I’ll never forget this lady (I don’t know if she’s still there), with light brown or blonde hair.

A few years ago I renewed my Ontario card, and I was at the booth being helped when some gross man tried to bud. I was too dumb to stand up for myself. This woman told this guy to go back to the line! Bless her. If she’s still here now, she’s the best.

Horrible customer service and rude owner. I suggest everyone to go to a different location.

One of the staff members, who belongs to a specific community and race, smiles when serving people from their community but becomes very serious and rude towards others from different communities. The person who served me was one of them, and she was not able to speak English clearly.

'Service' Ontario and its staff are the most unpleasant experience to encounter. It is the behavior of their very own staff that has a tendency of getting themselves mistreated gently. I'd be happier talking to bots. To be honest, these places only exist because the Ontario website and procedures are outdated and do not allow full self-serve capabilities, and to reduce unemployment.

Do not go to this location. The employees are so rude & Customer service is worst. Long waiting lines, lack of employees. They are just doing their jobs for money. It's sad to see this rude staff working at Service Ontario. They would even make pregnant women or the women with newborns to wait in the long queue which is ridiculous!

I had to replace my License and Health Card because I lost my wallet. I was in and our in less than 10 minutes.

I went in and got my health card renewed yesterday and I gotta say, that was hands down THE best trip I’ve ever made to Service Ontario! I was in and out of there within 5 minutes, no muss, no fuss! Haha, the kind lady with the short blonde hair at the health card renewal desk (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name!) even had me laughing! Thank you again for helping me out and making this girl smile!:)

Wait time as expected took a long time. I waited in line for about 1 hour. I noticed a lot of people could have done what they needed to do through online but I get that not everyone is comfortable with doing things online.
The lady that served was very pleasant to talk to and was able to do what I needed to do it fairly quickly which I thanked her for the amazing job, quick and easy.

Heading there for a document support
There was a female while worker to help me out. She was never looked at me but just chatting with her co-worker during the duration time. I can feel no respect in that conversation, and the worker was mocking at my request and passed a paper of other location, And replying: “I am not working there, I don’t know! ” Which is not very nice when you are looking for help.

Rude rude rude. This is the closest location to my residence, so often times I go here for convenience. But today is last straw, I'd rather drive out to a different location for better service. Better yet, I'd advise anyone reading this to just make the effort to go to the Aurora location (they aren't franchise like this location and actually know what they are doing there).
They seem to always be on a power trip at this location. Very rude and abrasive. It also seems like they try to deter away or shoo customers before they even try to look into the problems.
They look for pity because of the long lines they served.well guess what at least you get paid. We the customers also have to bare those dreadful (and cold when its out the door) lines, just to be met with a rude tone and lack of customer service. Don't waste your time and energy here.it's soul sucking

The worst Service Ontario ever. My wife renewed her health card in this location. Yeah, the card got renewed physically, not the expiry date. Totally waste our time!

Efficient, friendly staff, gets things done, you dont see that at anyother location, amazing job

Came in to register my new car. I have all the documents printed twice and sorted. Everything in order. Was there two days earlier and was told I needed something. Great!

So now, the "manager" of facility starts going through my papers, stamping things and talking, bluh bluh, kinda obnoxiously, but then looks at me, and I kid you not, after staring at the safety report for 15 seconds, says:

"Sir. We have a problem. In the safety report for the vehicle, the VIN number has a mistake. The number "6" here looks like it could be a "G".

I'm not joking. This woman wouldn't register my vehicle because from her perspective, the six looked a bit like a "G". Clearly she was on a power trip looking to validate herself, but this is a new low for ministry workers.

I came here to renew my sons health card for them actually to not have renewed it but just update the address? I definitely will be filing a formal complaint about this

This place is ok you go in take a # and go wait outside and watch the board. Waited about 30 m when i went.

Very good and fast service. I came on Saturday and on front of me were like 50 people. But within 45 mins I was out! The team is working really fast and very pleasant! Will always come back to this location. Thanks!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Staff here are so obnoxious thinking that they do everything perfect and can’t even apologize or admit mistakes. I came in here for a simple health card renewal and was told I’m missing some documents which I can accept that as my fault.

BUT when this older lady with short Grey hair and glasses fails to give me back the documents I’ve handed them and screaming at me saying she never had it in the first place, crosses the line. I had to get her rude younger coworker to check her table and surprise surprise my document is there. Ended up spending 15 mins of back and forth with this older lady just asking her to check her table. There attitude basically from both of them was it’s not their problem but mine, when in the end she was just too stubborn to even use her eyes.

Appreciated help I was given at this location. My child had a severe allergy on her face and at the doctor's office we realised our health card was expired. Angela (at the dealer counter second from the right) within 5 minutes helped us with the issue despite it was not in her scope of work. Thank you so much!

I visited this Service Ontario location with expectation to wait in line for hours as there were a big crowd in the line. To my surprise, the line moved very fast and my worked was handled very quickly as well. The staff were very friendly and approachable and pleasant. I haven't seen this quality of service after the pandemic anywhere.

You feel the government's hand in your pocket, they price vehicles double of its real price, Ministry is responsible for raising people life costs. It is not acceptable

Best customer service experience throughout first of all greeting with a beautiful smile by Venice and then Best customer service provided by Ruven I highly recommend this place.

Got here at 9: 02am (right after they opened) on a Thursday morning and only spent 16 minutes waiting, getting a piece of ID renewed and taking a photo.

My far the most amazing Service Ontario experience I've had in my life. I was in and out in 3 minutes. Walked in. No line up. Told them I needed to renew my licence. Took my picture. Signed. Paid. In/Out in like 3 minutes!

I had to renew my OHIP card and this location was excellent in their efficiency and execution.

A gentlemen greeted me at the door to ask some COVID screening questions and I was directed to the next service agent who was available to help.

The agent was friendly and quick to process my renewal while politely answering my inquiries.

I was in and out in 5min.

I'll definitely be using this location from now one for my renewals.

Queue in the cold for over an hour, only to be told to go to a different location. The website said to go to service Ontario. Unhelpful staff that don’t want to help. I feel sorry for the older people who have to wait so long in the blistering cold.

This service ontario is horrible. I went in to surrender my license a few months ago to start my suspension. I paid for my fines and license reinstatement fee and gave the lady my card to surrender. She then gave me back the card which had a sticker saying for valid photo ID only and said I can keep it for photo ID. Since he didn't physically take my card away they are now saying I haven't started suspension yet. Because of this service Ontario I am now going to LOSE MY JOB

They have half of china working here and the other half of china working customer service no one has any idea what's happening and most of the time you get overcharged for these services because of the lack of English or French speaking staff

Do not go here. I tried to go today and they couldn’t even perform a basic health care card and the person working the desk was ignorant and kept messing up because she couldn’t communicate and kept misunderstanding/misrepresenting what I was saying. She seemed confused about how to do her own job? I wish I was exaggerating. I know places are short staffed but the desk folks here seem like they started yesterday and were very, very poorly trained. Update: went to Service Ontario Thornhill on Steeles and they had me in and out with a mint in 20 mins, confirming my suspicion these people have no clue what they are doing. DO NOT GO HERE. Thornhill is close by and they book appointments online.

Unfortunately customer service was so bad here, the young lady who introduced herself as the manager of this branch is so rude and impolite. She didn't describe the procedure thoroughly and gave me hard time.
I hope there will be better supervision on rude staff in places such as ServiceOntario.
Never come back to this rude place.

Terrible customer service, owner is very unfriendly and treats customers badly. Avoid this location at all costs. Would rather drive further and stand in line somewhere else.

Just rude clerks. I was yelled at when I asked a question. The clerks have no communication skills. Go there with your rudest attitude to match theirs if you must go to this location.

Andrea is the best kindest person I have ever met in a service Ontario office. She took the time to answer all my questions in detail, patiently explained everything and made sure everything I needed to do was done.

First time going to this location - Very efficient and exceptional service from the staff, specifically Andrea. She was very friendly, welcoming and patient throughout the entire process while maintaining a beautiful smile. Normally, I don't have high service expectations at ServiceOntario, but Andrea changed that. Highly recommend this location and Andrea's services would just be the icing on the cake!

Got there around 10am. Line of about 5 people. Waited less than 10mins. Very helpful people at the counter. Very organized. Got all my stuff done.
Had to leave and get another document and came back around noon. They let me bypass the line. Line was just a little longer than in the morning. Great service Ontario location.

Very rood and poor service. I had a feeling that the lady was making a big favor to me by speaking with me.

Good customer service, and wait is not long at all. I went there at 8: 45am, there are about 9 people ahead of me. Thought I may need to wait for awhile but I was done at 9: 12am. After I renewed my license plate sticker, I then noticed my license plate is quite damaged and I didn't want to stick my new license plate sticker to a damaged license plate. I looked back to Service Ontario and there are only 2 people lining up. So I lined up again, and I left there around 9: 30am and that's including unscrewing the license plates off my car.
Efficient customer service.

Friendly customer service. Efficient as they use a ticketing system and post an estimated wait time so you can go somewhere else and come back in the time quoted. If only more ServiceOntarios have this system.

I appreciate how organized they’re, in regards to moving the line along during covid. There was a big lineup but it moved fast. Service was quick too but the clerks need to drop the attitude. You’re in a service industry, service matters. Other than that I like this location for the quick service.

There was quite a line already when I got there since they only allow 6 people at a time. But it was efficient and moved quite fast. I was in and out in under 25 minutes.
They also don't require an appointment, unlike the Bloomington location, so that's a big plus.
Thursday timings 9 am-7 pm.

I did everything I came for, but why does the staff need to be so rude? The way they speak to elderly is so passive and condescending. Not very Canadian of them.

Staff was rude and not helpful in providing information to process what I needed to do. Didn't even look at the documents I brought in, went on about my Canada pension which was not even relevant to why I was there. I asked what type of documentation is required, she just threw her hands up and said nothing she can do. Very rude and unprofessional!

Expected long line up and large crowds of people due to the COVID backlog, but there were no line ups. Walked straight to the counter, and got both Health Card and Driver's License done within ten minutes.

I always go to this Location for any service Ontario needs. Their service is excellent, their staff are friendly and professional and more specifically Marjan, has always been helpful and attentive.

Amazing service! Left the hwy and keele Service Ontario after waiting 20 minutes with no movement in a line of 20 ppl. Came here and found a ticketing system and a line that was moving. I was in within 15 minutes. Can someone get these people a service award!?

My Father was helped by Marjan and she went above and beyond his expectations to help him. She was very helpful and courteous. Perhaps it’s employees like Marjan that make service Ontario an outstanding place to serve the community.

The service were very great the staff dealt with me very professionally I think that were the best service I got in a long time, for young people i put out my hat to their professional conduct it was all respect keep up the work

I went at 9 am on a Wednesday, there were only 2 people in front of me in the line. I finished everything in 30-45 minutes, quick & organized.

Worst supervisor, can’t answer questions, just yelled and tell me to read the paper. Then Tells me she has no time to answer questions, she’s the owner and that’s how she trained her staff.

Covid protocols are strictly followed. They provide fast and efficient service. Thumbs up to all the stuff in this location!

Victoria is just awesome! I came to register my BC car but didn’t know what kind of documents should I take with me because the naming of different provinces is not same, so I brought everything just in case.

She worked it out very efficiently and professionally from the stack of documents which is very impressive!

Just love the staff here since last time when I got my Ontario health card, there was a lady was very nice and professional too!

The staff I saw in this center was really rude and unhelpful. I had not seen such a person in Canada before.

My experience at this Service Ont.was very distressing and somewhat disturbing. When i approached the service person behind the counter she was sound a sleep. She woke up a few minutes later, after I advised her co-worker of her state.
She subsequently refused to issue my health card even though I have been a health card holder for over 50 years and currently hold a green health card with my picture on it expiring in 2020. The excuse was that the first name on my drivers license and health card did not match. Had she taken the trouble to check her data base, which she was not willing to do she would have found that I go by both first names and had a previous health card issued in the name appearing on my drivers license. Both pieces of id.had the same last name and date of birth.
Suggestion think twice about attending this Service Ont.for Service!

A little disorganized. Need to display the number machine on the left of the door. People not aware a number is needed.

Very efficient. They started on turn and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Just make sure you have all the necessary documents.

Went to this location today for my son's health card, my experience is mixed! The door keeper (guess she is the receptionist) is extremely rude! However, the staff inside is nice.

Great service. Staff worked hard at keeping everyone safe by manually managing the lineup outside preventing people from crowding around the door. Counter agents were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and helpful.

Hands down the best service Ontario I've ever gone to. Receipionsts are actually super nice and support you fully and patiently (unlike other locations where 7/10 employees already grumpy before they got to you). AND Owner makes you feel safe with correct COVID procedures

Simply passing by and saw this rude staff causing a scene, could've reminded people kindly to follow safety protocols instead of yelling

This service was amazing. The staff are organized, polite and so fast. Didn't have to wait in line if you don't want to. Can listen out for your number from your car.

I was here two weeks ago and here is why I give this location a 2 star:
The service was fast BUT the lady serving us was impolite, impatient and was talking on the phone the whole time.

Last time I visited this office a couple of years ago the staff and service was great. I went there a couple of days ago and the woman who claims to be the be the owner of this location was at the door yelling and screaming at some people who I think had language barrier. (Apparently not all are owned by the government of Ontario and some are privately owned) She also gave me some incorrect information as the exact opposite was true when I went to another location.

Terrible attitude, zero customer service. I went to the Bloomington location and no drama or head ache. Save yourself some un-necessarily headache and drive a couple of intersection up, it is not worth it there.

I was worried how the waiting system was set up because of covid but it was actually very easy. You grab a number (from that red equipment they leave outside) and the number that they're at is displayed on their window outside. I waited 15 minutes and came back to find my turn had passed! Waiting is recommended in your car so folks don't block the storefront. They allow upto 3-4 people wait outside. I find the staff so quick and efficient! These guys don't get enough credit. For reference, I went close to opening time on the weekday. Renewed my license, took a new photo and left in another 6-7 minutes. It took under half an hour to get what I needed done:)

The que was moving well. It was a fast service. I visited a a week ago in mid Nov 2020 for Change of adress on my car ownership.

People work in the office are great, however, the waiting line and location of the numbering tag dispenser are so confusing. Many customers wait in line for a long time without obtain their number tags are upset and mad.

The line was very long, however it was very well organized and controlled. They were efficient polite, and got it done without any problems.

I went here today around 2pm. The service was quick and the staff are friendly and accomodating. I renewed my health card, plate sticker and update my address on my vehicle registration. All done in less than 6minutes. Thank you and Happy Holidays.

I went in today to renew my drivers license and health card after going to a couple of other location s in Woodbridge and Brampton which were crowded like hell. There was no queue here at all and I found the reason why when I was serviced. The lady at the counter was lightning fast and completed everything in less than 3-4 minutes. Well awesome service never experienced at any other center. Such lightning service is the reason why there was no queue. Something the other centres should emulate.

Amazingly fast! The workers are very good and nice and I did a lot of things in less than 40 minutes. Best service ontario I’ve been to. Fast and great.
