I made an online appointment to renew my passport. I got there at 0830 and I was done and out the door at 0850. An appointment is the most efficient way to get things done.

Without a doubt the most professional, courteous and prompt location I have been to. Such polite people. Make an appointment online. Passport renewal in and out within 20 minutes. The staff are excellent and so friendly, was dealing with Tracy who was fantastic.

Terrible experience.

The staff are extremely unhelpful and wait times are brutal. Came here to apply for a new passport. Location is very understaffed. There’s only like 3 agents total here, and only 2 know how to process passport applications.
They should seriously look into hiring and training more employees as it pretty ridiculous.

I recommend you go to the office in Mississauga if your applying for your passport. Despite having like 10x more people in line, the wait time was actually shorter then this location, which is really saying something.

This location is really good. From security guards to the employees everyone has a happy energy. Went there early morning to update my SIN, was done in 15 minutes.

Best Service Canada location I have ever seen! I was surprised with the way the employees communicate with everyone. They are so friendly and helpful. I didn’t took an appointment for taking my sin number, still it took only an hour and half for my entire process to get through. I would highly recommend this service Canada location to everyone!

-it is located in the building beside it (not across)
-The cleanest & most organized Service Canada Office you'll ever visit (staff still sanitize frequently & seats are spaced out & offered for use to sit in line) *No Standing
-lots of free parking and other business

I went here for my passport renewal & this is the timeline for Wednesday.
12.09pm = arrived
12.15pm = the check-in worker went over my paperwork (to ensure I wouldnt waste time waiting inline with incomplete paperwork)
1.30pm = My name is called to a specific Booth #
1.45pm = I am done

Note the location has moved to the building next door. Was there this morning, the lineup was quite short - we arrived 15 minutes before opening and about 10 people waiting. We were in and out in an hour. Was very organized, well done Service Canada.

I arrived around 8: 15,15 min before opening and about 5 people waiting. When opened, there was about 20 people waiting. I was able to finish and leave after 9: 00.

Inside the center it was well organized; all staff were kind and supportive.

I went there with my new born for his passport in extremely cold weather, I gave them each and every information 100% correct, I have proofs of that, but I got a passport with silly mistakes on it.

I went again to get it corrected, they guided me to go to Mississauga office with another passport sizes photo because passport is issued by them.

It was clearly their mistake, I suffered due to the person who worked on my passport may be he/she left his/her mind at home while typing/printing my son’s passport May be he/she was daydream during his/her work time.

This location is open from 8: 30-4pm. I showed up a bit before opening and got a first spot to get my passport taken care of. Was a very quick process and everybody inside the location were very helpful in showing me the way to go.

One of the best government offices I’ve seen in Canada. The officer is super friendly, patient, and helpful

With more security guards working than actual staff, no wonder wait times are 3 hours or more. In an effort to maintain a “clean” environment, they also have a hired cleaner wipe down every desk area between clients; however, rather than give each person a number, we played musical chairs instead. For each movement in the line, we moved into a new chair (that was not sanitized by the way).

The staff and security were pleasant, but the logistics of every detail makes zero sense.

Might be wise to let people know owhen they get in line how many actual staff are working in the office. When there are nine wickets and only four are open it’s very misleading on the outside that the lineup inside will be just as long.

Terrible experience. After waiting for two hours, I was rejected because of a signature. I was asked to bring my husband and come back in line. The woman at the No. 9 counte was very inhumane! If I can I surely will complain her! Terrible service! Everyone need to wait outside no matter it's sunny or snowing,

Very bad service. Security guard doesn't speas politely. We are waiting from morning and they said at 3 pm that you can leave but centre has to be closed at 4 pm. We are waiting in the rain and they are not caring about us.

Very bad service security guard speaks very rudely.
I am waiting since 10 am in the morning in the rainy weather. At 3 pm they said me to go home. But service canada closes at 4 pm
