Nicole and Mamta are beyond amazing! They have changed my life for the better and I can't thank them enough. I came to Serenity completely hopeless thinking I will never find a solution to my painful symptoms of my frozen shoulder. I had this condition for a year and a half. With Nicole’s massages and Mamta’s physiotherapy I am back to my old self. I came to my appointments consistently, did the exercises suggested and after three months I saw a huge difference!

Great place for a relaxing massage. Rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable and cozy. Located on a small street so parking is limited but there is a free public lot at the end of the road. Friendly staff and great RMT's especially Angela!

I had my first Physio and massage appointment about 3 weeks ago due to the pelvic pain. After initial visit, I feel much better. The atmosphere is great and the staffs are friendly! I love the receipts to be emailed so I will never lost them. The only con is that there’s no free parking and too hard to find street parking.

Katelyn was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally effective. I highly recommend her and the establishment.
