Worst place ever. Do not go here. They are barely helpful. If you want to book with sell off save yourself the time and just do it yourself online.

Yaneth Reyes is best. She give great service. She stayed late in the office for us to get best deal/price. She emailed to Resort for us for our concern. She called us for the day of traveling to follow-up.

Terrific service from Regina Labog. She responded promptly to my inquiry, found us a better deal and explained our insurance options really clearly. Well done!

Rosemarie Walters is a great travel agent. I've been booking all of my trips with Rosemarie at the argentia and Winston Churchill location for years. Rosemarie always makes sure my special requests are met and helps me chose the best destinations based on my requirements. Rosemarie is also very caring and follows up after my trips to make sure they were fabulous and to get feedback that can help others in the future. I would highly recommend this travel agency.

When booking our trip we knew we wanted to go to the Dominican Republic, but because we have never went before we were unsure what to look for and what resort to book. This place is racist. I went in with my boyfriend. Both of us are not Caucasian. There was two Caucasian ladies who saw us sit down. They did not even say hi. They did not help us. So we walked out and went to marlin travels where they helped and booked our tickets in 30 minutes.

I will definitely let anyone in meadowvale know how racist your staff are and that if you’re not Caucasian you don’t even get a “please sit down”. What a great representation of what type of people work for sell of vacations.

Sylvia Ysidron - was our travel consultant for our very first trip to Mexico. I don't even have words to describe this lovely lady's work ethics. I was so stressed planning this get away that if I were in her shoes I would have told myself to find someone else to help me. Sylvia is the best travel agent. She is extremely knowledgable in her expertise of destinations as she has had extensive travel experience of her own and that’s what makes her a lot more trusted and valued in her opinions. She goes out of her way beyond flight and hotel packages as she helps arrange transfers and excursions with the best prices. This travel agent is located in the prime spot centred in the middle of Mississauga’s shopping and dining area. You will not regret booking at this travel firm and especially with Sylvia!

We booked our honeymoon with Sylvia and we are so happy that we did! I have been working with one of your wonderful travel reps Rosemarie Walters for the past 6 years. I have to say she is amazing and I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else. From our very trip we booked with her in April of 2013 to our most recent trip we just booked with her tin June d for our honeymoon we’ve been beyond impressed.

Her knowledge and guidance of the carabiean destinations that we have been to, her knowledge and going the extra mile is beyond impressive. Though I’ve never met Rosemarie in person, I feel as though I know her I would and will always go to her first.

Love this location and the help that we got from Regina! It was our first time going on a cruise so we had absolutely no idea where to start and Regina was able to help us find everything. We felt really good going just knowing that we had everything booked and what to expect from the experiences she shared with us. Even right before our trip we had some unexpected charges on our credit card and was able to contact Regina and she was very quick at responding and was able to help us out:) had the best time ever!

I usually do my booking online but had a few things that I felt should be done in branch. I met with Christopher, and he was great. He helped book a great deal on our trip and also help communicate our needs with WestJet directly. We sometimes forget how good it is to deal with a real person. I'll be back to work with him again
