From the time I came in around 1pm, I got greeted at the booth by a representative asking all the right questions in getting passports for my children. I had all documents with me. Waited for 1hr 20min and was taken care of by Nizar. He is extremely polite, professional, has a great positive attitude and made the process super easy. The office itself takes longer to process passports than the 10 day turn around that the location in St. Catherines offers, but this was close to home and convenient. Thank you Nizar!

Amazing service at this Service Canada location today from Nizar great to see all the changes nice to see that people are allowed to go in the location instead of having to wait outside in the cold also from the minute I walked in I was welcomed by a very friendly customer service employee did not get her name but she was very welcoming, in the past people had to wait outside with 2 security guard’s which made it feel very intimidating. THANK YOU NIZAR AND STAFF FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE TODAY.

Went this morning for my sons passport and forgot a few things that were needed. The gentle man who helped me was an absolute Angel. (I think his name was Navim, he had glasses and was working the counter on the right side when I was there.) He was so patient and accommodating and told me exactly what I needed. I ran home and got the required documents and went right back and he was able to finish my application for me. I really appreciate all his help today, his kindness and his patience.

Good staff and very polite. They listen to your issues very patiently and provide a solution. The number of counters are 3-4 so if you want your work done fast, be there in the morning

I went three times at this location of service canada and I meet with NIZAR every time. So, I did not take service like that before in my life he is so friendly and polite and I have noticed he is always happy does not matter how long is line and how many people. Finally, he deserves the promotion absolutely.

Very courteous and caring staff, I took my elderly father to this office for some information, everybody was extra caring and respectful from security personals to the office staff especially the gentle man who helped us for our enquiries made it so quick for us that we were out of the office in less than 5 minutes.

I was dreading applying for passports for my children and I, but this location was very organized and ran smoothly. The whole process was painless, and dare I say even enjoyable, thanks to Nizar! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Give that guy a raise!

Showed up at 9: 00am and waited for 2 hours. The line did not move a single person. I had to leave for another obligation. I came back at 1: 00pm. I waited 2 hours in the cold and rain. Only to be told at 3: 30 that I would not be seen because they are closing. Complete waste of time and an embarrassment. I would expect better from a Canadian government office.

Last time I did not have a very good experience in terms of waiting times outside. However, once you are inside the building, the customer service is excellent.
Especially, the new guy named Nizar is wonderful. Really energetic and courteous! Need to bring some more fresh blood in govt offices.

I did have good experience, the officers are helpful and got my SIN. Only thing, need to wait outside in line in all weather conditions.

Its my second time waiting in line. Huge line up everyday. Its better go to other service canada location. You have to wait 4 to 5 hrs in line.
