Our board made the decision to get rid of the former landscapers and we couldn’t be more thankful we made the decision to use Serv a lawn! They always go above and beyond to ensure each of our residents needs are cared for and we couldn’t be more appreciative of how much of a difference our properties look in just one season! Absolutely horrible service and professionalism from the manager Connor. He is a nightmare to deal with and I highly recommend no one to use their services. These guys did the maintenance at my townhouse in late February to remove snow. They damaged my garage in the process. No big deal, I’m patient and understanding, just wanted them to come back and fix my garage that they damaged. I have been waiting 3 months for these guys to come back and fix it. Anytime I call or text for an update, I don’t receive any response or i get told “we will come fix it on a rainy day” or ill get some serious attitude. I called today for an update and connor was getting agitated, started using profanity and hung up the phone. If you like horrendous service and enjoy being disrespected, then this is the place for you 1000%.

Serv A Lawn took over maintaining my condos property a few years ago and we are nothing less than thrilled with their services. After years of cycling through large landscape companies who always struggled with the demanding large size of the upscale condos we are happy to have found Serv A Lawn. Our crew is consistently coming by the same time every week and not only maintaining the full property but going above and beyond to beautify our outdoor living experience. In the winter they always have the snow cleared without issues before the morning or after any accumulation using their many pieces of specialty equipment and well equipped staff to efficiently complete the job.

They enjoy covering your car in leaves, sticks, and dirt to the point you need to clear it off before you drive your car. If you ask them to try to avoid your vehicle you will be met with snarky attidute. 10/10 would never recommend.

If you want the vehicles on your property covered in grass and stones tossed with line trimers these are the guys for you. Large enough area for a lawnmower. Nope well use a trimer instead, guaranteed to pick up and throw all the garbage around. No care for what's around them while working.
