I am tremendously impressed with the physiotherapy treatment that I am currently receiving from Kumar and his team at Senses. The clinic is very professionally run, and I am always quite happy with each visit. I note the progress being made on a nagging shoulder injury and Kumar communicates exceptionally well with regards to my treatment and the future prognosis. I must say that the massage aspect of Kumar's practice has gleaned so many positive results. I highly recommend Kumar and his expert team. Five

Very happy with the treatment I'm receiving and the results I'm seeing. The staff is always upbeat and cheery. It helps the treatments hurt a little less. "No pain, no gain", Palak knows her stuff.

Best in town, excellent services, the whole crew is remarkable very professional. My physiotherapist (Palak) does no less than a magic, she fixed my major nurve pinchment and back pain in couple sessions as per ortho doc it could have taken up to 6 months but she fixed me in less than a month, I never believed this physio sessions before but it works really I was back in gym running walking pulling weights same week.

Following a serious workplace injury (shoulders & ankle via Bedside Acute Care Nursing), I urgently needed therapy & help submitting my WSIB Form 8.

Thankfully this clinic was located near my home & workplace. As luck would have it…I called at 8 am & was scheduled for an 11 am
appointment!

She is knowledgeable and friendly.
She welcomes any questions that you may have and answers them in layman's terms so that you can understand.
She emailed me exercises to do at home. That way I can save these exercises on my computer and print them off.
Very good experience. I would recommend Palek to my friends and family.

Kumar, owner and physiotherapist, is so knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the root cause of my back pain and used a variety of treatments (massage, TENS, heat, ice.acupuncture, exercise program etc.) to address it. I’ve suffered with low back pain for many years and have seen many practitioners. For the first time I feel relief to a degree I never have before and I’m hopeful that life without back pain is possible. The whole Senses team is friendly, welcoming, and they run the operation efficiently. The clinic is spotlessly clean and I appreciate they continue to wear masks as we go through waves of COVID. Highly recommend.

I was trying to visit the Appletree clinic today and someone from the Senses Physiotherapy office came out and started swearing at a delivery driver. Not impressed at all.

This place is superb with services, informative, transparent and doctors here very knowledgeable. Palak and Kumar helped me to answer any doubts and informed me key points and cautions to relieve the pain. All other staffs working here are reliable, always helping to do your exercises properly.

Overall, my experience with this place is excellent!

Kumar and the team are always very pleasant and caring. Out of many years of trying different places, they are the only ones who have truly helped myself and my family.

Very friendly & generous staff also helpful and guiding with all the necessary recovery tips.

I never have had to go to physio before so I didn't know what to expect when looking for a physiotherapist. Kumar and the assistants are so well experienced, friendly, welcoming, warm and accommodating.

They have always been very professional and courteous. Kumar knows exactly what needs to be done, and there's never anything less than an amazing job done. They're all very efficient yet effective. And sometimes it feels like they're quite the pit crew!

After about a year, following stretches and follow up appointments, although not cured, I'm excited to share that I can walk long distances again with little pain because of this business's expertise.

It can be a busy establishment but they always do a great job, with smiles on.

Kumar and his staff are wonderful and take great care in keeping the facility clean. I highly recommend Senses Physiotherapy.

Kumar was very encouraging in helping me communicate with my doctor in order to analyze my chronic neck/shoulder and upper leg pain. A blood test revealed that I have Polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR), leading to prescribed corticosteroid medication. Senses Physiotherapy continues to help me manage muscle pain. I find his staff very friendly and professional.

I have been going to Senses Physiotherapy since it opened, for treatment of a knee injury and ongoing arthritis in my knees and hips. Prior to treatment, I was in a lot of discomfort and unable to walk any distance and even unable to sleep well. Kumar's physiotherapy treatment has made a world of difference to me. I had Kumar as my physiotherapist a few years ago when he was at another location and when I needed physio for another ailment I sought him out and managed to track him down. Since I first saw him, he has opened this location, his own treatment centre. There are many physiotherapists closer to me than he is, but I gladly travel the extra distance to be treated by him. He is an excellent physiotherapist who obviously cares about his patients and I highly recommend him. I'd also like to give a shout-out to his staff. They too are a great group of people. (Hi, KC!)

I had Palak after my accident, she was very professionnal and knowledgable. Results were visible after 2 weeks. Very friendly and compassionate, Palak knew how to make me confortable and showed me how to trust my leg again. The best physiotherapist in Ottawa! Kumar is amazing, very personable and knowledgeable. I am seeing great results since I started going here post my knee surgery. The facility is very clean and the staff is always happy to help.

I have had reasons to go to Senses Physiotherapy and Massage Clinic on numerous occasions due to injuries sustained during physical exercises.

The clinic is bright, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The staff members are welcoming, courteous, professional and polite.

The Physiotherapist are very competent, and equally well trained. From the initial assessment of your injuries, you will get the impression almost instinctively, that they know what they are doing, and that you are in excellent hands. You can sit back, relax and let the treatment begin.

I must also add, that whatever exercises these physiotherapists recommend, when followed, will facilitate the healing process. Based on my experience with this clinic, I am always confident that at the end of the treatment, I will be back back to normal. I must also add, that there is a certain measure of confidence that comes from the knowledge that your progress is monitored with every visit.

The equipment at this clinic is new and very clean, and the support staff members keep the clinic immaculately clean. As soon as a client gets off a table, that table is cleaned and wiped down, and the towels, pillow cases, etc, are removed and taken to the laundry room for cleaning, and are replaced by fresh clean ones. Cleanliness and great hygiene are unquestionably in evidence at this clinic.

The environment at Senses Physiotherapy and Massage Clinic is conducive to healing, and I say this, not just as a matter of opinion, but with conviction.

In light of the foregoing, I would highly recommend Senses Physiotherapy and Massage clinic to anyone requiring the services that are offered there.

is a place where = ‘everyone knows your name’ while helping you with your issues. Be it from Kumar, Paula, Tina, Casey, Ritu and others, this group is highly professional & energetic. They make you feel relaxed with laughter and conversation thus, a true pleasure to be served. Excellent clinic, the place is very clean and the staff members are all really nice and welcoming. The location has free parking, and you can book an appointment online for more convenience. Kalpeshkumar Harkhani is very knowledgeable, and he will take the time to answer all your questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

Kumar and his staff are friendly and competent. We find the location near the Queensway Carleton hospital convenient. We occasionally pick up gardening or craft items at the Dollarama in the mall.

I would highly recommend this physiotherapy clinic as their main goal is patient satisfaction and fast recovery. All staff members are vary friendly and helpful. I was recommended physiotherapy after I sustained an ACL rupture. Kumar was quickly able to assess and prescribe a regimen for my recovery and my condition has been improving considerably over the weeks. His knowledge with treating various joints and muscle aches is absolutely phenomenal. Super friendly staff who are always looking after your comfort and safety.
