Excellent Customer service from Service Master in Tillsonburg. Our basement flooded over night and they were able to come the same day to remove all flooring and trim and install fans for drying out. Kirk was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. Definitely Recommend!

This was my first time experiencing damage to my home that required insurance.

The insurance claim process.
Every member of the crew that came in to do the work were fantastic! The sub contractors were also fantastic! I didn’t have to do anything. The project Manager Kirk coordinated all the workers. This took off a tremendous amount of stress.
Hands down the best service I have received. They care about customer service. It’s important to them that the customer is pleased.
I strongly recommend them if you need restoration services. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We had a great experience dealing with Brian and the rest of the team at Servicemaster Tillsonburg. From cleanup to putting things back to the way they were before the flood, everything has went smoother than we could have hoped for. Thanks again!

This company is completely unprofessional, threw out ALL my items without my consent. I had messaged Sarah everything I wanted to keep back in January and I just had my child and they had items for my newborn in their shop I needed back and I followed up march no response. June I spoke to the manager Brain who then told me everything was thrown out and claimed I signed to have them do so I did NOT! Now it’s mid July and the owner Brad hasn’t reached out at all and no one’s responding to me at this point. I’ll update my review if anything changes but so far very unpleasant service from this company I do NOT recommend unfortunately my insurance company suggested them at the time of my claim but they are also aware not use them again!

Service Master did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the flooding, from removal of the damaged material, drying out the areas affected, replacing damaged goods, repairing textured ceiling, cleaning carpets, painting etc. Every crew member who attended was professional, courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.
