Our team came for lunch, the food was good, and there were lots of tasty side dishes. Yet, price was expensive.
BeefJajangmyeon has little beef, the seafood Soon Duboo has only 1 small shrimp, tiny pieces of mussels and 2 little pieces of squid, so it's not worth the price on these 2 items
This restaurant is quite a big place, but there were only 2 people serving, i.e. Very little attention received.

Everything is delicious, but the most expensive meat is the most delicious

Best Korean restaurant ever! The staff here are so nice especially the lady that works here, she was so nice and funny with our table:) 10/10 service and food is also reasonably priced and yummy!

The service is very unsatisfactory. They didn't show me their seats, they didn't come to take orders. A noisy and chaotic atmosphere. It was expensive, it didn't taste good, and they weren't friendly, but they confidently asked for $6 as a tip. The old woman at the counter keeps frowning at me and her way of speaking is also unpleasant. It was the worst experience, and I'm not visiting here anymore.

The food was great, the only reason I'm giving such a poor rating is because the waitress came back and asked for a larger tip despite having mediocre service.

My wife and I love coming to this place for dinner, especially on cold winter evenings and / or after braving the Yorkdale shopping mall.

They have a good variety of korean / japanese food options. But we always go for the comfort of Korean dishes. Our go to is the boneless marinated galbi bbq combo. Which comes with salad, soup, steamed egg, rice and your side dishes.

Service is always amazing, the servers always make you feel like being taken care of by a korean mother. They usually even grill and cut the meat for you.

Pricing has gone up over the years, but its definitely still worth it. The only negative opinion I have is for the actual establishment, it is a bit old and looking run down and may need some renovations and furniture upgrades.

The place had no tables available. We were told to wait 15-20 minutes. After 25 minutes, a table finally came available. A couple walked in and they were seated right away. We complained that we had already been waiting 25 minutes for that table. The host, "oh, were you waiting for a table? " We were told we had to wait even longer. No apology was offered, nothing. We left. What a horrible way to treat your customers. It was probably for the best as the food looked like garbage. The restaurant was disgustingly dirty as well. The man working at the front could use some lessons in manners and customer service. What an assh*le!

Authentic Korean. Grossly overpriced, 3 pieces of LA Galbi short ribs on hot plate, thin and not worth paying $24 dollars. Kim Chi comes in portion of 3 pieces in a small bowl. Ordered Bulkoki beef lunch menu, we end up paying double the price, very sneaky, they claimed that it is a double portion, again not worth $24. The vegetable tempura was done well, and pricing seems perfect in my opinion! Service was super organic, with minimal customer service or training. The lady was just a order taker, not capable of introducing or recommending suitable items. I will not come crack. A disappointment.

We keep going back to this place. I find the price is still more reasonable. We are always go at lunch time. The lunch special has mmay variety, even has sushi sashimi for $21. The service is not too slow but only two. The interior is dark seats that I don't quite like, but has ton of day light.

Ordered a kimchi seafood pancake, jjampong (spicy seafood udon soup), and seafood soft tofu stew. All tasted amazing and hit the spot for my Korean food cravings. The side dishes are refillable and seasoned perfectly. Servers were attentive and quick. Highly recommend!

Went there weekday, place is not that busy. We tried there grill and other variety of food. It was good. Soup are okay. We ordered 3 different kind (seafood, pork and plain) but soup base all taste the same, like kimchi, still taste good though. We are group of 5, paid less than 200 and everybody are full and still have food to take home.

It's very familiar with Korean foods. And we can have the many conversations and meetings at night.

Delicious bibimbap and side dishes. Nice service but the restaurant could use a little remodeling as it is looking a bit run down however it's very clean.

Amazing food and customer service is always on point. Third time coming here and never disappointed by everything they offer. Very friendly staff. Will be coming back again! Highly recommended.

Although my friend and I thought it was nice that we were seated quickly & even got a private booth… ultimately the service was terrible, simply terrible. Whenever we rang the service bell, nobody came so we had to wave someone down each time - we were basically forgotten about throughout our visit.

Their Korean food wasn’t the best, especially for such high prices. Their Banchan could’ve been better, it was on the basic side. They didn’t accommodate for simple requests such as adding ramen to their Spicy Rice Cakes (which tasted mediocre and wasn’t really spicy). My friend ordered their Kimchi Pancake as well, but they served it burnt on the bottom side! My friend also wanted Gimbap but it wasn’t available for some reason so she ordered their Bulgogi Gimbap instead (those at least tasted decent). However, referring back to their poor service, they had forgotten that my friend had ordered the Bulgogi Gimbap! By the time we noticed, we were already full and completed our meals… my friend mentioned to our server that if it hasn’t already been made, then just cancel it but they ended up bringing it out right after her mentioning to cancel. I had their Galbi Dinner, it was marinated well with nice grill marks served on a sizzling hot plate, but they didn’t even make the plate hot - just used it for plating so the meat wasn’t kept warm throughout the meal and unfortunately wasn’t served at a good hot temperature either.

At the end of our visit, an older lady brought our bills and expected tips! Lol… the lady asked my friend three times for tips then had the audacity to ask me to pay for my friend’s tip! After I had paid for my meal with an undeserved tip, she rudely and aggressively tore the printed receipt from the terminal then whipped it downwards in the air like a kid throwing a tantrum and walked away with a grunt.

There’s plenty of free parking available when we went, floors were sticky and washrooms we averagely clean.

We are definitely certain that we will not be returning. You’re better off getting Korean food elsewhere with much better service.

We stumbled upon this spot as we were shopping for furniture and etc. What an absolute gem! Proper, authentic & delicious Korean food! The portions were generous. The star as always was the Kalbi (beef rib), marinated to perfection! I can’t comment on the amazing grilling skills, that was all me! The service was good, the beer was cold. The Banchan (collective name for small side dishes served along with cooked rice in Korean cuisine) was tasty, and they were very generous with offering more once we finished. The pork belly both thick and thin were also great. With our mains, we were also offered a complimentary “Chige” (Korean stew) The venue isn’t meant to be a flashy modern setting, so with that in mind, please feel free to swing by & enjoy! I will be back for sure! I was too hungry to take photos but will do so the next time I am there.

The lady asked for a tip 3 times! 3 times! And then asked if my friend would pay for my tip. THE AUDACITY. This made me and my friend very uncomfortable. Management needs to have a talk with their staff about what is appropriate behaviour with their customers. With this experience alone I will not be returning to Seoul Restaurant. The food was ok, the kimchi pancake was burnt from the bottom. I asked for ramen in the tteoboki but they couldn’t accommodate for a simple request. They forgot to bring one of the dishes and when I reminded the server, she brought it at the end of our meal. A tip is something extra and is a reflection on the quality of service. With this sort of service, how do you expect a tip?

Customer service could have been better. I went to enjoy the self serve grill but the table I got wasn't able to do that. Wish I knew that before I got my table cause it ruined the experience.

Had beef bibimbap which was 5/5 quality and price point! Galbi Tang (Beef stew) 3/5 average quality but acceptable price point for the big portion. The thinly sliced pork table bbq was extremely pricey for nothing short of plain and light portioning, same as well as the beef ribs table bbq, 2/5. The side dishes were not replenished as needed 1/5, since the servers barely checked on us during our meal unless we made exaggerated effort to call their attention yet it wasn't busy (only 4 tables occupied across during our time). The servers lacked warmth in service 1/5 for ignoring us. Since we stepped in we started with an experience of not being greeted at all for 5 minutes of awkward no welcome before being seated. And lastly, before we hopped off the table after paying we were stopped by a server for a request of tipping.umm for the poor service? Yikes sis, cringe. Gave my 10 bucks tip but never coming back. No thanks I've had better Korean restaurant experience.

Friendly staffs and delicious Korean dishes! I highly recommend the sweet and sour fried pork (Tangsuyook) and the spicy seafood noodle soup (Jjamppong) which are the best ever that I've had in Canada.

Perfect place for a work party!
We held a Dietitian party here yesterday. Because we were a large group, we were placed in a private isolated area. They also have party rooms.
Food was excellent. Service was attentive. We had a great time and you can NOT beat the $6.99 glass of wine!

Great food and great service. On top of the that the small appetizers ("ban Chang" if I'm not wrong) which are free are awesome. Always look forward to them

If there is more than 5 stars I would give for sure, the food is sooo good, the service is excellent. Highly recommend to go to this restaurant and try there food.

Seoul House Restaurant is the best for good quality, reasonable prices, professional service, healthy and fresh food.

This was a fun experience. The menu was confusing as to what was included and the staff wasn't the best at explaining it. Thinly sliced rib pieces, cooked in front of you. Lots of small dishes of neat little additives to put on your lettuce wrap. No idea what they taste like, until you taste it.
Once all the ingredients were together and wrapped up, it was delicious. The Dragon roll was good, but huge!

Nothing compares to the stone bowl dishes in person. Ordering take out from here just isn't the same. I highly recommend dinning in!

The Korean food here is incredible. I’ve been to so many places and this place is amazing! Try the spicy squid, cheese, and chicken!

I like the place, it is spacious, they have good service and the food seemed rich and well served. I recommend it. They also have a patio.

You can go and order "sushi and sashimi lunch special ($15.99) " if you wish to lose your weight. Never seen so skinny sushi like these. I will never gonna visit this place again.

I get to eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I love how the customer service is always good and they keep the place well organized regularly. Pricing is convenient and they serve sizeable portions.

I can't express how disappointed I am with this restaurant. I used to come here regularly because it's near my workplace but the service has gone downhill. So many instances where the servers have acted poorly, for instance when my server was giving me my sashimi he dropped one onto the table and didn't offer me another one. He only replied "Don't worry, we clean our tables". I'm sorry but I'm not trying to eat food that fell on the table, and since it was HIS mistake he should have had the decency to replace it. The most recent time I came, the server gave us our food and never returned to check if we needed anything else. They drop your food and go. If you need a refill on your drinks don't expect to hear from your sever, you're gonna have to wave someone down because they truly don't care once you get your food. Also, EVERY TIME I come here they have so many fruit flies! I'm very concerned about their cleanliness or if they have any sort of pest control because while you eat you have to wave off flies from touching your food. Save your money and choose elsewhere because there are other good Korean restaurants.

I came here on a Saturday night (around 8pm) and was so disappointed in the service that i will not be coming back to this restaurant again. When we arrived at the restaurant and was waiting to be seated, no one bothered to greet us. After 10 mins of waiting, a waitress finally greeted and seated us. During this time, we were not given any menus to look at. So we tried to wave down 2 waitresses, but they just looked over our way and did not come over. When we able to get a waitress attention, that was already 15 mins waiting for just a menu. Than it took another 20 mins to get a waitress attention to order food. The wait and service was unacceptable. We decided to bring this up to a waitress, and they did apologize but mentioned that it is due to a high volume of party reservations. I honestly do understand that they can get busy, but I do not think they should make an excuse as it is not the customer’s problem.

We ate here in this restaurant today, and when we pay the bill, the guy asked why we didn’t give tip, isn’t too rude to ask a customer why there is no tip? ! It is the right of a customer whether they give tip or not. First time it happened to us.too disappointed! I will never go back to that restaurant anymore! Delicadesa!

Was so disappointed. This was my third time here. The first and second time here was great. The third the food was cold we did not complained I decided that I will not tip since I was not happy with the food or the service (I was on lunch and did not have time, no one came to check on us after the food was brought to our table). I paid the bill then someone comes over to tell me that I had to tip 10%, I asked where does it say that? I explained that I was not please with the service nor the food and these were the reason I did not tip. (I think it was the language barrier). Someone who was fluent in came over and I explained the situation. I thought she would understand she says that people always leave at least 10%. This was my first time not tipping because I was very disappointed at the whole experience at this point.

Used to be one of my lunch reataurant long time ago. Still has great service, reasonable prices and taste. I recommend for family lunch and dinner.

I go to this great spot from time to time! This is the best place to grab a bite. I go to this spot many times. The cooking is fantastic, the staff is helpful and the prices are good. I enjoy eating in this restaurant for a rich supper.
