It's 10 and workers are just now coming in. Meanwhile there's a massive line up. Opening is posted at 9 am. Disappointing.

Worst Service Ontario ever. Only 1 person working while other are coming and going. If you ask for help, they are rude.

Got here at 8: 30 waited in line. At 9am (when they are supposed open) a man came out and said they’re not gonna open at nine. It’s gonna take them 10 minutes to get ready. Finally at 9: 15 when he came out, he indicated that they are short-staffed, only one person is working, and it was going to be a long wait. Please wait or go to other locations. I still don’t understand how government can operate this way, a clear indication of lack of respect for the people. What’s even worse, there is no one to report this to, totally unbelievable.

It is Thursday April 20.2023. It is 10 am and Service Ontario is still not open. Very unprofessional. Please have workers come earlier so they are prepared to open at opening time. This is just not right. There's a huge line up because of this unprofessionalism.

Waited 30 minutes in line only for the 1 person working mentioning he was now going on his lunch break so no one would be there to service.

Service Ontario. Please rebrand to LACK of Service Ontario. It woukd be more fitting.

Horrible service. They make you wait in a line outside the door even if you are waiting for hours and you cannot sit. There is one person working which is ridiculous to me because Service Ontario is always busy. You would think they’d do a better job. The guy who’s currently working is so rude and doesn’t care. He is on his phone while waiting for appointments when he can easily talk walk ins. Never waste your time here, go to the other locations.

I swear its the worst service ontario in the world, i recommend you to go to any other branches this is horrible

Online it says they are open. Upon getting there, there is a sign that says sorry by appointment only.

Totally the worst service ontario I have ever seen, if I could fire people who is in charge of this location I would, today there was only one person working serving everybody, he should get a raise or something, but when he is taking lunch you have twenty people waiting outside for another hour for that one clerk finish his lunch that’s bizarre, either close this location down or let people know that it can’t serve people. Under normal circumstances the line up would be over under 30 minutes, people are waiting for 4 hours for simplistic tasks like photo shot, etc, If I could put zero I would

I have not been in a few years
I learned that they are appointment only but I was unsuccessful booking an appointment. I decided to go to the one near hurontario and dundas instead that does do walk ins. It was a long wait but I did finally get helped. I would recommend to call to see if your desired location does do walks in or actually lets you book an appointment, if you are in my position. Go soon after opening to avoid the long lines as well. I would agree with everyone else. Do not waste your time here!

The staff there deserve minus stars, all of them are cold.mean and very rude. What is happening to them that they are being so nasty? They look so annoyed when they see customers coming in, maybe they will be happy when no customers so that they can get their salaries without working! Lazy, mean, cold.rude——nasty people!

I want to provide zero stars
1- very rude team
2- kept people lining up in front of office for hour
3- seems to be the office manager came out shouting at people, in addition, to another employee on counter 1 did the same
4- closed their doors since 12pm while they are sitting inside
5- when they figured out a looooong queue was built up, they been forced to start working
6- doesn’t want to work and always provides excuses to delay the process

I went today at 11: 30 am the doors were close but the employees were inside. They have notes “ by appointment only “. How can you take appointments if you have the doors closed? Also the site to make appointments is not working, I went to the other location at Westdale Mall, the line was very long, in addition to over approx 60 persons waiting?

It says open and you go there it’s closed. Seriously, no one to update information? I don’t think people enjoy wasting time. Not professional at all.

No significant reason its just as bad as every other service Ontario, but this one doesn't allow walk-ins or doesn't allow you to book online for an appointment. Why does this location exist?

Supposedly closed to public and only takes 4 appointments a day. But doesn’t say that online or anywhere. Avoid this location at all costs.

First of all says they are open. Says right on their office. It's not it's closed and black lights off. Secondly, it's appointment only. Pathetic

They are closed permanently to walk ins. They don’t even open at 9am for appointments, and it’s impossible to even book an appointment. The “receptionist” told everyone lined up it’s just him and his boss that works there now. Unbelievable. Would give zero stars, I had to book off work for this.

Dont bother going to Service Ontario at Sheridan Mall.

Worse experience ever.staff is so rude.they just wanna sit there and do nothing.especially the tall Chinese guy don't know how to talk. If u have your problems stay home DO NOT COME.

Dont come to this location expecting service. The location is closed to all walk in services and is only taking appointments. There are only 2 staff members working due to shortages. Go to another location for walk in services.

Waste of time. Office was closed when visited at 11am. Note on the door by appointment only. This is very unfortunate that this perfect location near major highways has been misleading many residents of Mississauga. Their website still says reopens at 9am.

I was here on August 26 at about 12: 30 and there was a long lineup. I waited about 15 minutes, and the line was hardly moving. The lights were all off in ServiceOntario, but the place was open, and there was no power outage in the Centre itself. It's virtually impossible to make an online appointment to come here.

Long and slowly moving queue.
Single active window to serve all non-senior clients.
Serving time is noticeably long and seems to be due lack of experience of the employee.

Was not crowded today when I went to renew my health card. Staff is helpful and service is good.

Really frustrating experience! Waited 2.5 hours in line because they were understaffed and they turned me away saying I can take the same documents to some other service Ontario to get my health card renewed with no other explanation. Don’t waste your time going here

Worst Service Ontario ever, only a few employees working and they are so so so slow, every time I went there I had to stay in line for more than one hour sometimes to two hours. I don't recommend this location at all.

This place was a disaster it was a long long line up after somebody that's handicapped I try and stand in this line is ridiculous

Like all Service Ontario locations we had a long wait, over an hour but once in service was good and we got out quickly.

The service was awesome!
Was in line for half an hour - arrived just a little after 11am.
Would go again if I need to, but I would suggest going on-line first before having to go to the DMV.

Very long line but once I was in the clerk was very friendly quick and efficient. Line 40 min service 5min.

Very limited staff and very long line during the on-going pandemic. I would not be here to renew my kids health card if the Ontario government was on top of handling with the docs claims of expired Ohip card.

Horrible location only one person is working, and thousands of people are waiting outside. Avoid this location.

Have had good experiences in the past but this was crazy. Photo shows most of the lineup and the office is around the corner. After 10 minutes we had moved one position. I think we would have been for here for over two hours if we had decided to wait. To be fair the other location we went to in Oakville was even worse, but with all the COVID-19 closed places now open it should not be this bad.

Absolute Disgrace, waited for almost 50 mins and line up still moving really slow (another 15 ppl in front of me). More staff required or hours need to be extended. Not sure why the online renewal for licenses was declined, but with COVID n all, there should be a better process for all online renewals.

This rating question just came up, I'm in line. Have been waiting 30 minutes so far.probably still at least 12 people in front of us. Transactions seem to take a long time. Not sure how many service people working.

The line up was ridiculous, 2 1/2 hours wait for a license sticker unbelievable. I will go to Oakville next time, they seem to understand that OUR time is important too.

I just saw a car with a sticker expried Dec 2020 driving around costco from Mississauga and people using the reason places are closed you can go to QEW and KERR ST AND GET YOUR STICKER
l have gotten my sticker in windsor on my way back from hauling to usa
Cops should start laying charges but like people coming from or into lock downs areas to shop when they are tolded to stay home like the mayours from barrie Orillia bracebridge huntsville north bay parry sound sudbury

Fairly efficient, however due to many locations closed from COVID-19 restrictions there was about an hour wait.

Humble request by Mall employee. Please put a board outside of Mall for your exact location or give me hourly pay for letting everyone know about your location. Pity on us please.

I had a 2 hour wait just to get information package to sell my car. There was only 2 staff working. I understand social distancing but they could've had 4-6 staff working and still practice social distancing.

A smaller Service Ontario location taking up a unit in the mall. There are numerous counters but despite that the service can be slow. If you can get a dealer to do work for you (license plate and change of ownership) they seem to have lower wait times.

The information was accurate. We went there with our kids to apply for our health cards. It tools us almost 4 hours for our turn to come. There were such long questions but unfortunately very few officers to serve which was making the wait all the more longer. Please do something about people with kids and babies.
