Absolutely terrible experience. Would not recommend this location to anyone - some of the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. They seem like they’ve forgotten they’re supposed to serve the public and instead are on a disgusting power trip. This one Persian lady with light skin and glasses is the absolute worst - wouldn’t help me with what I needed and told me to see another clerk. When the other clerk was helping me, the Persian lady came by and ushered her to stop. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. She was extremely rude and condescending, looked like she was just miserable in life. Can’t say i’m surprised after having the displeasure of speaking to her. Never going back, went twice on Friday and they’re grasping at straws trying to make my experience more difficult. 0/5 - never going back for anything and I suggest you all steer clear as well.

Saturday morning- showed as Open on maps. I drove 28 minutes and of course it was CLOSED. Get your times straight for your customers! (Granted it’s a holiday today- reconciliation day, but when I phoned my local service Ontario branch yesterday they said they will be closed Monday to make up for the holiday. Service Ontario, I know you’re a govt office but can you at least be consistent? Also, if you know there’s a gov’t holiday coming up can someone please tell your web people so offices don’t show up as Open when they’re closed?

What s shame waiting for an hour and a half with security keep saying waiting on the other side, very unorganized and we will urge people to stay away from this location if it's possible I would like to give zero star

The stars given are for the second agent who was fast, helpful and polite. The first agent misunderstood what I was trying to do (renewing a health card only because a new photo is required, and showed her the driver's license was already renewed online), and she asked me for documents for renewing the driver's license. Basically wasted my time and was on her cell phone chatting with a friend the whole time and was mad it took my dad a long time to retrieve some extra documents from the car. She was also extremely difficult to understand and when I asked her to please repeat herself she became more rude and obnoxious. By the time we are back in the line, as I suspected, we didn't even NEED the other set of documents she made us go and get because we're not renewing the driver's license! We already had everything we needed right from the start and the second agent finished everything in 5 minutes! If I come here again and I see her behind the desk I'll gladly pass her to the next person in line. I'll wait an extra few minutes for a more competent agent, thank you.

Such a bad experience, very poor service 26 people Way waiting outside in a cold weather. The guy who works there keeps mentioning there’s no guarantee can’t get in. No tickets issued on 12 noon time, they just issued tickets only until at 11am. Very slow service and very small space to get in. They should have an hour extension if they are only the office open on Saturday. Hey this is a government service, if they have a limited time to do services, they should put in on their website.
Horrible experience!

Visited here today and the ticket system was very effective. The security guard was very vigilant and kept the bulk of the crowd queuing outside. I only had to wait 15 minutes before I was served. The lady who helped me was very thorough and whilst they weren't able to help me at that location, the information that they provided lead to success.
A much better experience here than I was expecting.

You are supposed to wait in queue for 1.5 hours and still officers work slowly that you still won’t be able to renew your health card

They will force you to stand outside in -20° weather because they are too incompetent to provide timely service.

Security guard there is useless and incompetent. We were instructed to take a number and to SPECIFICALLY told to stand at the corner of the building. Space is limited and cramped where pedestrian walkway is very close to parking spots. We were standing there close to a handicap spot when a crazy old white couple rushes up to the parking spot, and narrowly hit us. They confronted us belligerently shouting insults and profanity, and was trying to intimidate us by wanting to fight. We tried to tell them that we were waiting like everybody else. Security saw the whole thing but did nothing. This is a racially motivated attack and hate crime, and am disappointed to see that it's happened at a government public service agency with such inadequate security in place.

I still here line up for my license renewal. I am here line for for almost an hour then a security come out from the office and call out for waiting number. Then I realize I have to get a number to line up. No one outside to tell us to get a number. Very bad idea. Lazy stuff.

The staffs are very helpful. They guide us on how to fill up the form. They are accomodating as well

I had a great customer service agent Devi who was beyond incredible. She helped me with everything I needed to take care of with a health card renewal, and license renewal and she had an amazing personality and great customer service skills. You truly cannot find this type of service nowadays, and she is the heart and soul of that Service Ontario, and I recommend everybody go to Devi because she will put an instant smile on your face. Service Ontario this beautiful soul deserves a raise.

This location always has lot of people. I came here months ago they took picture that couldn't produce it for my renewal. I made a visit again I came before the closing, they told us to line up When it was closing time, they locked up and left all the people outside but a lot of us came before the closing. The lady agents nor the security guard didn't explain to us. The lady was rude and pushed a customer. It was quite a scary scene. Both parties wanted to call police. I didn't know what happened afterwards.

Always expect to wait outside. Can get very busy no matter the weather, due to the small location.

Went today small location but very well organized and pleasant staff. Of course u have to wait but they have a take a number with a display of current number served. They have someone at the entry that can answer questions re what u need to renew etc lots of small food service places in this plaza if u want to grab anything while u wait

I would say it was not a big queue after 4.30pm. The staffs were friendly and helped me to get my health done. Thank you!

They open at 9 am. I was there 8: 55 and there was already a long line up (more than 30 people in front of me!). Service was great! People there are friendly. The lady who helped me, Laju, was patient and helpful.

Probably one of the faster locations in GTA! The ticketing system was great. People waited outside and only about five or six people inside in order for safe physical distance due to Covid. The person who worked outside did great by keeping the queue in place. Customer service was helpful, efficient and friendly! Definitely recommend this location!

Sooo much better NOW. Thanks to the front line guy, very organized. Staffs are super awesome and so much helpful.

The experience was fast, staff are pretty nice and quick with their work, I recommended to go on a cold day so there's not a lot of people

Location is very busy! 3 days in a row arrived between 3: 30 ad 4 and was declined service, on the grounds they were not admitting any more people those days. Day 4 arrived at 9: 05 am and waited in line for about 1.5 hours to get service. Once inside service was adequate. Arrive early with time to wait as it is a busy location.

Unprofessional and horrible service representive person in this office. When we went in to apply for health card; the first thing she said was we were not eligible to apply because we are not PR or citizen. I told her that I checked Service Ontario website online that we were eligible to apply for health card according to the eiligibility; she stopped me from speaking and told me not to argure with her since she don't know what info on the website. I continued asking her that isn't she wokring for Service Ontario? How come she has no idea what Service Ontario allows people to apply? Then she claimed that she doesn't work for Service Ontario and this is just an small office location that under a contract with Service Ontario. How rude, ridiculous and unprofessional manner this woman is! This is the worst service experience I ever had; not doing the job properly and using such worst excuses to get away. If you are not a PR nor citizen, I suggest you do not go to this office since you have a high chace getting discriminated and offended by this office.

Friday lunch experience
Arrived 11: 30 - they were serving #61. The number I picked up was 8. So ~46 people in front.
Waited 100 minutes to get into the office and then it was pretty quick from there.

Number system is great so you can run some errands in between getting the ticket and such.

I was there at 1pm on Saturday and they still allowed me in even though it was their closing hour!

Take a number. Wait was over an hour and another (admittedly shorter) wait inside.
The staff was pleasant and service was good once you got to it.

Quick service. Number system was good. They zoomed through people by handing out numbers and working quickly. Employees didn't make a fuss for minor mistakes or easily correctable missing info. Overall one of my better experiences with service Canada in the pandemic.

Take token, you can wait in car, lady at desk was quick and polite. Much better service than other places of service ontario.

The take a number system is a lot more efficient than having to stand in line. The strip mall has planty of room to wait, away from the sun and rain. Sit and wait in the car is another option. The only problem is out of the 7 available windows, there were only two staffs. Both windows were occupide by clients having multiple plates to deal with. It took forever for them to finish their business. One staff returned from her break. The line moved a little faster. Overall, this location is much better than other Service Ontario office.

Well-organized as far as the lines go. Note that you have to wait outside in the heat during the summer, and it’s a decently long line in the afternoon (15-30 min wait). However, their ticketed system is outside and there is someone dedicated at the door to call out the number and manage foot traffic to ensure social distancing (that’s how they earned my two stars!) Inside the building was a different story… while the agent at the counter was nice, she kept pulling her mask down every time she spoke and licking her fingers to get a new sheet of paper/form to print out my documents.

Very nice customer service, taking numbers are the way to go, it’s fast and efficient also well organized.

Service is ok. Came at 9 and took about 45 min. Recommend to come at 10 or 11am. The ladies inside are awesome. I got a good plate. Good place.

I had to get my sticker renewed and had to take a number and line up at the side of the building on a Monday morning at 9 am. The sun was blazing down but the line moved fairly quickly. I would try to get their as soon as it opens.

The lady helped me today did an amazing job. My original car ownership was not readable due to printing issue. She reached out to the manager and called the other location to confirm if they can reprint the ownership without any charges. She also reminded me to renew my vehicle licence. Thank you for taking the time to help me and being considerated.

Small office, so there can be lines. Currently, you take a number and wait outside to be called. The lady I worked with was nice and quick.

Well organized "take a number" system during this pandemic. One person at the door calling out numbers when it's your turn to go in. The service representative that I had.well typical of Service Ontario attitude. I would have given 5 stars have it not been the service that I received.

Go early, line up and once they open the office they will give you a ticket then you can go wait in the car. There were like ~35ppl in front of me and it took me ~30mins to be called.

Considering the COVID restrictions, the service was quick and efficient. Customer service wasn't the friendliest though. While the person helping me wasn't ride, they were abrupt. I was overhearing another conversation beside me and that individual was treated the same way as well.

I was in line for maybe 15mins and done within another 10mins or so. Very quick and efficient.
There is a security guard to make sure everyone gets a number, ask people the basic screening questions and let you know when you can go in. An older gentleman with a cane showed up, and the security let him in first, which I think was a good gesture.

The ticketing they implemented makes things very organized and the staff are efficient. Makes for a quick and easy trip!

It took us 1.5 hour to get our problem solved, not too bad I think. The lady who helped was nice.

Best Service Ontario out there. Fast moving and short line, friendly service, quick and easy. No issues.

I visited twice with the same lady, (operator 6), not a pleasant visited, very bad customer service, I would give it 0 star if I could. Never came here again.

The best Service Ontario so far, everywhere I went, it seems like that I am going to beg them for something but this place is the other way around, you can feel they want your business, make you feel at ease, specially the first lady at the counter, I heard they call her Medi. Keep up the good work ladies! Other Service Ontario places need to learn from these people! God bless them all healthy and safe!

The ladies at this Service Ontario are awesome and amazing as Front Line Workers during this Covid19 Pandemic! Always ready to help Longmans Markham Kia with their licence for Kia customers! Tammy, Rose and all the ladies are wonderful! Great Job to all involved at Service Ontario Markham.

I went today morning around 9: 30 am and almost 50 people were in qui but the staffs were so fast and within an hour and half get in and done the staffs were very helpful really appreciate them thanks and all the best.

This great location with great employees but it’s not fair for them because they work in extreme busy during Saturday where the other locations are closed for no reason so please do something about it

You serious we paying taxes to these people? They don't even know what they are doing over there. Just get them retired pls. For God's sake.
