I had an awesome experience with Mathew and Mike. Mike straight forward guy, says it as it is, and I like that. Mathew a great helping personality with a smile despite hard questions. Stefano (the boss) great guy. He personally thanked me for buying. Great people to work with. I traded in my Yamaha tracer and bought tenere. They gave me top dollar for my trade in. I went to multiple Yamaha dealerships from Barrie to Whitby looking for deals and ended up Serpa. I can say that I am a difficult costumer when buying stuff but they were very patient and cool minded. Understood my needs and addressed it. All staff was welcoming. The whole process was very smooth.will definitely recommend them and will come back for future purchases.

Had a great experience at Serpa Motorsports. Very seamless between calling to price out a machine with Mike Pacitto to getting the Atv picked up. Hannah Glavin at the front desk had the paperwork completed for a quick smooth transaction. Also Jason Kay was awesome to deal with for getting some accessories while I was there. Highly recommend! Will be coming back here for our next toy!

I bought a 2021 GP1800R in the beginning of the 2023 season.

I inquired about a 2023 GP1800R SVHO and the sales guy sold me a HO.

They ended up selling me one of their employees SVHO for the mistake.

I have called multiple times due to the old owner having a code on my unit. They say the old owner doesn't remember the pin and now I am left with a jetski that I can't use the security features on.

Soon as I paid the cash for my unit they stopped replying to me. Service is mediocre.

So much for "Certified Yamaha Dealer"
Or whatever that means.

One other thing I forgot to mention. The used jetski they sold me was previously tuned by the other owner and did not mention to me.

I know this because when I went to put the riva racing stage 1 tune on it. The jetski was already married to another man tuner confirmed via Jesus @ Riva Racing.

I just dislike dishonest work and shady business. Feel ripped off. Will not be purchasing any more toys from these guys for sure.

Had the recent pleasure of purchasing a used machine from Serpa Motosports. First I was greeted by Hannah, concierge, that’s where the positive, friendly experience started, Mike in sales, fantastic and lastly dealing with Stefano, owner, finished of my experience with nothing but praise. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. 5 stars out of 5. Check them out, highly recommended.

Recently purchased a 2023 grizzly from Mike and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a new toy. Outstanding dealership with outstanding staff. Mike and Stefano got me on my first quad this week. I had an interesting situation and they were up for the challenge and had me loaded up ready to ride within 3 days of walking in. Even though I wasn’t spending a million dollars I was treated like royalty. After 3 months and 6 dealerships later I would recommend Serpa to anyone… shame I didn’t check them out earlier.

I was looking for U SED BIKES of a cost I could afford in or under $3000.00: street: HONDA rebel or Yamaha 250 or enduro BIG WHEEL SUZUKI. NOT NEW BIKES (that I am searching for. Sorry that a misunderstanding resulted. Sales man/ manager could have avoided this

Went there to look at a specific bike. Was not exactly what I was looking for. (Bike itself was mint, looking for 250cc but it was a 450cc) The sales guy, Mike if I remember his name correctly was a nice fella. Didn't pressure on anything. Nice location, showroom is set up well and clean too. The facility is nice just wish I was in the market for a 450.

Nov 2022 - Just bought my first used motorcycle. All people (Richard, Jason, Dave and Stefano) I dealt with were very helpful and friendly. I left there with a few new friends. It was a pleasure. I would definitely buy again and recommend Serpa Motorsports.

Up until delivery of the vehicle the review was 5 stars. I have dropped it to 4 as it has been over a month and goods and service paid for hasn't been delivered. Will update review in a week.

Just picked up my 2021 YFZ450R from Serpa and my whole experience was amazing. Mike and Sean are true gentlemen and got my bike ready before the expected date which was a nice surprise. They were informative every step of the way and we got everything signed and completed pre-pick up. Definitely recommend doing business with them, easy 5 stars!

I took my motorcycle to Serpa for repairs after an accident, 11 weeks later I got it back, not completely done. Obvious things missing such as dents and scrapes on the frame. They considered it done, after several attempts to fix these issues, no response other than "we will look into it and get back to you"

Serpa is the best place for all your atv, snowmobile and supercar needs. Jason is the best mechanic ever.

I DUG DEEPER INTO WHY and found that THE OWNER FRANK SERPA is being SUED BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER FOR THEFT OF THE BUSINESS "POWERSPORTS NEWMARKET"! These guys will try to sell you ANYTHING and EVERYTHING because if they lose the lawsuit they lose their business and don't have to honor any WARRANTIES OR PRODUCTS. They will just DISAPPEAR.

Excellent experience as always at Serpa. The staff at Serpa is very easy to deal with. They are professional, respectful, and pay attention to your needs. Have been a loyal customer, and will continue to work with them for all my automotive and motorsports needs for years to come.

So, we walked in on a Saturday morning just to see if they had an ATV in stock. They did however, it was not assembled. We were taken out back to have a look at the unassembled ATV and the accompanying accessories. We were really impressed with the service provided by Mike. There was no hard selling at all. We asked him to put together a quote. While we waited other staff members were attentive in ensuring we had been looked after and offered us beverages while we waited. Super nice people. After getting the quote we advised we would like to mull it over and we would get back to them later in the day. Again no pressure from them at all. We ultimately purchased the ATV on the same day. They in turn had it assembled and ready for pickup on the Friday with a plow that we added to the sale. AMAZING!

Dealt with Sean Bowan regarding a 2019 Yamaha Tracer 900 GT. I was told it would be brought from their storage location and built so I could see the bike and purchase it. 5 weeks went by without any communication, bought a bike else where. Terrible customer service.

Buy with caution. These guys don’t honour dealer discounts. Which only means one thing. They care more about filling their pockets than their customers best interest.

From the first communication, to signing the documentation and taking delivery of my new R3, the experience I had was great. Even walking into the place, seeing the $100,000+ cars that they sell, I was treated as if I may be there to buy one right off the bat, even though I was looking at a bike that is less than $10k (Until, on my last visit, I parked too close to the front door in my less than impressive 2016 Cruze, and was politely asked to move it).
Exceptionally nice staff. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sean. By no means is Sean what you'd call a stereotypical car dealer. Not once was I pressured into coming to take a look at anything or had it suggested that I look into a vehicle that I had expressed no interest in. No pushy sales tactics at all, even when I had mentioned the possibility of holding off until the spring to commit to any kind of purchase, Sean was understanding of that and in a very friendly way told me to keep in touch as he'd be more than happy to help me out whenever the time was right for me. When I had mentioned holding off to another dealership I was speaking with, that completely ended the communications then and there. As a new rider, I had a ton of questions and Sean was exceptionally patient and answered all of them.
I don't believe Sean (and by extension - Serpa) wants to just sell vehicles. They want to make potential customers happy and comfortable in their purchase, which in turn, creates returning customers. Going forward, I won't consider going elsewhere for a motorcycle before giving Sean a call first. Really, couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.
If you're looking for a motorcycle, I couldn't recommend strongly enough that you go and speak with Sean.

Had an appointment and the sales person decided to take a call and never managed to show for half an hour as we decided to leave. Hopefully they treat other clients with a little more respect. Too bad we are very serious about purchasing the vehicle we went to see.

Thanks to Sean and the team at Serpa. Just picked up our 2020 Wave Runner and the service and the price were very competitive. Unfortunately the cover is on backorder from Yamaha but that isn't the team at Serpa's fault. Hopefully it comes in soon. Meanwhile we are really enjoying our Wave Runner.

I go here to get my motorcycles serviced. They are a Suzuki and Yamaha motorcycle ️ dealership. Their service on my Suzuki and Honda have always been good. They have helped me install some aftermarket wiring and replaced a back tire and front brakes. They have always been courteous and reasonably priced. I plan to continue to use Serpa for my motorcycles ️
