Came here around 4 pm on a Thursday for my grandma who’s in a wheelchair, the line was big, all the way out of the door. One of the staff came and took us right in,
to the wheelchair accessible desk. She was very professional, kind, and patient. I dreaded having to wait over an hour with my grandma on a wheelchair, but the staff here saved our day. Thank you

Please call and make sure they have the service you are looking for, they do not update health cards

There is a separate queue for appointments and one lady just went there without appointment. The counter lady did not even tell her to go back in line or book an appointment. At least be mindful that so many people are standing in queue and only 1 counter is operating because of your staff shortage! This is ridiculous service

Great service! I got here 4: 17 line before me was quite long. Came here to change my address. Can’t believe, I am done at 4: 39.4 counter but all are fast. Thank you

I also had positive experience registering a vehicle a few days ago. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and left with ownership and plates about 10 minutes later. Can't complain

I was prepared for a one hour waiting time.
Today, in and out in 7 minutes for car plates replacement.

My experience today (May 3rd) was very positive. And, if it wasn't for the kind, thoughtful, professional clerk I had help me today, I would have been stuck in a perpetual 'Groundhog Day' for who knows how long. But, she took charge and seemingly solved my problem. Thank you, once again.
P. S. A word to the folks that visit these people for service: There is a sign posted at the all the clerk stations stating basically that abuse and foul language is not tolerated and to be patient with staff.
I'm shocked they need this sign at all!
Really, people?
If you treat these people, or anyone for that matter with respect and are polite and courteous, they will be that to you in return.
The fact that they need a sign stating what should be obvious to any civilized human being is, frankly, quite depressing.

Got there at 09: 45 on a weekday, three minutes in line, three minutes to renew my OHIP card; just like that. Highly recommended centre.

Do not go to this service Ontario, they are the rudest people ever.
Also the their office smells.

Service Ontario is Closed on Saturdays. But has no notification prior notification for their customers on weekdays. Just disappointing service overall.

When I arrived just before opening, the lineup was already about 30 deep, and I thought my morning was toast.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly the staff we’re able to move people through. Service Ontario agents were efficient, organized and very pleasant. Definitely recommend this particular office

Great service! I was in and out under 6 minutes for renewing my driver's license and health card. The line-up was long though. I arrived at 8: 25am and I was 4th in line. By the time it opened at 9: 00am, there were 35 people waiting in line. I recommend arriving as early as possible. This specific Service Ontario does not have the capability to reserve an appointment slot online.

Friendly staff and quick service at this location. They have a limit of 7 customers inside at a time during the pandemic.

It would be great if this location actually answered their phones. Since COVID they have taken advantage and are lazy, hoping you will stop calling and knowing if you want to talk to them in person you need to wait in a 1-2 hour line.government workers at their best, coffee and smoke breaks, very little production.

Went there on a Saturday morning to renew my expired driver's license and health card. There were only two people lined up ahead of me, and I was able to get inside in less than three minutes, which is much faster than the times I've gone during weekdays. I took off one star because I asked the lady at the counter if there was any way I could get a notification, either through a physical letter or electronically, before my cards expire. Although she told me there's no way possible, I checked online as soon as I got home, and was easily able to find and sign up for email, text and phone notifications for my cards and license plate sticker through the Service Ontario website. If someone at the location reads my review, please pass this information along to your staff, as I'm sure many patrons will find it helpful.

Absolutely impressed, great service friendly, quick even with 12 people ahead of me i was in and out in 15 minutes, they let me sit inside (i have a disability) rather than wait in the line, also asked thebother people of I could go ahead of them, i was really happy

Such bit*hy Karen’s at this location. How is it that these women are all the same with the same attitude. Gotta love government workers, so so rude. Just speak to “customers” nicely that’s all!

Trying to renew my healthcard missing a document.the treatment and service was horrid.we went back with the proper docs and spoke with a more pleasant teller.

Professional staff, polite, efficient and helpful. Depending on time of day expect a line. Be informed before you go of what you need to provide (health card especially)

The wait was acceptable but the service was not. It was clear that the individual serving me was either having an extremely bad day or just really didn't like her job and dealing with the public. Her tone was condescending at best and little attempt was made to resolve my issue in a practical manner. I ended up leaving for another lower rated location where a practical solution was arrived at.

I walk with a cane temporarily, they offered me a seat until it was my turn. Rep who renewed my license was knowledgeable and worked quickly. I was in and out in no time!

Very friendly staff that tend to your needed questions and so forth. May we rid of covid 19 humanity I believe will win the virused war.

Went for health card renewal July 15. The employees were absolutely outstanding. Everything was very well organized. They made it so easy for what I thought may be a hassle. Thank You.

Got there at 2: 15 on a Tuesday amd was 30 minutes to get done. Very reasonable. But, if I would have arrived 10 minutes later the wait would have been an hour.

Great experience at this location! Quick service, polite and efficient staff. This group had me in and out in record time. Having all your personal info ready to go, helps the process go smooth.

I have been to many Service Ontario locations and Cloverdale Mall is the best. If you see a long lineup don't worry, the ladies working there are quick, they know there job, and they're friendly.

I never thought I would be saying this, but it's a pleasure going to Ontario Services. Other Ontario Services could learn a lot from them.

Today I had the worst experience of my life in this place. The lady who is receiving customers at the front door, yelled and humiliated me, was very rude. It is unfortunate that there are codes in Canada where everyone has the right to be free from racial discrimination. She does not know them. Ontario's Human Rights Code (the code) provides for equal rights and opportunities, and non-discrimination. The code recognizes the dignity and worth of every person in Ontario.

Rude, rude and rude staff. Horrible customer service. Employees in this location look unhappy with their job. Please get a job where you don't have to deal with people.

This is a small hidden away location that tends not to be too busy. 5 star service by Kayla. The staff genuinely wanted to help out and I'll be coming down to this location for future business

Went to this location to renew my health card and driver’s license and update my name. The lady on the counter was beyond patient and super helpful. I wish all customer-facing service representatives are as respectful, professional and patient as this lady. Overall the staff are great with speedy and professional service. Social distancing measures are strictly followed. Moving forward this will be the only ServiceOntario that I will visit.

I have done customer service before and I'm not sure if it's due to covid why this lady was so rude but rudeness I will not tolerate or should anyone. I really hope you will change because covid affects us all not only you

Horrible overcrowded small location with no place to sit just one continuous long lineup out the door and in this day and age, most of these things should be electronic and moved online. Save everyone their time, money, patience and less costs to the government l

Whatever you’re doing right at this location and the staff - use this as a training facility for locations around the province. Friendly, courteous staff, quick and efficient. The antithesis of bureaucratic hell.

The service is relatively quick, probably because there are no places to sit and people have to stand. Gives them a bit of pressure to be more efficient which they generally are. I have experienced even worse service elsewhere.

Next to no wait time to replace an ownership even though the announcement came out to replace all red and white health cards. Staff was friendly and pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend coming here

I went twice to Cloverdale to get the necessary pepers to sell my car and then with the buyers to transfer ownership, get their plates, etc. Yes the line was long, but the staff were efficient. I met Allison both times, and was greated warmly with a wonderful smile. She explained a few things to me and my buyers and was patient and helpful.

My father and I had a wonderful experience on December 10 at the Cloverdale Mall Service Ontario with Allison.
It was a difficult situation for us. My mother passed away on December 1 and one week later someone stole the license plates from my father’s car. When we arrived a staff member guided us over to the handicapped area where Allison graciously greeted us, sat us down and offered to fill in the forms for us. Allison was sympathetic to our situation and made the whole experience easy, quick and pleasant. She was so kind to my father when he spoke of mom’s passing, offering condolences and kind words. Allison’s gentle, respectful manner, effervescent smile and pleasant demeanour helped us cope in a stressful situation, leaving us comforted and relaxed.

It was 1pm (CLOSING TIME) on a sat and the staffs entertained everyone whoever waited in the queue. I am sure it will be another hour before they can call it a day. Good work guys and god bless

While waiting in line all I could hear was the dealer service lady at the desk YELLING and a customer through the phone. If you're working in this industry you need to be patient with people. And on top of that she hung up the phone on him, and continued to gossip to colleagues. Most definitely will not be coming back to this service Ontario.

All 5 stars are for an exceptional lady named Kayla who helped me with my surname change today. When I go to ServiceOntario I always expect long delays and grumpy people (customers mostly) but today I was pleasantly surprised when I ended up at Kayla's counter. She was friendly and efficient - and all on a Monday afternoon! I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent customer service - I hope your manager sees this!

I am very sad that this place represent our government. Very rude people, looks like they hate their job. Talking to the manager made my experience even worse! She was yelling in front of all the costumers and her colleagues. I felt very de-humiliated and very sad that the goverment lets people like this run this run “Service Ontario”.
Please.change the managemt or close this location down.

If i could give them a zero i would.sitting on their rears with closed kiosks, pick and choose what they do and dont accept.not a real service Ontario because they only handle forms that are easy for them.these facilities are privately operated on contract to the Ontario govt.dont go here and give this company business as they dont deserve it.they deserve bankruptcy.
