I'm truly grateful for the exceptional service at the Service Ontario location. John's guidance with my health card process was not only fast but also incredibly helpful. The staff's positive and friendly demeanor, always sporting smiles, made the experience even more delightful. Thanks to John, my form, documents, and photo were efficiently handled in less than ten minutes.

Never visit to this location if you are asian, terrible experience and racist staff working there they always told people that you don't have this document or that document even though Brampton location accepts same documents that i shows this location.

Not a great place to go for your health card renewal, my sister visited this place at morning and they behaved very rudely with her. She was so upset from this morning.

We have twice now went to the Orangeville office where John did an amazing job of helping us with tricky suituations. He is really knowledgeable and provides service with a smile. He makes it a pleasure to go to Service Ontario.

Linda did an awesome job. She was very fast and helpful. I came here to renew my health card. The vibes were positive in the office. The whole staff member was happy and helpful. Definitely recommend you come here.

This location doesn’t even deserve one star, raciest staff blaming customers for no reasons and asking silly question, the worst thing is that, staff doesn’t even know how US visa looks like on passport and ask about it "what is this”? Which have nothing to do with Ontario health card service. This location only serve harassment to their customers specially lady name lindsay, staff really need to work on customer service skills

Best service ontario location I have ever visited especially agent Ms Virginia she was very kind and respectful.

Bad experience with counter 3 lady. They people are just sitting there for not do any work and never care about anyone who visit there for their work.
AVOID this location.

I had bad experienced with stupid lady so called manager here I went in car to grab documents which she asked for extras documents by the time a came back she said we are closed and can’t let you in when I asked you could’ve told me then she denied to so bad of Marie shame on you worst worst experienced with this service Ontario ever

It was amazing experience here, especially from Virgin. She was very kind and helpful in nature. Even next time whenever needed to visit Service Ontario, I will try to see her only. Amazing Customer Service and support. Thanks

Fast and organized. I unfortunately had to make multiple trips but all the workers I dealt with were very patient and helpful

Mercy.the staff here are so unprofessional and I'm still having trouble believing that this is a government establishment. Customer service is the worse I've ever seen. Customers are sitting, waiting and the employees are talking all about their personal business and a closed road. Unbelievable. Whoever is in charge of this establishment needs to have staff meeting and remind these staff members why their 'here'. To SERVE CUSTOMERS.

At the orangeville location, Cherry was the one to assist me she was so kind and professional.she helped with everything and answered all my questions.so grateful for her service, she’s amazing!:)

I went to get my parents car transfer and health card done. We were helped by Cherry. She was really good, she was very knowledgeable and professional. She patiently answered all our queries and was very pleasant to deal with.

Today my 81 year old nearly blind mother with cataracts had her expired license (2019) renewed here with no questions asked, no eye exam, (she has no peripheral vision) They had no regard for her safety or the safety of others after her countless accidents on record. I am shocked that she was able to walk out of there to drive for another year. Clearly this is the place to go if you want things overlooked.

Scheduled an appointment here to change my address on my vehicle permit - was taken right away, the lady was very friendly and cheerful. I was in and out in 5 minutes - fast amazing service. Highly recommend this location!

They are efficient and friendly. Got what I needed and was out of there in about 10 minutes. If there is a long wait, it’s worth it at this location. The representatives are very kind and patient.

Incompetent staff. If you are looking to get your time wasted come to this location! Took the same documents that got turned down at this location to the Brampton location and received exceptional service. Would not return or recommend this location to anyone. Uncalled for.

Could not contact a service ontario location on my town to help resolve online purchase issues. Could not reach a service rep on the 1 800 line either. During COVID times, more telephone reps should be hired to help contrarians instead of providing them with nothing but frustration in trying to get help!

In an age and time when customer service doesnt seem to be very important anymore, this branch of ServiceOntario is fabulous. An extremely efficient operation and very respectful.

Had to go back 4 times, due to lack of information given to me the first 3 times. Lady at desk was rude to us for no reason. She should not be working or dealing with the public! Very ignorant, rude, and needs to work on her P. R skills!

This is by far my favorite service ontario. I have always ad such positive experiences here. They are polite and inviting. We all know going to service ontario can be daunting. 10 out of 10 recommend. And if you have any questions about anything, give them a call first and they are happy to help. Come prepared with all the paperwork you need and things will go very smoothly.

Been there a couple times since COVID. Its run very well. Go early, before it opens, get a time to come back, which has been 9: 30am both times for me. It's fairly fast once you come back at your time but you still need to wait in line.

The staff have all been very nice and knowledgeable.

Overall it is as good as you could expect from a service Ontario. But you must get there early.

I have processed various documents here over the past 5 years, from Driver's Licenses and Health Cards to plating and changing ownership. Customer service has always been friendly and professional and usually much quicker and less fuss than I expected.

Fast, professional and courteous. Renewed my health card and driver license in under 20 minutes of walking in the door on a Saturday morning.

Staff is not knowledgeable regarding protocols. We just moved from another province so had to make numerous trips to this place in the last two months for drivers license, health cards, vehicle plates etc. We were not able to do everything at once. We've been to this office at least twice a week for the last 2 months since moving and we still haven't completed jumping through all the hoops to get all documentation complete. We've been sent on a number of wild goose chases because different staff tell us different things. It's been incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of time!

Wish you had a zero rating as 1 is top gracious. Service was excrutiatingly SLOW! After magnifying inspection of documents.which btw took me weeks to get together to plate my 1980 vintage project car. Only to find out that an error on the BOS I am talking a slip of the pen could not accept it! Had to call a million people explain the entire challenge only to send me back to get the seller to redo a BOS! Even though I was paying tax on the higher appraisal amount? This service facility is the pits and their employees don’t have a clue what to do without getting another senior person to help them while they are helping another customer. DOUG FORD fire all these people close it down and get a digital self service application going. Alliston Brampton and other centres are so much better but worth going to avoid this facility and their incompetent staff! Very disappointed

Service person behind counter yelled at me for not having original documents & then yelled at me again for asking a question while she was on hold with her head office. I had called 800 number ahead to verify documents I had & everything was correct; they didn’t mention needing originals. Also, I was nice, polite & apologetic to her but it didn’t matter. She did it on purpose & it was done maliciously & rudely in an attempt to belittle me. Extremely poor customer service not to mention very unprofessional attitude. Wanted to give 0 stars but no option for that.
