Terrible first impression and awkward customer service. I came in and although it was completely empty it took the agent a couple minutes to notice I was there. They didn't even stand up or invite me over to their desk to talk, I just had to awkwardly walk over, and there was some sort of hold music playing on the speaker the entire time.
In the middle of helping me, they took a call which I thought was going to be a moment or so, until they just started booking someone's else's entire trip and after 15 mins of waiting, I just left.
The entire time I was there I felt like the agent was bored and had better things to do. Very uncomfortable, and the agent didn't seem very friendly or personable at all. I definitely will not be using their services in the future.

My husband and I booked our honeymoon with Shabir’s assistance, he is an absolute pleasure to work with. Shabir is organized and detailed when it came to planning our 2 week trip to Punta Cana. For anyone looking to book with selloffvacations, be aware. If there are any flight disruptions or changes, they will take weeks to get back to you and have unacceptable wait times on the phone (see screenshot of waiting 2.5 hours before finally giving up).

The Travel Counselors tell you they’ll get back to you asap but never do (“asap” was 30 days ago). I am hoping to save someone else the headache of false security and poor quality client service.

Would not recommend. Their agent Vincent Aprea will lie to you and the company to cover his tail. You will never get anywhere with this company, and it will end up in courtm AVOID. TIP.book directly with the tour operator. Sunwing, WestJet etc.

We booked and paid for our Cuban vacation about 6 weeks ago. Thank goodness we took cancellation insurance. When we emailed Cheryl to tell her we needed to cancel she took over and the process was painless at our end. We had expected to be hassled about our cancellation but the opposite was true.
Sell Off is very fortunate to have Cheryl dealing with it's customers. We will book with Cheryl and Sell Off for all our vacations from now on!

We were a group of 10 looking for a package for CUBA in August and Cheryl was excellent in providing us the best deal and with sound advice regarding types of room to book and so on. I just booked a trip to Cuba over the phone with James Foster at Sell Off Vacations and I can't thank him enough for his help. Our situation was a bit more complicated than usual. He went above and beyond in order to make sure that I have all the information I needed to make an informed decision regarding travel insurance for my travellers. He demonstrated an immense amount of patience and endured several call backs from me with questions. He calculated, recalculated, and recalculated again in order to ensure that we got the best rates to suit our insurance needs, even putting in a call to Manulife to enquire about the different options for us. I cannot thank him enough for his service, his patience, and his understanding. He made this as painless as possible for me. I do hope that James can get recognition for his exemplary customer service. He certainly represents Sell Of Vacations well.

Pretty good deals for Mexico, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Cuba. For Sunwing collaborating with these guys the plane had seven hours delays, a nightmare and in Rivera Maya, we had to wait hours until we could enter into the possession of our room although the deal was different on the Net. They even charged us without asking 17 dollars because they gave us the key at noon, part of the contract and not at 2 pm. We are done with these guys. There are other destinations where they don't have good deals, so we will go for a different company. The prices for Aruba, Bahamas and other islands are outrageous.

A group of 9 of us were planning a 10 Year University Reunion and were looking at various trips in the Caribbean. We worked with James Foster at Sell Off Vacations and would highly recommend him! He worked hard to give our group options that were within budget and met our needs and interests. We had travellers coming from all over the world so we imagined it to be quite the process to get everyone into Toronto first, but James made it easy! He was great at answering our questions and providing us excursions for the area we were travelling. He even got us a significantly cheaper deal by having us only switch airlines (which was great for the out-of-country travellers).
