The best office so far! I had 4 things that I need and big thanks to Ramesh (idk if I spelled it right) for being so patient and quick. This office will definitely on top of my list if I need something!

They are really great. Don't know how they do what they do day in and day out. The patience of Job!

Unprofessional employees, they don’t do their job right, don’t put in the right information, and treat you with disrespect.

Booked my appointment online a week before, showed up and was seen at my appointment time. I was in and out in 15 min, the most efficient visit to a service Ontario location ever.

Ugh, how I dread going to this location. It is conveniently close to home but the service is slow and abysmal when I compare it to the City Hall location. The staff just don't seem to care.

The lines are long but definitely worth the wait and the staff is always ready and willing to assist customers!

PS: Your employee Natalie was soooo nice and devoted in assisting me, her customer service is definitely 5 ️️️️️!

I have never went to service Ontario and had a good experience, but today is different i worked with Elinam she’s the nicest most generous person i met so nice easy going helped me a lot this girl deserves the world she did extra work where she didn’t have too. Thank you so much Elinam

Since you inevitably have to wait about 2 hrs for your number, you get to see how the staff interact with a wide range of customers. There were two staff members that were polite and tried to help customers. The rest were purposely rude, vague and some were just plain incompetent (including one man that appeared to be in a senior role). There were a lot of clients where there was a clear language barrier. In most of these instances, the staff were particularly rude and appeared to be pretending not to understand (with the exception of one woman that switched languages to help out). I know the pay likely isn't great, but the level of disdain for the public was unacceptable for people in a public-facing role.

I booked an appointment online. They called my name at exactly my appointment time. Excellent service done with a smile. Highly recommend booking an appointment.

There are bound to be long waits and unhappy workers occasionally. I've been getting my paperwork done here for decades. These people prove it's possible to do a really good job running a government agency storefront, no matter how mundane the task.

Quick and efficient. The wait time for me was 10-15 minutes. The staff was friendly and did the work well.

To be fair, this place is always busy and may need 45 to 90 min wait for the task, but the staff are knowledgable, courteous, helpful and do their job amazingly well. I went there four times in last 3 months and got a great service. I wish walk in clinic staff are like them.

Today's Service Ontario experience was, in a word, Fantastic!
Normally I would be plucking a number from a dispenser (I'd draw #95 and they'd be serving #52, as my luck runs) but not today. Today I walked in and there were 3 Client representatives awaiting clients to assist. My business taken care of, my licensing needs fulfilled, I thanked the Service representative and was on about my day, unstressed and grateful for their expedient and professional service.

This is the WORST PROVINCIAL SERVICE EVER. The irresponsibility and laziness of the employees there are hard to believe. All they tell is lies to mask their laziness. For 10 days I have been trying to find out how their appointment system works, with no success. Employees there know nothing, and DO NOT WANT TO KNOW ANYTHING. They ARE THERE JUST TO RECEIVE A SALARY; no more nor less. This is a shame.

Unless you are in a last minute crunch book an appointment then arrive just before your time. They will not take you early but you will get next window open after your appointment time. Staff there know what they are doing and will get you done in a few minutes.

Waited for an hour and then the person who saw me told me I didn't have all the information rather rudely. I can understand that I don't have all the information but at least be Canadian about it. Also they did not inform me of ALL the information I needed to bring, only one part, so I could not complete my transfer when I attempted a second time since I again did not have all the information needed.

Terrible since ownership change. This had been my go to locations for decades. Like most people I only go into service ontario when absolutely necessary. Went in 25 minutes before the posted closing hour. Stood there for 10 minutes only to have someone come from around the counter to say "sorry we're overbooked, you'll have to come back Monday" which left me scrambling as I can't take additional time off work to accommodate their inability to staff it schedule their business hours accordingly.

Had to visit Service Ontario 7 times (yes seven.) to get our boat trailer registered. Previous owner never registered it so this was a complication. Every time we went they told us a little piece of what had to be done, next visit there was always something more required. Sooooo frustrating!

Want to make an appointment but you won’t take my call, gave me another number which told me to call another number which told me to go to the website. It is not easy to find where you can make an appointment.

Very crowded place but appointment was on time which we applause for that. However, the client service we received from Raghd was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes when we couldn’t hear the question well through the glass wall, show signs of impatience and throw the ID to us instead of putting it down on the table. We have never encountered this horrible level of service before at any level of government in Canada. This really bothered me with the services we received from the taxes we pay.

Horrible and rude customer service. Made an appointment, to sit and wait anyways for an hour. I don't normally write reviews but I wanted everyone that looks up this location to see my review and possibly go somewhere else.unless you want to waste your time with rude staff.

The staff was very efficient and the line moved surprisingly quickly. They worked through my unusual problem easily.

I reserved my spot and mg appointment was almost time. I am so glad, I pre booked.

Very efficent staff. I went in for my health card and the employee serving me noticed my ID expiration date was coming up in 3 months. Got that renewed as well. Saved me a trip. About 15 walkins before me and I was still out in 20 minutes. Great location and great service.

Believe it or not, during Covid restrictions (lines outside and long, physical distancing, very crowded), the line was friendly, honouring the rules, and moving quickly. Staff was organized, efficient, and polite. Total surprise and I am left very thankful and respectful that, in these trying times, staff (and customers) were so professional.

With an Appt during covid its no wait. Without Appt it could be a while Once inside they are super efficient. Got replacement plates in giffy

Wow it's not busy right now. Took 6 mins from when I got in line to when I was out the door with my renewed driver's licence.

Considering we are close to the end of this global situation, I was quite pleased with the speed of the service!

Make an appointment. There was a line up of 20+ people and due to my appointment I was bumped to the front and was in and out in less than 20minutes. Great service and everyone was incredibly helpful. But for real. Make an appointment.

This is the best Service Ontario in Ottawa by far and it's not close. The staff here are friendly and quick! I was in and out for a vehicle registration in 15 minutes.

I have lived in the outskirts of Ottawa for 7 years and have dealt vwith a number of Service Ontario offices in the outlying towns. Today was my first experience utilizing the Service Ontario on Walkley. The staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and personable. They go above and beyond to provide assistance. In future, I will take the extra time and drive into the city to utilize the services at this location.

Great visit. I'm used to long lines but in and out super fast during covid times. Added benefit of being able to book in advance (at any service ontario) is handy and recommended!
Parking is easy and convenient.

This place has the best service I have ever received at the DMV. I hatev going to the DMV cuz the lines are so long and people are generally so irritating there.but these people have completely changed my opinion of the DMV.top quality service.very nice and fast. I got everything done in under half an hour. 10 stars if possible.

I went here to register my car. I had to to wait outside, but lines run pretty fast. Staffs are nice, they sanitize pens after use.
