I had been to a few different therapists with no luck; I always felt discouraged because it never felt like it was helping, but when I met with Iriny for the firs time, I knew from that moment that this was going to work. After each session, I always felt like a weight off my shoulders. She is not only professional, but she was also very personable and that made me more comfortable opening up. She always made me feel like it was ok to not be ok and tried to help me through it.
