Great experience with Sania; I really needed help with shade matching, she was absolutely amazing. She was friendly and helpful. I was able to pick out right products for my skin tone issues and I didn't feel super rushed by her either. I actually left Sephora as a happy customer for a change.

As a dude with little to no knowledge in the beauty industry, or much taste in it for that matter, gifts from this place seem to make my wife very happy. Walking in clueless, I’m helped very quickly by one of the staff. Very friendly. Very helpful.

I am really satisfied with my visit to this one. The customer service is much better than other ones and I am glad they understand that just because brown people don’t apply make up on a daily basis it doesn’t mean that we don’t use it at all and they showed products with sincerity.

Customer service at Heartland Sephora is not good. I asked for my birthday gift and they simply refused saying that either it has to be asked for during birthday month or after. And you have your birthday on December and you are not able to get the gift in the same month then you are not eligible once the calender year changes.

Clean and well organized. Staff needs a little more training. I asked a staff member if they were out of a certain product. She said yes and checked the drawer under the display. 2 mins later I find a whole other display with multiple bottles of what I was looking for.

Sephora sale going on and store has no stock. I was in store 2 weeks earlier and everything I wanted was still out of stock. Don’t waste your time, just shop online.

Visited heartland store my first time visit. I was looking for some assistance I saw two women employees talking to each other. When I called them to help me out, first I got a look like I disturbed their talk also they felt unfriendly, did not smile. One of them came to me and advised someone will come and assist. But I do remember other lady a while ago helped someone, but I felt she was not approachable when I called. The third girl who helped me out to find my right shade was very helpful. But surely not visiting this place again. Will try other Sephora store.

The manager called the police on me because she believed in slander and rumours. Rather than conducting a professional investigation. She made a irrational judgement. She made me quit on the job because I got scared.

I will go back to this location again and again. I was able to easily find every product that I was looking for. There were a lot of products in store and the staff were very friendly & helpful.

Visiting Sephora after a long time. I realized they don't do samples anymore and that kind of isn't great. You can return the product even if it's used but it's then thrown out, which is such a waste for the environment. This was my first time at the heartland location believe it or not. Even though there was a bunch of girls when I entered just hanging out, I had trouble getting assistance initially and the associate seemed disinterested. I later moved from the makeup to the fragrances section and got much better service and attentiveness from Adarah (I think that was her name). I spent over $300 for gifts and she was very helpful in checking stock, prices, and testing the scents. I left and then returned in store for a different reason but then Adarah helped me with some skincare products too. I would have give 4 stars if it wasn't for the initial neglectful service.

The place is crowded. The staff is very helpful. If something is not in stock the staff gives the option to order online with them. Many good deals.

These five stars are NOT for the store but for the only person that truly went above and beyond to help me out - Angelica Cassidy. Let me explain- I had returned a product and was not issued a refund properly. I had clearly explained this that day but was blown off. I continuously contacted customer support and went back to the store, when my money was not refunded but was given the run around by every one - stating that, “ I needed to wait a few more days for it to go through. ” After 10 days I was fed up with the back and forth and the attitudes I was given that this was somehow my fault. Finally in one last attempt, I spoke to Angelica. Not only did she actually look into my issue but she also emailed right away with the issue and how she was going to rectify it. Thank you Angelica you are my angel!

The person greeting clients as they enter the store has the best energy! I was having a stressful day and I popped in to get a couple products and that totally changed my mood around. I think this store out of all the other Sephora locations has the best customer service.

-It's a small store, with more employees than products, so very limited range of products, and almost always sold out or not in stock. Or just not available in YOUR specific color.

-Employees can be a hit or miss if you're looking for alternatives, guidance, or direction, as they may or may not be fully educated on a lot of topics, but they try help you.

-As with all "beauty" stores, there's always a an air of superficiality. The beauty advisors will and often tend to attend to customers who are dressed up, flashy or wearing good amount of makeup, and wearing it well.

- the Benefit Brow bar is separate, and has been a 4/5 type of experience of all the times I've gone there to fix my brows.

- store should educate/provide visual chart to people on using testers

- employees should have basic customer service skills (like welcoming people in store, asking if they need help, helping them out if they do, being approachable, or reach out to customers when they're clearly dazed, lost or confused) & be knowledgeable on basic makeup concepts that are applicable to all skin colors and types, instead of just shrugging and saying "I don't know"

I know we can't compare retail products with professional grade, however Sephora does have higher quality items compared to other major retailers. I know their foundations are really good if you want to surprise your wife.

If you're looking for a Dewy look, to make your skin really glow from the inside-out, nothing beats a Hydrafacial in my opinion.

And there's one right across the street, I got mine from Pink Fairy located within Pro Beauty Suites next to the Winners, and it was the best experience of my life, I almost fell asleep the first time lol.not to mention the kind of gunk that comes out of your skin!?

Once you get a hydrafacial your skin will naturally glow! It's important to take care of what's underneath the product, your skin will thank you.

I came here for the first time on January 16 2022 with my wife. I had a very different experience than I did when I went to a Sephora in Vaughan Mills. I was treated like a theif. I don't understand why the staff at sephora treats customers like that. I'm very happy that this store location is more of a proper beauty and make up store. 5 stars.

This Sephora is located in Heartland Town Centre. There's a ton of parking space out front and it's easy to find. Inside it's high vaulted ceilings give it a warehouse look and feel. The staff the helped me was super polite and very informative. Even the cashier person was very friendly and prompt. Overall a very pleasant experience in a store that I rarely go into as I'm only here to shop for my girlfriend. Stay safe out there people and be kind to one another!

I bought the Huda Beauty "Mercury Retrograde" palette. When I got home and opened it to show my sister, the palette was broken and there was eyeshadow everywhere. I tried returning it the following morning, but the cashier claimed that I did it on my own and accused me of being a scammer. It was honestly one of the worst experience I'd ever had. I did some research and asked a couple of my friends, one of them sent me something that was directly from the Sephora website.

"Sephora products may be returned or exchanged within 60 days if the product is in new or gently used condition with a receipt or gift receipt at a store location. "

I went back to the store the same day and told the (same) cashier that the Sephora website said I could've returned it, she acted quite rudely and said that I damaged it instead of gently used. Girl, I hadn't even used the product yet! Lol. Anyways, I finally got my money back, Overall, the employees were pretty rude and I would probably never go back.

I've been going to this location frequently since it opened. Overall, its less rushed then other locations. Staff is very helpful and polite. The only reason I'm giving this location a 2 stars is due to an incident with the weekend security guard.

Last week I went into the store to make a return with my mom and I was followed to the cash registered. Initially I dismissed it as I was only in the store for 5 mins. Yesturday, I went again and same thing happened. The security guard followed me around, please note the store was filled more than usual but he chose to single me out. I did not touch any testers just looked at charlotte tillbury and MILK display, the security guard was standing beside me and made direct eye contact. Not sure if I was being racially profiled or what. I was at the store to make another return and purchase a few more items but I was so uncomfortable that I left immediately.

I am sad to say I will not be returning here, rather going to a different location or ordering online. I see there are other reviews about similar incidents. I hope this review doesn't go unnoticed by management.

Someone redemeed my points in this store and later there was an email to request for a change of password to my Sephora account. I changed my password and deleted all my credit cards details on my account. I tried to contact the store, got through one time and got hung up on. Tried again multiple times but no answer. I called the Sephora center number to report the incident and got cut-off in the middle of the call, nobody has the intention to contact me back eventhough they know my account email and would be able to see my listed phone number too.

Be careful! This happened due to the incompetent store assistant (for not checking ID when redeeming) and dishonest shopper (claiming to be me). I know it is just 500points but it might have led to credit card fraud!

Went on a Sunday in the early afternoon, didn't have to line up. Was greeted by a friendly customer associate and directed to use the hand sanitizer station. Was looking for a gift card and the associate told me where to find it (at cash). All displays have signs saying that testers are not to be used, display only. So unfortunately won't be able to try before you buy, which to me is kind of the point of going in-store, but understandable. The only downside to this location is I feel like it doesn't always have as robust of a selection of products as the store in Square One but it's generally less busy, which is a plus for me. You can find if what you're looking for is in stock online. Last Christmas my husband went to this location with a list of things to get me and an associate helped him find everything and made suggestions, which were spot on. She remembered him when we went back a couple months later and asked if I liked everything. Before Covid you could get samples to take home of perfume, not sure if that is offered now. For gift cards you just go up to cash and then tell them the amount you want on the card. I've only ever had a friendly experience here.

Smaller but central location. Straight forward and easy access to displays. Staff give you enough space to shop around on your own and are there to assist whenever you ask. No huge line ups for the payment register. I prefer this location over the busy mall!
