I have been into this branch 3 times in the last 3 weeks and the staff are always awesome. The line moves along quickly.when there is one. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.

To the absolute ANGEL (tattooed with the peakabo blonde hair) who just renewed my health card & got me a photo card in RECORD TIME.i'm used to service ontario appointments being so stressful and difficult, so i've been putting this off for literally a year.i came equipped with several forms of entertainment, expecting to be there for a couple hours.i left the house thirty minutes ago and am already back.all my roommates & i are sitting around talking about how absurdly fast and easy that was.i'm going to enjoy my night! I'm going to actually be able to go to the dentist now! THANK YOU!

In Elmira the lineup was out the door. At the Waterloo location the line moved fairly quickly. The clerk was friendly and efficient.

Received fast service! Definitely didn't expect to be in and out in 15 minutes during my lunch break today

I have been coming to this MTO for years now. They have always given fast & friendly service & today was no exception. We were lined up outside & upon opening on time, were greeted with a Good Morning smile & had the door held open for us. They had a few agents working to get us all through fast & I could hear their friendly service to each one. Great service. I just wish they could make us look better in our photos.

Quick service by the staff over there but its difficult to reach there via public transport because of the low frequency of buses.

You want to know what? It was easily the most pleasant time I've ever experienced in an Ontario Service worth the drive from Listowel.

Staff has good knowledge of required documents and the processes are fast compared to nearby Service Ontario locations.

There was a line but the staff was working efficiently. Staff was friendly too. It's on the 31 bus route, so getting to and from the location is possible for those without a personal vehicle. Satisfied with the service received and would recommend this location to others.

Amazing food! The fish and chips were delectable, although there was no beer served and that really upset the beast. Bathrooms were nice and clean, at least until I got in there, and the staff were above par most certainly. My waiter was a strange person!

Welcoming staff. Application process for health insurance and Ontario ID went without much ado.

Never have I seen a ServiceOntario so efficient.

Excellent service and very friendly staff and greeted you as if you were a friend…I’ve been to 2 other locations in the K-W area and had nothing but issues and will never go back…if I owned a business I would hire all 6 girls that were on staff at the Lexington location right away…they all were smiling and looked as if they all enjoyed working at this place.keep up the great work and they should be all keepers at this location.

Nope! Never again! I used to come to this location all the time. The woman that always served me is no longer there. She was always so pleasant and helpful. I got a snippy comment from the lady who said she was the manager and then she stalked off. Will not return.

Difficult times for service industry with spacing pushing folks outside. This went fairly quick for 2 of us to change provincial health cards. Young Indian lady was excellent. Drivetest by comparison is a nightmare. Now for plate changes.

This was by far the best Service Ontario I have been in. The staff was nice and courteous and the service was very quick and not too long of a wait to get in!

On Sept 12 the hours of operation stated this location would be open at 8: 30 am on Sept 13. I get to the location before the posted start time and they have just arbitrarily changed open time to 9 am. There are 30 people waiting in line and all expected the location to be opened at 8: 30. How/why are they just allowed to change the start time without notification to customers. Very inconsiderate and disappointing.

Although there's a long queue, it moved really quick. All thanks to the efficient & super friendly service ontario staff.

Quick in and out. There are 3 service windows and no lineups inside. The outside line goes pretty quick. Plan for around 30 min in total, longer at lunch time.

This location is usually not that busy during the morning to early afternoon during the week. Visit was quick. Waited in line for 5 minutes and when inside it only took about 10 minutes. Staff were nice and helpful. 3 people served at a time.

Hit or miss. Sometimes they are in a good mood and really helpful, other days.not so much. Typical of government workers though.

Oh, and you'll have better chance at the lottery than geting your phone call answered here.

A red haired lady just denied our request for renewing health card with an extreme arrogant attitude 10 mins ago. Really trash service.

Very kind staff, exceptionally efficient. Overall, very straight forward and pleasant experience.

Was on a Sat morning, of course at 9: 05 already 10 people waiting, but I barely had to wait, they are friendly and quick.

I'm one of the five star people! I had a complicated vehicle registration situation that we got worked out over two visits, with clear indication of the documentation I had to procure.

Been here a couple times. Usually at least a 10 minute wait. Most of the time no issues, but I had to go back once because they entered my date of birth incorrectly one time.mistakes happen.

The employees have good attitude overall but please train them to pay more attention on the job. I had to visit this place three times in two days because of small mistakes made on their part (the employee). It should have been a quick one time visit.

For a paper work, I was told a certain document is missing. Next day I took that document I was told that some other document is missing. Though I believe I had all but I was not helped. I insisted than I was told that I should go to main branch. Very poor cooperation

WORST service ever. I waited for 30 minutes in line and they told me to leave because they are closing in 20 min and still they smile like nothing happened. I will never recommend this location to anyone.

The young guy working there was to busy texting on his cell phone to see to customers lined up at the door.we dont work for you.you work for us! Do your job!

I went in to get some stuff done on a Friday of the labour day long weekend, an hour before closing. Gulp. It was a super surprise that not only were the staff courteous and friendly despite the 25+ person lineup and the obvious stresses that come with impending long weekend anxiety, I was taken care of efficiently and out the door, another satisfied customer, in less than 15 minutes. Now that's service.

Very rude staff (especially the white lady who sits near the door). Customer service is terrible.

This is not a "full service" location (which I've never heard of before. They are unable to process health cards for those with expired or coming out of province. I would give this place a 0 star rating if possible.

Never go to this location the customer service is very poor. I had two of the employee's give me attitude because I didnt know something. Witch then i felt like nothing because it was like they put me down just because i didnt know. Very very poor service. And one of them was the woman supervisor. I work in costume service 8 hours a day and I leave with a smile on my face. Maybe she should try something new. Very upset about this!

Best Service Ontario in the K/W area. Staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. Answered all of my questions without the attitude you find at other locations. Fast service too!
