In addition to the extended waiting time, the overall experience of updating my SIN at Service Canada was marred by the considerable inconvenience of a three-hour wait. Efficient service delivery is crucial, and I recommend addressing staffing issues to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Worst services Canada not services Canada. 2 hrs and still waiting. Why are our government services so slow? Inefficiency, lack of staff or just incompetent. I'm on ODSP for a damaged back and not too mobile and for a government institute taking this long is just unacceptable. Buck up services Canada.

My husband and I took our forms to renew our passports (weekday/early afternoon). We received outstanding service, and the process took less than 40 minutes from start to finish. The staff were knowledgeable, professional, and extremely kind and considerate. Thank you Service Canada and staff.

Everyone here was super helpful! Everyone double-checked to make sure they were giving me the right information which I really appreciated. Special shoutout to the gentleman at the front desk who was talking to me about playing FIFA on a game boy and Lee who gave me the best service I’ve ever had from a government employee and also agreed that FIFA on the game boy sounds aweful!

The representative sitting in the front is really rude and don’t know that if someone is new to canada might need some help from his/her friend and she didn’t even let me help him. Also the tone was a getto and karen tone which was annoying to next level. She was the rudest person I’ve ever seen in canada for all 6 years I’ve been here

Had an amazing experience today! Made an appointment at 11: 30 am, showed up at 11: 23 am, a couple at the door checked the paperwork and at 11: 40 a nice lady came out to greet us and showed where to go. She actually came out from behind the office (desk) into waiting room and call us by name and greeted us. She worked in office number 2 on Wednesday, July 5th, forgot her name. Very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend getting her to train other colleagues in the province, especially in Hamilton. Amazing! Good job! Thank you!

The best experience I ever had in getting a passport renewal. The agent that interviewed me was friendly, knowledgeable and most of all the whole process took no more than 30 minutes. I also requested my old passport be returned and it was, under registered cover when it did.

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon, the place wasn't busy at all. Also, Adel was pretty wonderful.taking his time helping us with certain paperwork.thank you!

I had worst experience with Security Guard, he was so rude and he didn’t let me in even he didn’t listen me properly.

Pretty confused about the negative reviews as when i came in it wasnt busy at all! Didnt even take 30 minutes to apply for a passport- their service is way faster than if you were to go to a centre in the gta, and the workers are all so friendly:) would recommend this place!

We had very bad experience with this branch. Reception lady was so rude, she almost denied to get sin for my cousin. She was racist. Not acceptable from government office.

So happy with the service the security guard is so friendly and helpful. I went to get my daughter passport made very happy with the service and there was no line up or wait. Such great service. The turn around time for the passport is only 5 weeks which is not bad at all and will have it before Xmas break.

Had a really good experience when I went today at 9am. Only a few people before me. Security guards were polite. The initial process was fast and the employee was really nice. When I went to the booth, Gabriela was really helpful in the process I needed to get done. It was faster than I was expecting and pretty easy once you have all the requirements. Area was clean and they sanitized the seats. Masks are required which I appreciated as a pregnant lady. I was done before 10am.
