2023-09-29 Today’s date (the date of service) at MTO office 400 City Hall Square Windsor Ontario, the lady working at counter 10 named Ericka was very kind and did efficient work in transferring the ownership of our vehicle and issued us new plates. Thank you for your service!

These people are bad and uncooperative
They will put obstacles in front of you
Only this place has a bad reputation
They deserve less than zero

Got my car plate and registry done. I think the name of the lady was lisa, she was able to do it quickly.

Long wait. But it's a government facility and they were busy helping tons of people. Thanks again for your help!

Amazing services I don't know the name of that lady she is very helpful very kind I have not seen God but I could feel God has sent that lady to help me. Very humble, polite.

We went this location for our health card process changing from out of province and Lisa has taken care well our concerns and with her experience, she made process easy and got it done quickly and she was talking very friendly but professional at the same time and made our visit to location memorable. We thank you to Lisa.

Not a good location. Racist staff and disgusting customer service. My wife said she doesn’t speak English. Customer service rep response was” you can write your signature in English but can’t speak English. Interesting “. She was very rude to her.

I arrived 30 minutes early for my scheduled appointment and the staff were able to take me immediately, processing my ID renewal (with photo) in less than 10 minutes. Very pleasant and courteous personnel. There is no external signage on the building so folks may not know there is a SO office in the downtown core.

I was waiting in queue for almost an hour but not single person is moving ahead in queue. Worst service by service ontario.

Line on the left is for Service Ontario and the right for Service Canada. They opened at 8: 30am and got there 10 mins earlier. There was already a lineup. Wait time was quite long to get in (about half an hour) but overall the customer service was great. Thank you!

Went today for my health card.they are very nice guys.very helpful.i forgot my some documents at my home.than i go back to the location.and done alll my work.very satisfied with customer service.thank you so much

I have had mostly good experiences here.

I have got to know the staff, and if you take your time, to understand and listen what they advise you, it usually it gets straightened out.

I had an OHIP issue for my son, so they advised me the right people to contact, and so I contacted the Government of Ontario and they actually straightened it all out.

My Son was not Canadian at the time, but his mother is a Canadian, and so I had no proof to show he was a Canadian.
So I appealed and the Review Board on the advise of the ServiceOntario staff here, where the Manager advised me 1 to 1. The Review Board after some weeks of waiting accepted my son's appeal and they gave my Son OHIP.

It's sad that we had to go through that, but we got it straightened out.

I assume many of the staff have to deal with angry irate customers who sometimes kick off and start swearing, as I have seen with my own eyes, so I can certainly understand that some ServiceOntario staff in this location may be a little reserved or defensive or appear on edge.
