1 hour. Now riding my scooter feels like riding a rocket! Aaron was very professional and nice! Coming back from now on.

Wonderful Customer Service!
I had some problem with my scooter and had no idea what was it. Although it was not their brand, a gentleman named Phil, solved my problem within a few minutes. He even described me regarding the problem. I was really impressed by their service and their behavior towards me.

Picked up my Segway Ninebot Max G30 escooter after having the front brakes checked & adjusted. No new brakes needed, & the handlebars aligned (bars were skewed after a crash).
Technician, Iago did a great job. Chatted with sales, Aaron and got more details of the new escooters. Thank you guys for a great service experience

This place is amazing it was my first time.
I got there at 11 (when they open) everyone was so kind, the girl at the front tightened up my loose handlebar on my ninebot scooter. There was a little bigger issue that needed to be checked out by a technician. Technician Phil, just came in and didn’t even hesitate but to check out the scooter and fixed it up within no time. He adjusted my brakes, the folding mechanism, and a lot more. Technician Phil you’ve done a wonderful job. I’ll surely come back to get anything fixed.

I m confussed with this company, The scooter nineboot it self seemed very nice, and lasted more then one year. Originally i bought it in Costco and my son loved it, but more then a year later parts started to worne out, noise and vibrations, sa obviously the warranty was expired, i tried to contact Segway, i could only contact by chat online. Their customer service seams very limited, and the person didnt seam to care to much. I was told that they dont offer and mechanical services at this moment still due to "Covid" ok, sa you buy a product that has moving parts, and they dont offer service even that i was willing to pay.
I made it simple, took it back to Costco, got bsck Full Refund and bought online from Best Buy, and also told the story to two friend of mine that just bought it at costsco to return, because there in service from Segway. And both probably will do same think.
Sa what can I say, Segway keep it up with your customer service.

My daughter and I were very very pleased with the incredible service! You can tell the staff know about their electric scooters and helped us understand how the product operates and how to use the scooter app. Dylan was very kind and helpful with explaining everything and brought our purchase to our truck and loaded it in for us! My daughter is so happy with her scooter and we thank you so much!
I recommend Segway of Ontario to anyone interested in renting/purchasing a electric scooter!

The service here is incredible. They're reliable as they know their products in detail. I just visited to tighten the breaks of my scooter and in return they ensured the scooter delivers its best. Moreover, they were happy to hand me a tool just in case to save future visits.

I love this place, i got my ninebot max here i got my fender bracket done here the only thing i can suggest is the times to be changed at least being from 11-7 i think 5 is too short making it a rush for people to drive if they live far away despite there is only 1 store.if you need someone to install your accessories it will be 25 dollar labour but overall i love this place. Staff is very friendly

Just love the good vibes here! Purchased a Segway Ninebot SPlus today and the service is definitely top notch. Everyone in the store was friendly and knowledgeable of their products (they even offered to share their fruits hehe: 3) The sales person (sorry forgot to ask for your name ;u;) also helped assemble the product and made sure the tires are pumped to go~ Really wholesome experience and products:) Will definitely recommend!

The technical service team helmed by Phil Braund are a knowledgeable and very professional bunch. I took in my scooter for repairs at a pre arranged appointment time. The manager took my scooter, repaired and even thoroughly cleaned it and brought it back to me in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend them.

I have been loving riding my Ninebot scooter everyday, rain or shine. I was noticing a slight vibration in the steering column so called SO to get some expert advice. Phil offered to see me immediately if I wanted to scoot over which I promptly did. He fixed the issue in my steering, tightened my faceplate to prevent any water damage and gave me tons of helpful advice on tires. NO charge! They are definitely my Go-to shop for anything scooter related. Amazing customer service!

I would like to thank the team at Segway (special shout-out to Phil in service). My scooter was dead and they brought it back to life, as good as new. The repair charge was way less than I anticipated so I bought a new helmet from them with the savings.

A problem is brewing for me that will likely end with legal action. When I purchased my max ninebot scooter the store loaded an app into my phone for me so I could use the wheel lock and I never really thought much about it after that. Here I am a year later and I try to log into the app to lock my wheels while I run into a store and the app won't open unless I agree to their privacy statement and user terms to which I declined. I thought I purchased this outright and had no idea why I would need to sign away my privacy in order to use the wheel lock system that I paid for. I will be looking into filing a small claims court action without hesitation and will withdraw this comment if the situation is resolved which I have doubt it will be resolved without a full refund or the locking system restored. I know some are less sensitive to signing away privacy rights. I am sensitive when it comes to privacy agreements and signing rights away in particular when I make an out right purchase and the wheel locking feature was a deciding factor. I am now looking into purchasing another brand that has a key lock much like a car. The brand is Apollo and made in Canada. Key lock built in, no tracking or giving up privacy. Looking for a scooter? Look elsewhere and own what you buy and don't agree to a privacy agreement.

Came here for the first time today to replace a component on my Ninebot Max. Overall process was fast and simple; register an appointment online and a staff will get back to you in a day or two. Nicole was wonderful over the phone and registered my appointment with ease. Phil was my technician when I got there and he had my scooter done in under an hour. Left very satisfied with my scooter's life extended. 11/10

I just had an amazing experience with Segway of Ontario. The staff were super friendly and were able to help me right away. I needed a small repair to my Segway Ninebot ES4 and the owner was able to fix it on the spot in less than 5 minutes. Truly a gem in the city. I had two stripped screws for my rear fender and these guys helped me out even though I have Xiaomi scooter. They are super friendly and totally recommend the store for any maintenance work that you need.

More than a dealer or shop. However comes to their door they make sure they leave with a smile. I went from sarnia to them 300km drive without appointment with a différent brand scooter and they fixed it. It took 3 hrs to fix it but they charged me for 30 mins. I was surprised to see a bill of 39.5$ including tax, parts and labour. Nothing can be better than this store. They even gave me a 5$ gift card to get coffee as i was waiting for so long. I have decided to get a Ninebot brand scooter from them as they have parts and really good service so why waste money on other brands which dont offer any service.

Hands down best customer service I already received before even purchasing repair service from a company. Jason's response was always super fast after every email I sent over (even during the COVID19 period!), and also super knowledgeable about their own products and repair process too.

Before I begin, Segway of Ontario is an authorized dealer who sells and helps repair Segway scooters (and many other things), but they are not the manufacturer themselves!

Originally, I had purchased a Ninebot by Segway ES Max from Best Buy, but had increasing concerns about being able to fix any issues like a flat tire or broken battery after reading a lot of forums, because the manufacturer doesn't sell ES Max spare parts and for some reason it's really hard to get it in Canada too. And emailing the manufacturer themselves, their live chat wasn't very helpful at all, and their phone service actually had no one attending it too! Pretty much the summary I received from the manufacturer is to "go help myself fix my own problem", even though I'm within their warranty.

I really love the ES Max and there's nothing broken about it right now, but it's really hard to keep an expensive product if there's no aftercare available from the manufacturer. It's sort of like buying a car and then being told that if a tire pops, there's no one who can fix that particular car even if the car has warranty.

But then I found Segway of Ontario and their repair service, and after a few emails, I feel super confident that even if the manufacturer fails on their warranty obligations, that at least Segway of Ontario will be able to help me solve any broken parts, supply spare parts, or fix anything within a much faster time, an affordable price (and with awesome customer service).

So all in all, even if you have issues with the Segway manufacturer, the "Segway of Ontario" business in Toronto would be able to help you on anything instead. When my e-scooter has issues one day, I'll be sure to repair with this business instead of even bothering with the Segway warranty.

Came in extremely nervous because I am disabled and did not know at all whether I would be able to stand and use a Segway. Asked the owner and he was extremely friendly, advised that they often get individuals with dyspraxia (like I have) or cerebral palsy and most are able to use a Segway after a quick tutorial. He then patiently helped me try it out and I am happy to report I can rock a Segway!

If you are disabled or physically impaired and wonder whether a Segway tour is possible, this is the place to go to. Regardless of the outcome, the staff will be happy to help you.
