I worked with Sentient for five years. During this period, I worked at numerous daycares though out the GTA and had innumerable learning opportunities. I must say that Sentient staff is very supportive, understanding, and always ready to help. Overall, it was an amazing experience working with them.

The pay is very low for ECE and they therefore, expect you to show up and fill in for ratio, not understanding that theres a quality of work that needs to delivered and the liability you have to the coworker and children. The pay poorly reflects the value they have for you as a professional. Not to mention Nerusha Bailey was a no show to my exit interview.
