For some strange reason my wife and I were in and out of Service Canada updating our passports quickly. Checked in right away, were called to the service employee and out the door all within 30 minutes. Efficient employee double checked our forms, awesome experience.

Today I was here in Service Canada at 60 Ghillingam Dr in connection with my applications for CPP, Oldage security, elderly caregivers benefit, attestation of documents. I am in Canada for more than 20 years and never experienced such a professional service anywhere else in any other organization as over here. This became possible because of the dedication, sincerity and professionalism of Denila, the CSO. She is not only competent, skillful, knows her job thoroughly but goes over and above to help her clients. I salute her for all her dedication. She’s a gem and is surely an asset for any organization she works for. Keep it up Danila. God Bless you.

There was this man security person that was very rude and had an attitude problem and really pushy, the one that is outside the front door of the Canada Service building

Great service from Rashae. The queue moved quickly. Time spent there was less than 30mins overall.

I have very good experience in this location of service Canada.miss Marie is very polite and helps me a lot.

Great service! Very well management. Plenty of room to line up in side and seating arrangements.

Line up as early as 5 am to get in at 8: 30 am. After 7am line up is fair and quick to get longer.

Service is quick and easy. Staff are very polite!
Atleast 10 counters are being served out of 16 when they open in the morning.

The lady who manages the getting in process is very polite yet professional and well managing the crowd.

I will recommend this location to make life easier!

There is clear communication gap between appointment booking system on phone and center. When I booked an appointment on phone, person said no confirmation sms/email is required. You are booked for this time just go and give ur name. But when I reached they asked for confirmation.

So if u book an appointment please ask email confirmation and stay on phone till u receive confirmation in email.

Although, line was not so bad. It took 50 min.

I got the SIN number after standing 4 hours in line from 7: 30 to 11 and didn’t even move away from line for 1 second. I got my turn at 11: 30 But A lady named Udhaya came from other desk and started blaming me about the thing i never even did. According to her so called misunderstanding I was standing in the parking area and when she told me move I replied to her that you can go park your car somewhere else. I didn’t speak a word with anyone as I went there alone I just finished my studies. When I went to counter she was not even trusting me when I said that you must have misunderstood, “ I didn’t speak with you but she was very rude and dominant didn’t know how to deal with customers. If she can blame without any reason then she need to believe me too if I was giving an explanation because I didn’t do anything wrong
Other than that I got my work done eventually.

I had an amazing experience here. All the staff and security were all kind and helpful. Especially Alejandro he was so helpful even in a very stressful situation. He was calm and polite the entire time! Thank you!

Worst experience at this location. Visited here in the morning and the desk 8 lady literally had no manners to talk to the people. She was just so rude and yelling while talking as if she was forced to do something. Zero customer service.

Clean quick place. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They told me fill out this form and I had to call in for the sickness benefit but the process was smooth. Still have to wear a mask going in. Name checkin with license and they will get to you quick.

Place is great. My experience was super. Came in around 8: 35 am.

Despite of 20 people before me I was called in in 10 mins and process was straightforward.

Aprreciate the pace of customer service reps here.

3/20/2023 my experienced here at service Canada is amazing. People are nice here and security coordinates regarding seating occupancy and if they call your name they will guide you which counter you going. Margaret is so nice and calm voice. I will 100% recommend this place.

I had a wonderful experience here, the staff were amazing, and the wait time was short. There was 2 ladies I couldn't catch the name of, but they went above and beyond to help me with my issue

Some guys are very rude with new comers, they should understand the immigrants are new here and don’t understand many things. Please be nice with them.

Really rude supervisor and staff, speaking to people and directing them with very rude manners. While training staff, speaking very condescending to customers. If you aren't sure about procedures, you would visit your own website and knowledge so you can deal appropriately will customers. Don't assume everyone can't speak English.

Worst service from security that denied entry with an appointment for 17 year old trying to get SIN number. Security acts like custom officials that have no right deny entry over their ego.

Good service but lines are very long. Must go with an appointment. It will take only 15-20 minutes

Stands in line first day after 3: 00pm they sent back and said come next day early morning, goes next day they denied to take my 2 months baby passport application and told me that if you’re travelling than you can apply otherwise go to the other service canada center,

Totally Time wasting system

Very bad experience I went here for my sin. Number but they didn’t gave me the sun number I went here 4-5 times here but not have experience

Worst experience, long long long queue.
Please carry some energy drink, food and chair to be able to make up to the front desk. No respect for time, elderly people.please make some other arrangements to serve people more quickly. A mere harassment.

This is the worst place to be at. Worst services and worst agents ever. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They all need extensive training in customer services. Apart from that if you ask them something they don’t guide you properly. Imagine the pain one has to go through.

The lady on the counter which i met don't know how to talk with an international student. We came from too far not for tolerating your attitude. She is replying very badly. Whenever, i tried to put a question, she instantly replied no questions. I think the counter number is 12. I don't know why these people are hired on these kind of places.

Worst government office ever, stood in queue from 9am in the morning, still was sent back at 4 pm, after 7 hours of standing in sun

I've spent 4 hours line-up to reach inside the door, getting zero result, the office lady gave file# and asked me go to Missisauga office can cut the line to get my Passport as I've submitted by courier.
Went there gave my file#, but securities told me - get a blue ticket have to line up from 5am - came 8am.and waited another 4 hours to go inside. Terrible experience.

Arrived today at 8am (to check status of my passport application which I filed two months ago) to a horrible scene of hundreds of people camping out in tents, sleep bags, reclining chairs waiting in line from a day before to renew their passport. The so-called "government" officials don't seem to care. Pathetic excuse for a "government" that is so disrespectful to Canadians. Lockdowns, restrictions and tax hiking are the only no-brainer tools that they have in their playbook. Serving Canadians efficiently is not their priority.

Very well organized and disciplined staff. But long que, you will have at least 2 hours wait time in line. Or best is to get online appointments to avoid long wait time, I have uploaded pics how to get online appointments. Good luck

The worst service canada location. My brother waited for 1.5 hours for his SIN and have to come back empty handed. Security guard have bad people skills.

I registered for the appointment they never called in three days I have to get sin for my daughter she can't apply for job without sin very rude staff they kept covid as a excuse not to work bt get paid for free they are playing with the system I think media should approach

All people are waiting outside in extreme cold weather long time but system is very slow & not use full.
Need to change westing time system for SIN.

Tried for sin many times each time said book
an appointment and when we request to appointment online they never respond back.trying almost from month, tried online as well but get a letter in which they said primary document is missing. Worst experience ever, Soo much disappointed.

Such a bad experience. I was waiting in the line for an hour and then the security said I need an appointment. No walk in allowed. Very bad experience. Wastage of time.

Worst branch of Service Canada, the supervisor and the lady standing outside managing the crowd is so so rude.no humanity at all in both these ladies. She didn’t help me even after having an appointment and moreover asked me to stand in the cold outisde, it was -16 and I requested her atleast let me stand at the corner inside before the main entrance but rudely she said no stand outside. Stop hiring people like these Service Canada. Sooo rude I mean thinking about these rude ladies only hurts me and what they did to me

Worst, place ever, inspite of having an appointment they asked to wait in line for hours.
Large amount of people stand outside in such harsh cold weather and what we hear in the end is “ No Walk In’s for today ”. Why don’t they permanently put the symbol of No Walk In Accepted outside their office.

Visited this center today on 31st january 2022. Security guard lady has no manners. He talks to everyone very rudely. Even to his co-worker. He literally have no sense how to talk to people. She must be fired from this duty. She do not deserve to be at such kind of place.

Lady security guard is so rude. She needs to be polite. I don’t think so she has proper training to deal with customers.

Lines are always crazy, so try and make it much earlier than you want too. More like a whole day trip

Been here for my SIN number, the process is smooth here, I got my appointment after almost 20 days I landed at Toronto. But then the after I get the appointment the process was really quick, it took approximately 10-15 minutes to get my SIN number. But make sure you be on time. They don't allow you if you are late, they ask you to book an another appointment.
They do not accept the students/work permit holders with appointment, so there is no point standing in queue for your turn.

Great location and staff, had to spend a bit of time in the queue, but eventually got served. Very efficient.

Worst experience ever. Plz dont wait after 3 pm if you are walking in, they will not tell you anything they will just close the door 3: 58.

The lady who helped me inside for SIN number, asked me why do I need new one (based on my status change),? Acc to her I can continue using student one. She was very rude to me when I make the fact known that I applied twice online and no response. Overall she asked lots of personal questions and I received a terrible customer service experience.

The security team is superb in the way they manage the crowd. They simply go above & beyond their work.

I disagree with lot of negative reviews here since they are just bias.

Worst experience ever.security gard lady was to rude with clinets.they are not following social distancing rules. Wait time was too long and did not get any information from there. According to Brampton population more locations and staff needed.

Security person is extremely rude. We all understand how difficult things are these days keeping the location busy. People were calmly standing in line. But that lady did not answer the simple question and literally shouted. Most of the people in line were new to Canada and this will be the first impression they gonna get from here.

Please visit 40 gillingham drive for biometrics and passport services, this location is temporarily closed. There is no notice for the temporary change of location

It shows open. I booked off from work just to make it to appointment, but when I came here, its closed.

People are very rude. When I visit for my niece sin number they don’t behave good with niece they just give useless instructions which is useless for her and did not solve her problem as the lady who is sitting inside she is very rude and she don’t have any sense that how to talk with the person. As I do not recommend any people to visit their instead of it visit goreway, service Canada they people are very nice and done work within 5/10 mint.

I doubt whether staff at this location is even working! Extremely unprofessional & treat people very unfairly.

The lady at front desk didn’t even hear my question properly and said we don’t know.we don’t that here! I was so disappointed.

I was actually over there for getting my SIN Number and the employees are too quick to response. Best ambience and a proper way for completing the overall process. Ample of parking space so no need to worry about it. Staff is well trained and they help in each and every manner they can.

Wow. Well done Service Canada. I was expecting a 2 hour wait, but to my great surprise i was in and out in 20 mins. Many thanks to Karen for resolving my issue in a respectful and professional manner. Now if i could only get all my doctor appts to operate so efficently!

Very quick and efficient service provided, when applying for a sin for my daughter. They completely explained everything to her and were very kind

Rude reception staff, when you go there, you go for help, she was so rude, i asked her for process and she was like we dont do it we dont it.bla bla

Terrible service no proper sitting arrangement. No waiting area even they throw people outside even though there is so hot outside. Need to learn more from the services of Toronto if they want ti make an improvement. Even they do not deserve one star.

I am very satisfied with the fast and accurate service at this location. The person named Jatinder was really helpful.

Robert at the front desk is easy to deal with. Professional and efficient. However, Riaz the customer service officer is NOT. I am a born Canadian citizen and was treated very poorly by this person. He spoke so fast and assuming I know what is he referring too. I had to snap and tell him to slow DOWN! Speak at a normal pace. I'll never visit this location again, for my benefits. I can't even imagine how they treat those who are new to Canada. This is such a disgrace.

I guess I need to walk on eggshells here since my review was deleted for NO REASON! This place is offensive in every way shape or form! Horrible service, awful nasty stench (I guess people in this city need a shower!) It looks more like an unemployment office than a government service office! And if you expect fast, efficient, reliable service then you've come to the wrong place. It's the government, the day they EVER do an honest days work PFFT! Just do it online, its faster, better and it don't stink like a sewer!

Extremely rude front desk lady she don’t know how to talk telling people to go to there city location of service Canada to get your work done newcomers who are applying for SIN needs to fill a form but there is no notice anywhere so they have to loose there spot in the line to fill that form and again go back in the line

Unnecessary wait. We came down to renew sin card. Waited in the line just to get the form and then lined up up again to get the ticket. Ridiculous! The forms should be out the to avoid long lines clogging up the hallways. If u are here to renew sin, get ur form already from the counter.

It would be great if i could give them zero. But it wasnt in option. Cooperating staff closes before 3: 55. Really really upset with service.

Worst service ever. First time I went they rejected my application and told me to provide different document. Ok. Next time I went, they said NO that’s wrong information. Now I have to provide some other document. They wasted so much of my time and every time it’s different reasons. Worst staff ever. I felt they lack knowledge of what they are doing. Providing different information every time. Ridiculous! I would prefer to go different location.

Always packed, slow service, and staff wasn't very helpful during my visit.
