Micheal was such a great help to my friend and I shopping for our birthdays. He was patient and honest about his suggestions. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I can to this Sephora to buy cream to remove my blackheads and pores when I got there I was hesitant to go in the store but then my roommate told me I can go. They ask what I was looking for and then brought someone to help me she
recommended INNIS volcanic moisturizer which is horrible because it has an image of clusters do you actually know what those are it's disgusting that they would put that on a product it even smells like it am totally grossed out

So much money at this store and then on my birthday they don’t even have birthday give away in stock! Also staff so cold.

They had a lot of staff working on the weekends (when very busy) so I was able to get assistance quickly. Staff were professional and kind, only complaint is that several items were sold out so I needed to go to another location to get other items on my list. Also, some of the accessory items can be found elsewhere for much less money and the only difference with those bought here (ie.facial rollers, sponges etc) is that they have the "Sephora" label printed on them.

I had a great time conversing with Gurleen. She answered all the questions I had professionally and eloquently and introduced me to many products that I would like to add to my routine. If I was the manager I'd give her a bonus!

Sephora and ladies can never let each other down. Bit lovely staff and very helpful. Big Thanks to Hadika (If I spell it right) to help me out to get whatever I need with huge patience and knowledge.

Worst place to shop as the employees lack customer service.
I had the worst experience from the employee. Asked one employee to get the product which I liked. Waited more than 30 mins and didn't receive it. Came to know from one employee that her shift was done and she left.
What kind of customer service is this? If the shift is done she should have informed another employee to help me with the product.
Manager was also on the floor but seemed like ignoring my issue.

Hope the management hires the staff who has more experience of customer service.

The girls here are so so nice! Today Khabuul went above and beyond to help me find the product I was looking for, she was super sweet. I’ve also had my makeup done here, and now I refuse to get it done anywhere else because the makeup artists are so talented and know what they’re doing! Gurjeevan did my makeup last weekend and made me feel so pretty! She’s also super funny so it was also really fun lol. I’m not that knowledgeable about makeup so I wasn’t too sure about how I wanted some things but I put my full trust in her, and rightfully so because she did amazing! She was so welcoming to me when I came back today as well. Special shout-out to Mehak and Brittney as well, they’re the best, but this is getting too long so imma keep it at that haha. But ya the girls here are awesome!

Amanda is truly a sweet heart. She took her time and didn't rush us and me and my mom enjoyed the conversation with so much laughter. Amanda also was so patient on helping with matching shades especially as I am olive under tone and its harder to find my match! Thanks so much Amanda!

Worst customer service. People are so rude they do not want to help customers. Online it says they do curb-side pickup but they refuse.

Staff was great. I went to pick up something for my wife and they treat me well. Only thing the line was long but other than that all went well.

Today I was buying two Sephora lipsticks and my friend asked me to try it. She mistakenly gave me the tester to try.
Suddenly, a lady came to me asking you cannot try this on, this is disgusting. Then she called her colleagues as well. They embarrassed me in front of everyone. (It was just a tester and it was almost empty too.)
I told them its okay if you have any issues, I can buy this as well. Instead of solving it they treated me in very bad manner.
I didn’t expected this from you guys.
I wish I could them 0 stars.

As a regular customer at this location most employees make shopping very difficult. However today, I received EXCELLENT help from Ashley! She was kind and very informative while giving her honest opinion on the products she was showing me. Even though she was helping me, she respectfully took the time out to multitask and direct other customers at the same time.

One of the worst customer service representatives. All are very rude, unprofessional, no sense how to talk with customers. All were saying 20-30 minutes waiting time. One thing I would say to customer representatives, if you do not have passion to help others, then go for other field or profession and quit from this job. There is no point to talk arrogantly and rude to your customers. I do not strongly recommend to anyone to go and use products from this location.

I visited Sephora, located in Bramalea Mall a couple of weeks ago. My reason was to find a full coverage foundation. The floor rep was absolutely amazing. I explained what I was looking for, and her recommendation was on point. I ended up purchasing the Make Up For Ever brand. I truly love how creamy it is and the flawless finish. I am super happy about it.

Worst experience ever had with Sephora.
I checked the availability of the product online and it was showing in stock. When I was in store to shop the product was not stocked on the shelve and I asked the associate she checked in back inventory she said it is not available.
After that again I checked online it was showing me in stock and I ordered online and choose pickup from the store and order proceeded. Again, I went to the store and showed to the Associate named Steph. I explained her what ever happened and she is like we do not have this and I don't control the website your order will be cancelled within few hours.
In the end, I got an email within 2 hours saying your order is ready for pickup.
These associates were so rude and unprofessional.

Love all my Sephora products, I got some sunscreen, tarte concealer and the Natasha Denona eye shadow palette.

Service has gone down. You hardly find anyone to help you. The staff is not knowledgeable regarding any sales. They always have to check with several people before they give you a random vague answer. It is not well stocked.

I would have rated this a 5 but what I noticed at this location in Bramlea was the inability to find someone to help me. Lots of workers but not enough knowledge as Make Up Artists/Consultants. I spent around $500 with no help even though I would have appreciated some.

I was excited to go to a new sephora and buy some makeup but the staff kept following me around and it was kind of getting annoying. They didn't even offer to help me or anything they just lingered around. I think they thought I was going to steal something but im not sure what made them feel that way as I was looking at the items and testing them as per usual.

Absolutely loved my full face session with Celina! She is patient, talented and extremely knowledgeable. I purchased a few products and learned from her, as well! Thank you so much, Celina!

I went to this location last week, and Celina the beauty specialist was very welcoming, positive, and helpful. She gave her full attention to help me when I went in for a concealer match. I was really happy with my experience, and I will definitely come back to Celina!

I don't understand why all the girls here carry so much attitude, especially one of the workers named Carissa.never coming back to this location again

This place is worst, they dont help customers at all. They stand there, no smile, ignore you and arrogant.it is fully packed and you dont feel

They canceled my appointment the day of my event! Literally it was so last minute I couldn’t even make plans to have someone else do my make up. Worst experience ever!

Horrible customer service by the MANAGER. Kesha was so rude, unprofessional and the favoritism was obvious. Ironically, I spend hundreds monthly here (almost all mine and my family’s products are Sephora purchased).

I approached her for her professional advice, she told me someone else would help, I waited 10 minutes before the person shopping beside me approaches her and she starts helping her out, and INSTANTLY gets another employee to further assist her (it seemed like she didn’t know much about the products herself)

I asked when I would get assistance and in a rude tone, she points to the employee (now helping the girl who came AFTER me btw) and basically tells me to wait my turn. Unbelievable.

I was upset at this point but an employee named Manpreet assisted me from there and I was able to get all my shopping done. I just don’t understand how a big name like Sephora allows people with negligible skills to work there, let alone MANAGE the place. So disappointed.

ALWAYS a struggle to find someone to get help. All of the employees are always just walking around and when you ask for help they claim they are busy but they are not doing anything.

The customer service at the Bramalea store is absolutely non existent.although there were no less than 8 associates in the store, 3 were on cash, 3 were standing around behind them looking at their phones, one told a customer who stopped her for service that she is on her break and without calling another associate to help out, left the customer standing.only ONE associate was helping a client! Would strongly suggest to train for customer service. I wasn't able to get anyone to help me (with several other customers) therefore I left the store and will purchase the items at another store.

This Sephora is INCREDIBLE. The staff are so warm, welcoming, and kind. The customer experience is always impecible. Things are seldom out of stock but if they are, the staff are so informative about when you can get the product and provide many options! The return and exchange policy is incredible! So if you ever feel unsure of making a heavy purchase, just know you can ALWAYS get your money back if you aren't satisfied. Get money back in 30 days; 60 days for exchanges. A must-visit if you love shopping beauty!

My friend and I went to buy a foundation, the lady helping us was having a hard time to find her shade but I ended up finding it for her. After she applied the foundation to my friend we liked it, so I asked if I could try the same brand. Just to point out my friend is way lighter than I am. The lady that was helping us decied to apply the same colour on me she did to my friend. My friend and I looked at each other in shock beacause even the blind could see that we are different shades. Sephora does not hire people who are actually eduated and went to school for makeup, skin care and etc. Everytime I used to go I would have to help myself and the few ladies who are educated are always very busy because they actually know what they are doing. My other friend is qualified to work there went to school for makeup, skincare and etc and they never call her for an interview. They hire people who learn off of youtube and dont care about what they are doing. Some of the staff are so rude. Get it togther and hire people who know what they are doing, its not all about looks!

Too many people in the store during COVID times. Not enough staff to help. Did not have my brand which is IMAN pressed powder. Just felt impersonal. Will not go back again.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received on Saturday evening at this location as it’s usually a miss. Himanii in the skincare section really took the time to help me out with some skin concerns I had and made me feel excited to try out the routine she set up for me. Thank you so much!

Customer service could be improved. I always have trouble finding someone to help me when I’m at this location. I needed help finding the right foundation shade and the girl helping me didn’t seem to care at all, she rolled her eyes when I named the product I wanted to try, then walked away as soon as we found the right shade.

Great place to shop lots of variety, staff is very friendly and helpful! No lineups to get in and ample space to move around

The testers were quite messy to handle, and the surfaces needed a good wipe down. But the staff were great.

Many brands of makeup to choose from and prices are comparable. I like the store and it was not crowded.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Worst Sephora I’ve ever dealt with. Placed an online order for pickup in store and they failed to complete the order. Called 2 days after the date my order was supposed to be done and was put on hold and forgotten for 20 mins. Hung up and called again and spoke with the same girl who put me on hold and received no apology for her forgetting my call and was passed onto another employee who provided no solution to my issue. “Cancel the order on your end because we don’t have your order”. No remorse no apology nothing. Absolutely shocked at the level of customer service. Will not be dealing with this Sephora again. Go to Sherway Gardens Sephora. Time and time again the employees at Bramalea never want to work.

Its not open for in store shopping guys, plz call if you want to visit this store. Otherwise dont waste time and gas

This location has seriously taken a turn for the worst! I was in there last Thursday around early midday so there weren't a lot of customers and their security felt the need follow me around everywhere I went, only backing off when I got a sales associate to speak to about the products. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable but couldn't leave the mall without saying something so I called into the store to speak to the manager and unfortunately she did exactly what I thought, she dismissed my claims with the "she's new" excuse, then spoke over me using "uh huh" a 100 times, apologized then hung up! She never took my name or number or even tried to act like she cared in least. This is certainly my last visit to this location I urge everyone to spend their money elsewhere they don't deserve it!

Good for cosmetics testing, all brands available, two samples you can ask, they give tiny sample gifts as well to motivate you to buy from them but still very expensive.

I went in today to purchase a foundation and lip gloss. My birthday is tomorrow, so I left with a Cover FX cream foundation and Kat Von D birthday liner. I later purchased a Dior Lipstick and Marc Jacobs Lipgloss that the associate recommended, online.
I received amazing service from store associate Gagan! She was very knowledgeable, patient and supportive. Going forward I will try and reach out to her, as I normally don't get the greatest service at this location! Thanks for your help Gagan!

Gagan was very nice and helpful in matching a foundation and concealer. Unfortunately the item I originally came for was discontinued. A trend which has happened frustratingly frequently with the products I like. But all the staff is usually great.

Never call or contact this sephora. I've called them many times just to ask about product availability and stock, probably called 10+ times and no one answered. I was waiting in line one day and heard the phone ring numerous times and no one bothered to take two minutes to pick up the call. Other than that the employees are nice, could definitely be better. The girls at skincare can be very rude and give you mean looks. The only ones that are kind to me are the girls at cash. If you don't like your job then don't work here.

From the time this location opened, I've been having issues with the email address, they kept entering it wrong. Thought that was fixed. Well, bought a few things in the last couple of months and realized that those points have been put on to different account with the same name, different email address. Cashiers not listening properly. Gmail doesn't sound like hotmail.

I recently just went into this Sephora today, and I received the worst customer service EVER. I simply just asked the lady to match my mom to a foundation shade; my mom did not know that there was a line to match foundation colors/shades and we were not told. So, my mom said "It is okay, you can just let me know my color/shade by looking at the foundations. " What my mom meant was, that the lady did not have to directly apply the foundation; in order to figure out. And, that she could just look at the foundations, and see. Which was way easier, for lady as well. Although, the rude lady was like: "Yeah, it may be a just for you, but for us it is a lot of work. " Like, what is that supposed to mean. Are you not supposed to do your job? And, you expect that with this type of customer service, we still buy from your store. That is not how you deal with customers. If there is a line up, or list for matching colors/shades for foundations. You could have easily just let us know, politely. Instead, of getting all mad at us and talking to us in such a rude or negative way. Besides, we are regular customers at this Sephora and have spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars in a short amount of time. Yet, we have never experienced customer service as bad as this. Due to this, we are highly disappointed and will not go to this Sephora ever again. Or, even recommend any friends and family to go to this location.

I visited this store today and was not impressed. Some of the staff here are extremely rude and provide little to no customer service. I simply went in to buy waterproof eyelash glue because I saw that Sephora had it the day before online. It took me around 15 minutes to find one of the sales reps and when I asked her for what I was looking for, it seemed as if she could care less and obviously had no idea what she was talking about. It’s sad that Sephora hires unqualified people like this when there are tons of people who would love to take their place and provide better service than they do now. Has Sephora lowered their standards? It seems so. I am extremely disappointed and would definitely not be coming back nor would I recommend this Sephora to a friend or family member.

I asked for three samples and they had run out of one, was asked to wait and after a few minutes they returned with it and were so nice about it.

Good range of beauty products and wide variety. Staff was helpful and guided my wife well for her purchase.

It is expensive but the quality is great it's about eighty bucks for a hoodie but you'll be passing it down when it doesn't fit anymore

Marnie is one of the best customer representative I've ever met. She has such an amazing knowledge of all the skincare products they have. She have me such good suggestions for my skin problems. I always go to her for her advice for any skincare product I am about to use

Very poor customer services. Will never go again. Went to buy my foundation there, the girl her was Jen came to me for match foundation. She questions, what kind of foundation you looking for. I told her full coverage she said oh but u have makeup on how I can match a shade, I said I can wipe my makeup since I am not going anywhere now. So she match two different brand shade and I ask her to make a sample so I can try which one give me batter coverage. She gave me two sample but told me if you just wanna sample next time tell me so I don’t waste my time. She was so rude.

Make the drive to Square One or Sherway because this location is trash. If you need help with anything, there are very few associates who will help you. There's one specific associate who is bigger and Asian, she is extremely rude and condescending. They need to hire all new associates, especially associates who want to help customers. I'm a VIB Rouge member and I will not contribute to this stores sales ever again.

No one seemed to want to help me. I don't know if its because I'm a male or what, but I was not helped here. I had to buy a few gifts and I clearly looked confused alone. Ended up finding things myself after looking for about 20 minutes. Then the line took another 20 minutes lol. Poor experience here for me.

Went into Sephora Sunday April 15,2019, evening. I was looking for Deva hair care products and one of the associates came up to me straight away and led me to the products. She gave me a lot of great information about the product line and even showed me some other products that may work better. She was so helpful and well informed with all the products. I saw her name tag but, I had her write down her name because this was by far the BEST customer service I ever had, anywhere! She was super friendly and sweet and took the time to answer all my questions and provided me with the best products that I needed. I will definitely be coming back, just to see her for all her wonderful advice! Thank you so much Himani, I hope to see you again soon!

Love the selection and quality of the makeup, but the sales people are snobs. If you dont look like them and not planning to spend tons of money the sale steam want nothing to do you. Been there 5 times bought something there 5 times but not one person asked me if I need help. Poor poor service.

Unfortunately didn’t have any of the items I went in looking for which is very unusual for a Sephora, especially one that was so quiet as this one.

I was at sephora for my skin fit facial i have never had this great experience with any other store associate as i had with shaleesa. She's so sweet, she knows how to take care of her customer, how to pamper them, she has alot of product knowledge. She took really good care of me and was very helpful.

Store is fine but VERY limited in what they have. Make sure you check stock before you waste your time. Outside of that it'd your typical Sephora!

Today I reluctantly went into Sephora for the very first time. My friend Nicole needed to pick up a new cleanser so I tagged along. In the end I spent well over an hour in Sephora! I received a custom make over by an amazing associate named Neru who was super sweet and accommodating. She could tell I was anxious about even being in the space but quickly made it comfortable and led me through a fun and informative session. I ended up joining their membership program, got a custom makeover, and purchased almost $200 worth of beauty products! Definitely going out tonight and feeling a lot more comfortable with this idea of beauty and self-care. Would highly recommend not only this location, but Neru who is not only well informed and well skilled in her profession, but amazing at making people feel welcomed and good about them self.
