We have had to access services twice in the last couple months for a parent who has since passed on. The service at this office has been outstanding and should be example for all government offices. They were friendly and empathetic; kind and efficient. Staff have helped us to understand otherwise complicated processes so that we were able to complete important documentation! Thank you, especially to the lovely lady who sits in the middle desk!

Went in there on a Wednesday just after their lunch at 12: 30. I was 1 of 2 people there and got called right away. Terri helped me get 3 passports done. She was kind, patient and helpful. Definitely my best Service Canada experience!

I think the number for this office is 155 and I have had the pleasure of dealing with 3 of the ladies in this office and am very grateful and happy that I dealt with each one of them. They have been the most pleasant and helpful that I have seen in a while. Thank you ladies.
