My wife and I had to update our vehicle and my health card and license. In recent years I have dreaded dealing with most any bank or Government anything, I find the service is lacking, the peoples attitude sucks. Today entering into the Exeter Service Ontario the young Lady was so warm and friendly. Her greeting was upbeat with a wonderful smile. She was a pleasure to deal with and I strongly recommend Exeter’s Service Ontario.

Terrible service. Tried to get dead brothers health card canceled. She tried to tell me they would cancel at the hospital. She gave me no information as to what I could do. I went to Goderich office, 5 min. It was done. Nope, never will I go to Exeter office again. Not sure what this lady is getting paid to do.

I had a great experience on September 26. The gentleman who assisted me was Younus and he was very attentive, helpful and quick to assist all customers that came in while I was there. I enjoyed my interaction with him which in turn gave me a good experience at Service Canada in Exeter.

Office hours are posted on door and online as Mon-Fri 9-5, got there today at 9: 58am, door was locked, office dark. Need to replace a lost trailer plate. Complete waste of time. Terrible office now.

The lady who was working was extremely helpful. I think that's a good start considering it's a government office.lol

Middle aged lady with glasses working was incredibly rude, cut me off asking questions. If you can go anywhere but here, I'd recommend it.

I am always afraid to go into ServiceOntario after some stressful experiences over the years at other locations. I am happy to say the experience today was incredible. The lady working at the counter was very positive and professional, and worked through my requests in record time.

NEVER WORE A MASK. GOOD EXAMPLE FROM A GOVERMENT EMPLOYEE
She straight up lied. Said no 10 day permits on 20+ year old vehicles. And nothing she can do. I showed her the mto website law. And she said she did not care. Her house her rules.
Went to Lambeth MTO got a 10 day no problem and they said they will be calling head office about the exeter location.

Don't waste your time. They're
not a full service Ontario and won't be able to help you. Friendly atleast

Excellent. Finally open to walkin traffic. Updating my documents done quickly by experienced employee even while teaching a new employee.

It was horrible, waited in line in the rain for 20 mins to find out they weren't doing license or health card

Except for the unmasked lady behind the counter yelling at the man that took the building over covid occupancy levels it was good. Got what I came for!
