Sequoia TreeScape is the best company for anything related to tree maintenance, tree removal and stump removal - all process is smooth and well-organized. Very clean job, no damage to property at a VERY reasonable price! Would them to anyone who wants an outstanding service for a good price!

Matt and all the team at Sequoia were terrific to deal with. We had a very large tree cut down in a tight area in our front yard, which they managed to do safely and quickly, with no mess left behind. We also had them grind down the remaining stump and prune another cluster of trees in our side yard. The trees look so good after being pruned!
I will definitely be using Sequoia again.

Craig was great when he came to check out our Maple Tree situation. He took the time to pet my dog and be friendly, so I was already sold on the company because if you treat pets well, you are a keeper! Cole and crew did our pruning yesterday and our trees look healthy and symmetrical finally. Not to mention, the price was very fair compared to a couple other companies I checked out. At least these guys are reliable, not like some others out there.

Quality service from professional people. This is the second time I have used this company with excellent work each time. This time they removed an over grown lilac bush, a small job for them but would have been a huge job for me. Matt & Craig were quick to respond to my messages. Sequoia is an amazing group. They were quick to respond to our inquiry for a quote on trimming a large old maple. The cost was of great value and they did a fantastic job. The tree looks amazing and we no longer worry about branches falling and causing damage.

I had a large Maple that required an emergency removal. Craig came the same day to inspect and strap it. They took the tree down as soon as possible without any property damage and at a fair price. Great service overall.

We hired Sequoia TreeScape a few months ago to remove three large dead trees from our property.
Matt, Craig and team were friendly, considerate and did an incredible Job in removing the trees on time, in a professional way with care in safety and clean up and on the agreed pricing!
We are so great full for their services and have arranged to hire them again this fall to take down more dead trees that were destroyed by the emerald ash borer on our property.

Reasonable pricing for removal of 2 trees adjacent to a pool. Professional staff. Took care to ensure cuttings we’re brought down away from pool and ensured area was blown off to clean up. Highly recommend Matt and the team.

I was very impressed with Matt and his team who on Wed July 20th brought down quite a large half dead tree in our front yard. It was close to the neighbors house and in an awkward spot.

Safety was obviously job 1 for themselves and everyone else. They had the right equipment to get the job done and the professionalism was fantastic.

This company was referred to me by a contractor and I reached out twice but to this day, have not heard back. This is not good customer service. For that, I am giving one star. If there was the option for no stars, I would have selected it.

Matt impressed me with how very informative and knowledgeable he was about the type of trees that we had on our property and he took the time to explain what needed to be done to each tree and why. I am a repeat customer.the first time we used Sequoia they bent over backwards to help.this time I was treated indifferently, ignored, like my issue was not of interest, so much so they passed the buck to another service. Disappointing. Will not call again.

We were thrilled with the work Sequoia did for us. We had a tree we were already debating removing in our backyard but after a storm it broke in half and was dangling above our neighbour's pool. We reached out to a few arborists, including Sequoia (based on another neighbour's recommendation). We were impressed and comforted by Sequoia's professionalism, we appreciated how quickly Matt was able to come look at the tree and that they emailed us a quote. The Sequoia team did an amazing job taking down the tree, no damage to my neighbour's pool and it's like the tree was never there! I needed to remove a couple of old spruce trees and prune a few other trees and cedars.

Craig quickly responded to my inquiry, walked around my property with me, gave me some good advise on my trees, and provided a fair price on the spot.

The crew showed up on time, quickly got to work and got everything completed on time. Crew was polite, knowledgeable and productive. They even trimmed the dead branches off my old walnut tree while waiting to run other trim work through the chipper.

They cleaned up all the wood and racked out where they ground out some stumps.

My wife and I are very happy with their work.

I had a 50 ft silver bark maple that had to be removed, tree roots traced and removed, and stump ground down. Matt and his crew were fantastic to work with, professional, always answered my questions and did a great job cleaning up, even going to my neighbor to make sure her backyard was not impacted. Price was quite reasonable and we are planning on calling them back next year to trim our Greenspire Linden that seems to have a mind of it own. Thank you very much.

Matt and team did an excellent job on our giant dying maples.the job was a little more complicated than originally quoted, but they stuck to thier price, which was very honorable imo. I have a large multi-trunk maple where water and debris collects in a pocket where 3 of the trunks meet causing a potential rotting problem. I was concerned that this rot may cause one of the trunks to break away and fall onto an adjacent public walkway and destroy the neighbour's shed and fence. I was prepared to spend $500-1000 to mitigate the risk but when Sequoia came to provide an estimate, they advised me the tree was very healthy and not at risk of trunk failure in the near future. No charge!

If you are looking for a honest company with integrity this is it. I needed an approx. 8ft root sprout removed. It was growing against the brick of my home. Craig knowing this was a small job, still showed up at my door within 45 min of contacting me. He removed the root in no time and at an extremely reasonable price. The crew arrived on the scheduled date. Before starting they reviewed safety procedures on the operation & usage of the chain saw. They created a plan on the best way to remove the 30 foot Spruce tree that was next to a shed. During the entire process of removing the tree, not a single branch fell on the shed. All parts of the tree removed, stumped ground down and the work site cleaned up. Start to finish 3 hours. I would use their service again and definitely recommend Sequoia TreeScape

Sequoia tree scape removed a very tall tree from our property today. They arrived early and asked questions before taking it down. They were very professional and safety was number one on their list with making sure the area was blocked off and out of harm of anyone passing by. The crew worked well and knew exactly what their jobs were to take it down safety. They totally cleaned up the area, removing all wood and bush. They made sure the place was fully cleaned up before leaving the job. I would highly recommend this company and their rates were the best out there.

I needed 4 pretty big (36" diameter) stumps grinding out at my place. Matt came and had a look and gave me a very fair quote (compared to others I asked). A few days later he arrived with his crew and a monster machine. Within a few hours they were all gone and I couldn't be more happy. No more circling round the stumps to cut the grass. We called this team in to remove a small tree in our front yard and a larger tree in the back. The tree in the back was in an incredibly awkward place, wedged in between a cement wall and fence. It had been annoying us for a while as the tree begun to encroach on the house. Not only did they respond to my initial email quickly and professionally, but Craig was able to make it out to see the trees very soon after. We devised a plan working with the neighbors to get rid of the branches and they came back to do the job a few weeks later. The whole team and Matt was a joy. Very friendly and professional. They left the area clean for us. I am really happy with their work and it was hassle free and a great value. We are excited to get going on other outdoor projects with the trees removed for us. Craig, Matt and their team were Great! They were in touch with us quickly and arranged an estimate within an hour. We had been "putting off" dealing with numerous huge limbs from a neighbour's enormous Siberian Elm trees just on his side of the property line next to our driveway. Some were hanging way over our roof and many over our driveway. We were concerned about vehicle/roof damage in the event of a bad wind or ice storm.

Craig discussed the whole situation with us, made excellent suggestions and gave us a really good price. Matt, Craig and team arrived to do the work and we were delighted about the whole job. They are professional, quick and very efficient. They really know what they're doing, are friendly and polite. They were careful not to damge anything, including adjacent trees even when using the bucket truck.

Sequoia Treescape is by far the best tree service I’ve ever used. Their certified arborists spoke from an educated knowledge base on trees in Canada; they were able to advise effectively on choice of trees, explaining the strengths and weaknesses of different species for our climate; they were accurate in their cost estimates and in their service date. They finished the work on time, and on budget; and best of all, everyone in our household was impressed by the quality of the pruning of an older tree, and by the planting of a younger one.

We had 2 maples in the backyard that needed some pruning. Matt and his team came in and took care of the trees without any problem. They were real pros. Loved the quick response to inquiries that I had. They kept the job site clean during their work, which was very much appreciated. Great work, friendly service.
