Sephora is located right by Entry 2 mall entrance of Vaughan Mills. The store in itself is very large and I found there to be a lot of people inside which is overwhelming as I am not a fan of busy malls. While shopping, someone came up to ask if I needed help and her name was Francesca. She was just a wonderful associate and helped me find everything I needed and made great recommendations. Got me checked out through the mobile device and I didn't even have to line up at the cash. For items that were out of stock in the store, she was able to process them online (via her mobile devices) for efficiency. She made my life easy and it was a quick and painless visit as I could ask for on a weekend day. Other great associates that helped were Taryn and Bhav. They all know what they are doing and made appropriate recommendations including foundation shades when I switched brand. I would go back to this store again as the service was the best I've had at Sephora.

I truly appreciate the customer service and product recommendations that I got from the cashier lady who convinced me to buy these skincare products that had a promotion, Caudalie (I'm so sorry, idk if I spelled it right). It worked wonders on my skin. I totally forgot her name but I do hope that she and her coworkers get a raise. I often like to have a few favorites from various Sephora locations as I have observed their working habits as well as their communication skills. I can't wait to pay this specific Sephora store again

EXTREMELY rude staff! They all stare at you and follow you around the store, it made my whole shopping experience very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this store location to anyone!

Came here to shop for a gift and was treated very poorly. The sales associates say different things, prices for items are placed in different places. When I ask for clarification it seems they don’t know any customer service. Will not spend my money at a place that treats paying customers like garbage. Manager on site was rude and did not even offer anything for the mistake. I will not be shopping at this location.

I came in on November 25th looking for the Summer Friday lip gloss, prior to coming in to the store it said on the Sephora website that it was in stock at this location. I asked an employee if they had it in stock and they said they were completely sold out. I then asked another employee what a good dupe for the lip gloss would be and she very bluntly said “I don’t know” and did not recommend any other options to me. I found one last employee and asked again about the lip gloss, and she very rudely said that they were sold out at that location. I proceeded to show her the website that said they were in stock, but she immediately brushed me off and told me they were out of stock in a rude manner without asking me if I needed help with anything else.

Working in retail myself, I completely understand that Black Friday weekend is a busy and frantic time. However, employees should always treat the customer with respect and offer alternatives if an item is out of stock. Also, if a customer is clearly showing an employee that something is in stock at that location from the website, to be immediately brushed off afterwards is not acceptable customer service.

Jenny p is horrible and needs to be fired asap

she has no customer service skills, no skills in general and clearly lacks communication in a country where we speak English Being from the same country from her is very embarrassing I hope she gets the help.

She needs to understand that this is a job and not a place you can be rude to customers she has attitude is disgusting and doesn’t apologize. Fire her Sephora, and do better. She wasted an hour of my time. All because she can’t do her job and then made me look like I was the issue for her, not knowing how to do her job. Embarrassing me! Way to go Jenny.p should change her name to jenny poopy

Joan is the most amazing lady there to help with whatever you need. Ive come from turkey not so long ago and have looked for a cream i didnt know it was called “water based” cream all i did was describe the texture and Joan knew what i was talking about she provided me with the best service and explained a lot about the product. Such a nice experience thank you!

I was assisted by Emma on Saturday for a purchase of what I though I needed. With her knowledge she patiently redirected me to other products that were actually better!

I have to give her major kudos! I have rosacea and aging skin, I have spent sooo much money buying products that do nothing for my skin including expensive prescriptions for my rosacea. Thanks to her, I have used the Dr. Jart line, within literally one application it has done wonders! Not to mention the concealer and foundation that she recommended that doesn’t accentuate my flaws like the rest!

Went to Sephora on Saturday to quickly pick up 1 item. This is the dirtiest, most unkept Sephora location I have ever been to. Empty water bottles at the checkout counter, gift cards on the floor, display cases dirty, try-on brushes all over the place, products everywhere. Gross.

I had the most amazing experience in store on my journey for for a foundation. The sweetest associate named Rameet took care of me so well and treated me like a princess. She was so detailed + patient and found me the most perfect match!
I have been in that location many times and this by far has been the BEST experience. Also, the manager Harj was a very kind & attentive soul with top notch customer service. Both individuals deserve recognition for a job well done! Can’t wait to come back to the store to shop. See you both soon!:)

I never write reviews but what happened yesterday’s was unacceptable, they accused my mother of stealing and they wouldn’t even show the proof of her “stealing” and they wouldn’t even search her as well. I believe it was racial profiling

I was in here a few days ago with my aunt and I was assisted by Beheshta. I’m assuming she’s a newer employee because I haven’t seen her before and this is my local Sephora. Usually I just get what I need and leave without asking anyone, but this girl deserves sooo much, she’s so educated on the products and what would be best for us. We realized shes Afghan so her and my aunt really hit it off since my aunt can only speak Dari. She’s a gem of a worker I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. 10/10 customer service and she’s such a ray of sunshine!

This is probably the friendliest and most helpful Sephora Team I have experienced.time and time again. It's nice to walk into a Sephora store and feel acknowledged by friendly staff and management. Oodles to management & staff for creating a fantastic shopping experience every single time I walk into that store.

During my visit to this Sephora location with my mom, we had the pleasure of being assisted by Asal. It was truly the best shopping experience I've ever had in a Sephora. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the products, is very patient, and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect items. We initially came in to get a foundation for my mom, but we ended up leaving with a whole new routine we didn’t know we needed. Her kindness and willingness to help made our day. Thank you Asal for your outstanding customer service!

Veegindor (If that’s how her name is spelled) has helped me on the phone and was patient with me by finding various of products in store. She got exactly everything I needed before arriving to pick it up. She was a GREAT help and she is such a lovely employee at Sephora. I hope she gets a raise!

Worst customer service, beauty advisor name ramneet and ashima in vaughan mills sephora if they don’t want to help or give assistance to customers, there are so many people right now jobless, please help them who are willing to give theirs best, two black beauty advisors ignored me and went to white people to help just because my skin is brown, I don’t deserve to treat like a human being, wasted 45 minutes and went home empty.
