She really took her time with us going over the features of the car seat, checking the install in our vehicle and explaining the various features for our child's age and what to expect in the future. I feel much for confident about the safety of our car seat for our little one! Highly recommend.
Bonus: Serenity is the cutest store for high-quality baby goods, so it's fun to pick up a few things while you're there!

This is the absolute best place in Barrie for high quality pregnancy products and products for children. I can't say enough how amazing Allison is. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and cares about each customer. She truly cares about these products too and puts thought into what she carries in her store. She is the best!

What a fantastic space for parents. They have such a great array of products for anything and everything you need for parenting. Allison is so welcoming and knows just the right product to take home with you. We’ve had the pleasure in attending their numerous craft events, baby group meet ups and baby carrier consignment sales. Every time we walk into the shop we are always welcomed warmly!

This place was my saving grace and has given my family so many wonderful connections to other families through the 4th Trimester Class. I am still in contact with these mothers and the kids got together weekly for 4 years and counting. I feel a real connection with these people and so does my child. I never felt alone and the knowledge shared in the classes was fantastic.

Super helpful staff and very friendly store! I have also been lucky enough to attend a car seat safety clinic there and Easter crafts! I can’t say enough great stuff about the staff! Very informative with tips and tricks for all the adventures Motherhood brings!

We attended a messy babies class at Serenity Birth Studio and had a blast! Babies played in two sensory bins with water/jello and towels and the clean-up was included with the activity, so busy Moms got to enjoy meeting new friends and babies were ready for a nap when we left the activity. The front shop had some specialty baby items like Babiators and booties, we will definitely be back for a browse.

My husband and I took the prenatal classes here and I continued with the Fourth Trimester series after my son was born and am I ever thankful I did! I met a wonderful group of moms who I’m still friends with today. Watching our kids grow up together has been such a wonderful experience. I encourage any new moms looking for connection/ support to take one of these classes! You will not regret it. Learning the ropes as a new mom would not have been the same without them.

Serenity birth studio is so much more than a store! They are a cornerstone of Barrie's community offer a wide variety of family friendly classes and activities. The awesome natural and eco-friendly products that they sell is an added bonus.

My wife and I did our prenatal class at Serenity, and had a wonderful experience. The classes were very organized and moved at a good pace. There was always ample time to ask questions. The course covered everything we were hoping to cover, as well as lots of content we didn't realize we would need to know for before and after the baby arrives. As a soon to be father, I was shocked to find out how much I would need to know before the delivery, and how much there was for me to be doing during the delivery to make sure everything goes smoothly. I feel far more prepared now than I did before, that's for sure! I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and organized Toni was. I would highly recommend that anyone expecting their first child take the prenatal course at Serenity!

A great little store that's not just for parents with babies. I participated in several classes for adults including essential oils, salad in a jar, and overnight oats in a jar. The classes are well organized, and relevant to what parents and mom's want.

Allison at Serenity Birth Studio is so helpful and provides great service. I purchased a sound machine at the store a while ago and it stopped working. She happily provided me with a replacement and was genuinely concerned about the product and my experience. 7 years ago I did prenatal classes at the old Serenity location and was so disappointed when it closed. I'm so glad Allison picked up where Cathy left off so that more people can experience this great community.

SBS is a great place to find gifts and essentials for all the kids/babies in your life! High quality items and lots to choose from! They also have essential oils and kid friendly (no yuck) sunscreen which can be hard to find! Alison is amazing at answering your questions and sharing info about new items in her shop!

My husband and I took prenatal classes through Serenity, and I participated in the Fourth Trimester series as well as several other classes following the birth of my first child. I cannot speak highly enough of Alison and the service providers she recruits to run supportive, knowledgable courses that bring new Moms together and help them develop a community and ‘village’ for their littles. Alison always made us feel welcome and I would highly recommend both her shop, and the courses offered!

My husband and I did the child birth education series with Toni and it was such invaluable information, allison always ensured we were comfortable and had what we needed, sending timely updates and class content through email. I've since also taken the 4 th trimester class and again felt it was worth every minute. In and out of the store for the two courses, I've also bought many items! The store is very organized and Allison stocks the cutest and best baby items!

I highly recommend Serenity Birth Studio. From the amazingly in-depth programs to the adorable, natural based/environment friendly products, this studio really has everything. The support I received from my prenatal class, my 4th Trimster class and directly from Allison Allin herself, can not compare. It has truly changed my life since having my babies! We did our baby CPR course at Serenity and visited again for some natural baby products, we recently got our son a wonderful spf protective sun hat with a drawstring to adjust size and an adjustable chin strap with safety release! We love serenity and they always exceed expectations!

Allison is always so helpful and offers a variety of quality programs for moms, and children of all ages. I especially love the baby sign language program that is offered out of her studio. My daughter still uses many of the signs we learned, and it’s helped her to communicate with me before she could even speak.

Love Serenity Birth Studio! Allison is so friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell she loves what she does and this store is a part of her family. Great unique products. Great programs for moms-to-be and moms of little ones too- play dates, baby sign language and more. Also love the sales and pop-up events. SBS also partners with a lot of Barrie events for maternal health, local businesses, mom events.its so nice to see Allison at all these different events too! Overall, worth the trip in to this little gem in Barrie for all your baby needs, gifts, and educational programs!

Great group space and baby shop. Every time I come here I feel welcomed by the owner. Love the mommy classes and workshops they offer! Would recommend this place to any new mom in the area.

I have participated in a few classes at Serenity Birth Studio. I really enjoy the thought and planning that goes into their classes. There is something for everyone in every stage of pregnancy and parenthood. Everyone is so friendly and helpful as well. Their boutique is amazing and has different higher end products that are hard to find! It’s worth going to a class early to look around!

I have never been to a local shop that not only has an amazing amount of product for their customers needs, wants and desires - but a local shop that has amazing energy! Allison is like a magnet! Get in her space and you'll be smiling and feel empowered and energized. Her space is awesome for parties and events as well and she makes that offering affordable! She has a wide variety of local talents using her space for classes and events - this store/location and the resources are AMAZING! You need to visit and see all there is here in product, connections and offerings! You will be glad you did!
